Abstract

Ketidakpastian lingkungan merupakan kondisi dimana pihak manajemen perusahatidak mengetahui dan tidak mengenali kondisi yang berada di luar maupun dalperusahaan.Desentralisasi adalah proses pendelegasian wewenang unpengambilan keputusan oleh manajer puncak ke tingakatan-tingkatan organisasi yalebih rendah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di CS Finance Cimahi. Tujuan dari penelitianadalah untuk menguji besar pengaruh ketidakpastian lingkungan dan desentalisatehadap kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen. Metode yang digunakadalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melateknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner yang disebar secara langsung ke seluKaryawan CS Finance Cimahi. Alat uji statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitianadalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan penaksiran Partial Least Squ(PLS). Penerapan ketidakpastian lingkungan, deentralisasi dan kualitas sistinformasi akuntansi manajemen di Cs Finance Cimahi sudah dalam kriteria baik. Hpenelitian ini menunjukkan 1) Adanya pengaruh yang signifikan ketidakpastlingkungan terhadap kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen.2)Desentralisamemiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kualitas sistem informasi akuntamanajemen.

Abstract

The study entitled ?Nilai-Nilai  Religius  Pembentuk  Akhlak  Mulia  dalam Novel Assalamualaikum Beijing Karya Asma Nadia (Kajian Struktural Genetik)? is a desrciptive qualitative study using genetic structural approach. The problems discussed in this research are (1) How is the intrinsic structure of Assalamualaikum Beijing novel by Asma Nadia?, (2) What are the religious values which develop good characters in Assalamualaikum Beijing novel from the point of view of the author. The objective of the research is to describe the intrinsic factors of Assalamualaikum Beijing novel, the religious values developing good characters in Assalamualaikum Beijing novel from the point of view of the author. The findings of the study are expected to be beneficial for the teachers of Bahasa Indonesia and Indonesian literature, students as teenagers, the resercher, and the society. The type of the reseach is qualitative descriptive with content analytical technique, while the reseach approach is genetic structural research emphasizing texts as the study objects. The data of this study are sentences, paragraphs, and discources written in Assalamualaikum Beijing novel. The source of the data of this study is Assalamualaikum Beijing novel by Asma Nadia published by PT Mizan Publika, Jakarta, in 2014. Based on the data analysis, it was found out that the religious values developing good characters in Assalamualaikum Beijing novel by Asma Nadia were the good characters to worship Allah SWT covering piety, sincerity, gratitude, obedience to follow Rasulullah, patience, good attitude towards parents, rights and obligations as husband and wife, attitudes with others, and attitiudes among teenagers. The study revealed 85 values forming good characters with the following details; 15 values of piety, 8 values of sincerity, 12 values of gratitude, 7 values of obedience to Rasulullah, 7 values of patience, 7 values of good attitude towards parents, 10 values of rights and obligations as husband and wife, 9 values of good attitude towards others, 8 values of attitude among teenagers. This study concludes that religious values cannot be separated from the influence of the society, family, friends, and self-willingness . Since the good values taken from Assalamualaikum Beijing novel can be used as the source of material for students? literature study, the values can be implemented in the learning of literature study in schools, especially High Schools.

Abstract

Active packaging is a technique that can be developed to prolong shelf-life or enhance safety or sensory properties, while maintaining the quality of fresh products inside. This experiment produced active packaging of antimicrobial (AM) film in which an antimicrobial (AM) agent was added into the film (instead of food) and then used it to coat the food product. The AM agents slowly release into the product surrounds, inhibit the growth of microbes thus packing and preserving were done in a single step. Carragenan was chosen as a matrix film with garlic extract as an AM agent. Fish balls were chosen as a product to be coated by this AM film. The study consisted of 2 steps i.e.: (i) prepared AM film, and (ii) coated the fish balls with AM film and then tested the quality during storage. In general, the quality of fish balls before and after storage still meet the SNI 0-3819-1995. In the application, the fish balls with AM film has longer shelf life than that without AM. Further more, the result of organoleptic test on appearance of odor and color showed that the panelists prefered coated fish balls than the uncoated one. The panelist prefered coated fish ball which is stored at 5 and 15°C.

