Abstract

The purpose of this study is to inform the condition of Academic hardiness of Ahmad Dahlan University Guidance and Counseling Study Program students after the Covid-19 pandemic. Academic hardiness is a personality that is resilient in various obstacles, especially stress. Academic hardiness is a variable that must be possessed by students in order to achieve achievement while studying. The research population is 152 active students for the 2019-2021 academic year. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive. Data were obtained using an academic hardiness scale developed based on Kobasa's theory and Dweck's theory related to academic motivation. The scale developed refers to 3 aspects of academic hardiness namely commitment, challenge, and control. The developed scale was analyzed using the Rach Model. The results of the analysis stated that the 17 items developed contained several notes and needed to be revised. The results showed that the level of student academic hardiness of 89.5% was in the high category, 10.5% was in the medium category, and 0% was in the low category. Based on the research results, it is recommended that further researchers develop a counseling model to develop students' Academic hardiness, especially those who are still in the moderate category.

Abstract

Teenagers have a strong interest in being accepted by their peers, so some teenagers have difficulty behaving assertively. The aim of this research is to obtain an inventory that can be used to determine the level of assertive behavior in junior high school students. This research adapts the Gregory model instrument development steps which consist of defining tests, selecting scales, constructing items, testing items, revising, and developing norms. The instrument was developed from Alberti and Emmons' theory which reveals that aspects of assertive behavior are the ability to do something according to one's abilities, express oneself, defend oneself, express opinions and respect the rights of others. The assessment of the instrument developed was carried out based on input from two experts and trials carried out on 137 students in the city of Yogyakarta. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively based on expert input and quantitatively to test the validity and reliability of the instrument using the RASCH model. This research produces an inventory of assertive behavior that has been declared appropriate by experts, with reliability in the sufficient category, the quality of statement items in the special category and statement items declared to have model fit. It is hoped that the inventory developed can be used by guidance and counseling teachers in identifying students' assertive behavior so that it can be used as consideration in preparing service programs.

Abstract

The current era of industrial revolution demands critical, creative, communicative and collaborative thinking processes. These processes can be carried out through the learning process. Of the several demands of the 21st century, the thing that is most fundamental and requires cooperation between one individual and another is collaborative. Collaboration between teachers and students can be created through activities combined into the teacher advisor program. In line with this. This article will discuss the teacher advisor program as a basis for developing collaborative skills in schools. The method used is descriptive. The data sources in this research were obtained through literature reviews originating from expert opinions as well as several relevant articles related to the topic. Several results such as definitions, objectives, benefits regarding the teacher advisor program will later be discussed and concluded.

Abstract

Educational innovation has become an important topic in discussions about education development around the world, including in Indonesia. In an ever-changing social context, educational innovation is not only needed to improve the quality of learning, but also to ensure that education is accessible and relevant to all levels of society. This research method uses Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to review educational innovations in Indonesia. The process includes the determination of research questions, inclusion and exclusion criteria, literature search in the Scopus database, article filtering, and data analysis. The findings are synthesized to provide a comprehensive overview and recommendations for future educational development. Overall, these journals show that educational innovation in Indonesia is not only focusing on new learning methods, but also on policy development, teacher training, and the use of technology to create a better learning environment. By continuing to adopt and develop this innovation, it is hoped that the quality of education in Indonesia can improve significantly. The conclusion of this study shows that educational innovation in Indonesia faces various challenges, but also offers opportunities for improvement in the quality of education. Through the SLR approach, relevant patterns and trends were found, as well as recommendations for educational policies and practices, including related to current curriculum changes and also several collaborations with various circles as a reinforcement of Indonesia's higher education direction.

Abstract

Inovasi pendidikan telah menjadi topik penting dalam diskusi mengenai pengembangan pendidikan di seluruh dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Dalam konteks sosial yang terus berubah, inovasi pendidikan tidak hanya diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, tetapi juga untuk memastikan bahwa pendidikan dapat diakses dan relevan bagi semua lapisan masyarakat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Sistematic Literature Review (SLR) untuk meninjau inovasi pendidikan di Indonesia. Prosesnya meliputi penentuan pertanyaan penelitian, kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, pencarian literatur di database Scopus, penyaringan artikel, dan analisis data. Temuan disintesis untuk memberikan gambaran menyeluruh dan rekomendasi bagi pengembangan pendidikan di masa depan.Secara keseluruhan, jurnal-jurnal ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi pendidikan di Indonesia tidak hanya berfokus pada metode pembelajaran baru, tetapi juga pada pengembangan kebijakan, pelatihan guru, penggunaan teknologi untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih baik. Dengan terus mengadopsi dan mengembangkan inovasi ini, diharapkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia dapat meningkat secara signifikan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi pendidikan di Indonesia menghadapi berbagai tantangan, tetapi juga menawarkan peluang untuk perbaikan kualitas pendidikan. Melalui pendekatan SLR, ditemukan pola dan tren yang relevan, serta rekomendasi untuk kebijakan dan praktik pendidikan, termasuk terkait perubahan-perubahan kurikulum yang saat ini dilakukan dan juga beberapa kolaborasi dengan berbagai kalangan sebagai penguat arah pendidikan Indonesia yang lebih maju.
