Abstract

Tujuan sertifikasi kompetensi adalah memberikan pengakuan atas kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh tenaga kerja. Namun, pada sektor konstruksi, tenaga kerja konstruksi yang telah memiliki sertifikat kompetensi kerja masih sedikit dibandingkan dengan jumlah total tenaga kerja konstruksi yang ada di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor utama yang menghambat dalam perolehan sertifikasi kompetensi dalam sudut pandang tenaga kerja konstruksi khususnya tenaga terampil. Penelitian ini menggunakan model kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di tiga proyek bangunan tingkat tinggi, dengan jumlah responden 129 orang. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam bentuk survey dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner, observasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor dominan yang menghambat tenaga terampil pemperoleh sertifikasi kompetensi adalah biaya dalam memperoleh sertifikasi kompetensi kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of damage to the school building using a benchmark assessment of the level of damage by DG Pauddikdasmen Kemendikbud in 2021 and investigate the building component repair-cost estimates using Works Unit Price Analysis (AHSP). The research population is a public elementary school in Samudrajaya Village with a sample building SDN Samudrajaya 04 Bekasi as the object of research. The method used in this research is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out through observation, documentation, and unstructured interviews. The results showed that the level of damage to the SDN Samudrajaya 04 Bekasi building in building one was slightly damaged, with the highest component of damage found in the wall component with brick wall sub-components or partition 8.2% glass, doors, and frames were not damaged. While the level of damage to building two was heavily damaged, with the highest component damage found in the wall components of the sub-components of brick or partition walls by 15%, glass 90.3%, doors 88.6%, and frames 96%. The results of the analysis of the estimated repair costs on the components that experienced the most serious damage based on the volume of damage were in building one of Rp. 30,522,168,48 and in building 2 Rp. 204,070,178.35, the total repair cost is Rp. 234,592,346.83 or can be rounded up to Rp. 234,593,000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mapping of research related to cigarette butts filter waste as coarse aggregate for making concrete according to its category. This study uses systematic literature review techniques to conduct research by analyzing the literature. Literature collection is done by searching several digital libraries by entering a search string that has been made based on the research queation with publication limits between 2011-2020. The results showed that from 182 literature obtained 4 of them were suitable for analysis. Based on the 4 literatures, it is known that normal concrete and lightweight concrete are produced from cigarette butts filter waste. The concrete that is most often made is normal concrete and the best compressive strength value that can be produced is 29.6 MPa with a cigarette butt filter waste mixture of 0.1% of the concrete density. The best quality produced is medium quality with K 300.84 and is included in the category of structural concrete.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menghasilkan produk bahan ajar e-modul perencanaan desain jalan dan jembatan berbasis BIM pada Mata Pelajaran Konstruksi Jalan dan Jembatan di SMKN 1 Cikarang Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode 4D yang terdiri dari empat tahapan penelitian yaitu tahap Define, Design, Development, dan Dissemination. Hasil kelayakan dari uji validasi materi menunjukan 90% (sangat layak) dan hasil uji validasi media menyatakan 87% e-modul sangat layak digunakan, lalu hasil uji coba terbatas menunjukan peningkatan kognitif kategori sedang dengan nilai gain score (g) 0,6 dan nilai respon siswa uji terbatas sebesar 82% yang menyatakan e-modul sangat praktis untuk digunakan. Berdasarkan data uji validasi dan uji coba terbatas tersebut dapat disimpulkan e-modul berbasis BIM pada mata pelajaran Konstruksi Jalan dan Jembatan ini sangat layak digunakan sebagai variasi bahan ajar dalam pembelajaran mandiri bagi siswa SMKN 1 Cikarang Barat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui keaktifan belajar siswa melalui metode pembelajaran Tutor sebaya pada mata pelajaran mekanika teknik kelas X BKP 1 SMK Negeri 1 Jakarta Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 selama pembelajaran daring. Model penelitian tindakan kelas yang digunakan adalah Kemmis and McTaggart. Penelitian dilakukan dengan diawali pra siklus yaitu keadaan kelas sebelum penerapan metode pembelajaran Tutor Sebaya, dan dua siklus dengan penerapan metode pembelajaran Tutor Sebaya. Menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yang utama adalah lembar observasi keaktifan belajar siswa dan pendukung seperti wawancara, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran Tutor Sebaya dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Mekanika Teknik. Berdasarkan data rata-rata persentase keaktifan belajar siswa pada saat pra siklus sebesar 38,38%. Kemudian meningkat pada siklus I sebesar 18,62% menjadi 57%, dan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II sebesar 16,68% menjadi 73,68%.