Abstract

Human resources have an important role both individually and in groups because they are the main driving force for the smooth running of activities, even the back and forth of the organization is determined by the existence of human resources. Every agency will always try to improve the performance of its employees, with the hope that organizational goals will be achieved. The population in this study were all employees at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning (DPUPR) of Banten Province, totaling 200 employees. While the sample is part of the population, the sample taken in this study used 42 samples (PNS). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of internal communication on employee performance through work stress at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning (DPUPR) of Banten Province.The results of this study indicate that: Internal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work stress has no significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning (DPUPR) Banten Province.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak novel dewasa terhadap daya pikir remaja di MTs Sunan Pandanaran. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah santri yang juga merupakan siswa dari MTs Sunan Pandanaran. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian yang kami lakukan novel dewasa memiliki dampak positif dan negatif terhadap daya pikir terutama remaja yang sedang mengalami fase pubertas. Tingkat keterbukaan dan kematangan emosional remaja akan memainkan peran dalam menerima informasi yang berpengaruh pada pola pikir dan berdampak pada tingkah dan perilaku. Novel dewasa dapat membantu remaja memahami berbagai sudut pandang, pengalaman, dan kompleksitas dunia sekitar mereka, membantu remaja memahami realitas sosial dan emosional yang lebih kompleks, meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan membantu remaja membangun empati terhadap orang lain. Namun selain dampak positif ada juga dampak negatifnva yaitu remaja dapat mengalami gangguan belajar seperti membaca novel saat sedang pelajaran sehingga nilai menurun, malas untuk mengikuti ekstrakurikuler  tidak memperhatikan pelajaran dengan baik karena membaca novel, serta remaja menjadi tidur larut malam sehingga menjadi mengantuk saat jam pelajaran.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the effect of locus of control (X1) and work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y). The sample in this study was 93 respondents from permanent employees at PT Nusa Toyotetsu Corp. Calculated using the Slovin formula with the Probability Sampling technique, the sample method was Stratified Random Sampling. The population in this study used employees of PT Nusa Toyotetsu Corp with a total of 1,330 permanent employees. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches. The statistic tools using SPSS version 23The results of the analysis conducted, the results show that locus of control has a significance value of 0.597> 0.05, which means that locus of control has no significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance Simultaneously locus of control (X1) and work motivation (X2) together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y) PT Nusa Toyotetsu Corp with a value of 46%, while the remaining 54% is another variable not examined in this study. 23The results of the analysis conducted, the results show that locus of control has a significance value of 0.597> 0.05, which means that locus of control has no significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Performance has a very important role because performance is the final result of the employee's process of completing their tasks. Employees who complete their tasks well and correctly will have high performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of performance appraisal and performance allowances on employee performance through work discipline as an intervening variable. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with a descriptive causality design. In this study, data collection used a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires. The population of the study was 204 employees, and the sample was taken using a simple random sampling technique of 67 ASN PUPR employees of Banten Province. The analysis method used in this study used the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method and testing was carried out with the Partial Least Square (PLS) program using the assistance of SmartPLS v.3.2.9 software.The results of the study indicate that H1: there is a positive and significant influence of performance appraisal on employee performance, H2: there is a positive and significant influence of performance allowances on employee performance, H3: there is a positive and significant influence of performance appraisal on work discipline, H4: there is a positive and significant influence of performance allowances on work discipline, H5: there is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee performance, H6: there is a positive and significant influence of performance appraisal on employee performance through work discipline, H7: there is a positive and significant influence of performance allowances on employee performance through work discipline.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) of Universitas Muhammadiyah Kuningan in Panawangan Village was implemented as a form of student engagement to strengthen financial literacy and environmental awareness among elementary school students. This program aimed to foster early saving habits while increasing awareness of plastic waste management. The activity was conducted on August 9, 2025, at SDN 1 Panawangan, involving 21 fourth-grade students (11 boys and 10 girls). The methods included a socialization session on the importance of saving, education on waste management, and a hands-on workshop creating piggy banks from used plastic bottles as a creative medium for saving. The results showed that all participants successfully produced 21 piggy banks and demonstrated high enthusiasm in understanding the concepts of saving and plastic waste recycling. This program not only enhanced students’ financial literacy but also instilled environmental responsibility through the application of recycling principles. It is expected that this KKN activity will inspire schools and communities to develop similar initiatives as a sustainable character-building effort.
