Abstract

The high population growth of the Madiun Regency can cause population density that can have implications for other problems, both in terms of social, economic, welfare, security, land availability, availability of clean water, and food needs. This study aims to predict the population growth of Madiun Regency using the ARIMA method. The ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) method is popular for forecasting time series data, which is reliable because the calculation process is done gradually. This study uses annual population data of Madiun Regency from 1983 to 2021 and produces an ARIMA forecasting model (0,2,1) with a MAPE value of 8.42%. The results of this study are expected to be used as information from the Madiun Regency government in anticipating the emergence of problems caused by the population level of Madiun Regency in the future.

Abstract

Indonesia kaya dengan berbagai macam tanaman diantaranya buah pisang yang mempunyai beragam jenis. Untuk mengetahui tingkat kematangan pada suatu jenis pisang biasanya dilihat dari warna, akan tetapi karena  faktor usia dan kelelahan dari para petani biasanya sering terjadi kesalahan pada saat pengukuran akurasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasi jenis pisang berdasarkan citra warna dengan menggunakan algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM). Data yang digunakan adalah citra pisang dengan total 1256, yang diklasifikasi menjadi 2 jenis pisang, Pisang ambon dan Pisang lady finger. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini ditunjukan oleh confusion matrix dengan nilai True Positive (TP) = 0,82 dan False Positive (FP)= 0,18. serta False Negative (FN) = 0,02 dan True Negative (TN) = 0,98. Dari nilai yang ditunjukan oleh confusion matrix dapat diartikan bahwa algoritma SVM cukup baik digunakan dalam mengklasifikasi jenis pisang sehingga dapat memberikan jaminan mutu atas produk yang dihasilkan oleh petani.

Abstract

PT SUP is one of the companies engaged in trading broiler chicken products. Supplying broiler chickens to PT SUP sometimes results in product instability, and some conditions are inadequate; the financing process is not by income or obstacles that occur when serving customers. So this can disappoint the customers of PT SUP. This study aims to select suppliers for 4 out of 6 breeders chosen as the best suppliers and will get a reward from PT SUP to improve the performance and product results of the suppliers. The selection of the best supplier is based on the criteria that have been owned, namely Based on Curriculum Vitae (CV), location of the cage, capital, and service. The six suppliers come from 3 (each city has two suppliers), namely Lumajang, Lamongan, and Kediri. In this study, the author uses the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method to produce a consistent value of comparison results. It can be continued with the WP (Weighted Product) approach to get the value of the V vector for ranking alternatives. PT SUP will beard the results of the selection of the best four suppliers. The best supplier of PT SUP are Y1, Y4, Y2 dan Y3. Combining these two methods is a form of contribution to the MCDM enrichment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan dari hasil penelitian tentang pemodelan sistem antrian di salah satu cabang bank x dengan menggunakan coloured petri nets. Penelitian sebelumnya memutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama untuk memperoleh lama waktu pelayanan untuk digunakan sebagai validasi model tersebut. Pada penelitian ini akan dikonstruksi model sistem antrian yang sama dengan penelitian sebelumnya menggunakan media pemodelan yang berbeda yang lebih sederhana namun mampu merepresentasikan keadaan dan alur sistem yang sama seperti pada penelitian sebelumnya. Dalam penelitian ini akan dikonstruksi model sistem antrian bank menggunkan Petri Net. Selanjutnya akan dianalisa kestabilan dari model Petri Net pada sistem antrian bank menggunakan kestabilan Lyaunov yang berkenaan denga Petri Net. Hasil analisis kestabilan model sistem yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model yang dibentuk menggunakan Petri Net merupakan model yang tidak stabil dan tidak dapat distabilkan. Model tidak stabil disebabkan oleh adanya transisi yang bersifat always enable.

Abstract

Pada masa pandemic Covid-19, pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia sempat mengalami penurunan. Hal ini juga terjadi pada beberapa daerah seperti Jawa Timur. Salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi adalah investasi, baik itu investasi asing (PMA) maupun investasi dalam negeri (PMDN). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh PMDN dan PMA terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Jawa Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu regresi linear berganda dengan estimasi parameter OLS (Ordinary Least Square). Metode OLS merupakan suatu metode regresi dengan meminimalkan nilai error kuadratnya. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini yaitu PMDN berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi secara signifikan sedangkan PMA tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Model menghasilkan R2 sebesar 53.7%. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi yang berguna bagi pengambil kebijakan untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui investasi.

Abstract

High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) is the ability to connect, manipulate, and change the knowledge and experience that is owned critically and creatively in determining decisions to solve problems in new situations. To include HOTS questions in a learning process is an obstacle for Madrasah teachers, including teachers of PC. LP. Maarif NU Lamongan. This community service aimed at improving the pedagogical competence of mathematics teachers of PC. LP. Maarif NU Lamongan. Community-Based Research (CBR) was employed through workshop and training administered by the Mathematics Study Program of UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya in designing and completing high order thinking questions followed by assistance. The results indicated that the ability of Madrasah teachers to solve HOTS questions as well as its implementation in classroom teaching and learning activities improved significantly.

Abstract

Couples of Childbearing Age (CCA) in the Madiun Regency have increased in the last three years. It caused the population in Madiun to overgrow with the newborn, which implies the economic, social, and environmental aspects. This study aims to cluster villages in Madiun with CCA case studies instead of birth control participants who will give birth and want children to determine the priority of getting Family Planning (in Indonesia, namely Keluarga Berencana/KB) counseling. K-Means clustering is used in this study because it has a linear space of complexity that can be executed quickly and easily. The result of this study is four (4) CCA clusters. CCA cluster 1 is a very high level of giving birth and wanting children, consisting of 7 villages. CCA cluster 2 is a high level of giving birth and wanting children with 119 villages. CCA cluster 3 is a medium level of giving birth and wanting children in 50 villages, and CCA cluster 4 is a low level of giving birth and wanting children, including 34 villages. So, cluster 1, which includes seven villages, is the most prioritized to get Family Planning counseling because it is the CCA cluster with the most birthing rate and wants children. This research obtained a silhouette coefficient of 0.42, which belongs to the medium level.