Abstract

This study aims to overcome the floods that occur in densely populated areas by re-planning existingchannel dimensions. This research was conducted in the RW04 area, Cakung Barat Village, Cakung District,East Jakarta. This region has an area of 25.4ha with flat topography (5-6masl) and densely demographicconditions.The research method uses Quantitative Descriptive Methods. Data collection techniques used are byfield observation and analysis of rainfall data.The results obtained in the form of flood discharge, channel capacity, and plan channel dimensions.Re-planning is carried out on 7 channels that cannot withstand flood discharge by widening the cross section ofthe channel.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the suitability of the Tambun Selatan People's Market based on the existing standards in SNI 8152-2015 concerning the People's Market, and to find out people's perceptions and to evaluate the availability of facilities and infrastructure and public utilities in accordance with SNI 8152-2015. The research method used in this research is literature study and survey. The results showed that observations with SNI 8152-2015 stated that the buildings and infrastructure of the Tambun People's Market were not in accordance with SNI 8152-2015 concerning the People's Market, while those that were not in accordance with SNI 8152-2015 were lighting and circulation, corridors, parking areas, areas. loading and unloading, security posts, health posts, drainage and waste management, and in accordance with SNI 8152-2015 are construction, arrangement of trading rooms, prayer rooms, clean water networks, bathrooms and toilets, and fire prevention. Efforts that need to be made by market managers are to repair damaged facilities that are not in accordance with standards and to procure facilities that are not yet available in the market according to standards.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of corn cob ash as an additive to cement in the production of CLC lightweight bricks according to SNI 03-2156-1991 concerning air flow light brick blocks by autoclaving process. The method used is an experiment in accordance with SNI 03-2156-1991 regarding light brick blocks of air flow with autoclaving process. The test object measures 59 × 19 ×10 cm and uses 45 specimens. The results obtained for dimensional testing exceed the required limits of SNI 03-2156-1991. The compressive strength of lightweight bricks is obtained at variations of 0%, 4%, 6%, 8%, and 10% respectively 3.07 N/mm², 3.68 N/mm², 4.54 N/mm², 4.29 N/mm², and 4 N/mm² with the optimum compressive strength value obtained at 6% variation and non-passing variation at 0% variation with a minimum requirement of 3.6 N/mm². The flexural strength of lightweight bricks is obtained at variations of 0%, 4%, 6%, 8%, and 10% respectively 0.27 N/mm², 0.63 N/mm², 0.81 N/mm², 0.65 N/mm², and 0.76 N/mm with optimum flexural strength values obtained at 6% variation and non-qualifying variations at 0% and 4% variations with a minimum requirement of 0.65 N/mm².

Abstract

This research aims to determine the maximum compressive strength value of concrete speedcrete using naphthalene additive additive at each test age and compare with normal concrete 28 days. This research used cylindrical test object with diameter 15 cm and height 30 cm. Speedcrete concrete does not undergo the treatment process while the normal concrete test object through the treatment process. Testing compressive strength of concrete speedcrete using Crushing Test Machine tool. In this research the compressive strength was produced by using superplasticizer type naphthalene and compared with normal concrete without using additive. The target quality plan is fc '35 MPa with the use of additive dose of 1.7% of the weight of cement. The results of this research showed an increase in the value of compressive strength of concrete speedcrete with aadditive materials added naphthalene increased with increasing age of concrete. The results showed that the compressive strength of concrete speedcrete with naphthalene additive materials of 12 hours, 18 hours, 28 hours and 48 hours was 0.5 MPa, 17,81 MPa, 31,14 MPa and 45,77 MPa. Normal strength concrete strength with the addition of 20% water age 28 days that is equal to 54.76 MPa.

Abstract

This research is purpose to control time in Girder beam production using CPM (Criticial Paht Method) and LoB (Line of Balance) to get maximum productions amount with time adaptability precisely. This research is using count method and management of secondary and primary data that illustrated to graphic and diagram. Case study at project of building the overpass LRT (Light Rail Transit), to productions girder beam at PT. Adhi Karya Factory Precast Sentul. The result of this research shows that productions capability girder beam increase as much 21 unit girder beam per mount with speed track 59,4268 unit per hour, balance delay 42,3678 %, line efficiency 42,267 with time cycle that using is 68,5 hour in first cycle, 69 hours in second cycle, 69 hours in third cycle, 69 hours in fourth cycle and having waiting time that happen to every trun of cycle is one hour. So that the result of research can declare is happen productions acceleration with using CPM (Criticial Paht Method) and LoB (Line of Balance) is 10 hour per mount.
