Studi program ini mengkaji pengembangan model bisnis pariwisata berkelanjutan di Desa Mas-Mas, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah, dengan fokus pada keterlibatan masyarakat lokal, persepsi terhadap pariwisata berkelanjutan, kondisi lingkungan, manfaat ekonomi, serta evaluasi layanan dan fasilitas pariwisata. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 235 responden yang mencakup wisatawan, pengelola, pelaku wisata, dan masyarakat sekitar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan partisipasi masyarakat yang tinggi dalam kegiatan pariwisata, persepsi positif terhadap pariwisata berkelanjutan, serta manfaat ekonomi yang signifikan, meskipun distribusinya perlu diperbaiki. Penilaian kondisi lingkungan dan fasilitas pariwisata menunjukkan hasil yang cukup baik, namun tetap membutuhkan upaya peningkatan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk meningkatkan pendidikan dan kesadaran masyarakat, penguatan kapasitas, pengelolaan lingkungan, diversifikasi ekonomi, dan penggunaan teknologi digital dalam promosi pariwisata. ABSTRACTThis study examines the development of a sustainable tourism business model in Mas-Mas Village, Central Lombok Regency, focusing on local community involvement, perceptions of sustainable tourism, environmental conditions, economic benefits, as well as evaluation of tourism services and facilities. Data were collected through a survey of 235 respondents, including tourists, managers, tourism operators, and local residents. The research results indicate high community participation in tourism activities, positive perceptions towards sustainable tourism, and significant economic benefits, although their distribution needs improvement. The assessment of environmental conditions and tourism facilities showed fairly good results but still require enhancement efforts. This study provides strategic recommendations to enhance community education and awareness, capacity building, environmental management, economic diversification, and the use of digital technology in tourism promotion.
