Abstract

Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif, termasuk data sekunder atau metode secara tidak langsung, dengan cara melakukan analisis terhadap data masa lalu untuk memproyeksi jumlah wisatawan mancanegara yang akan berkunjung ke Sulawesi Barat dimasa yang akan datang, diperoleh hasil proyeksi yang perubahannya berbeda dari tahun sebelumnya yakni pada tahun 2010 sampai dengan tahun 2018 terjadi penurunanan pada 2 tahun terakhir yakni pada tahun 2011 dan 2018 sebesar 0,11% dan 31%. Sedangkan pada proyeksi untuk tahun 2019 sampai dengan 2020 tidak terjadi penurunan, melainkan jumlah wisatawan mancanegara yang akan berkunjung ke Sulawesi barat setiap tahunnya mengalami kenaikan sebesar 0,01%

Abstract

Rumah Teduh ( Coffee ART ) adalah kedai kopi dengan konsep klasik modern yang sangat cocok untuk diskusi dan menghilangkan penak dengan nongkrong bersama teman, sahabat dan keluarga, yang berlokasi di majene, Sulawesi Barat. Market dari kedai ini ialah kaulah muda, mahasiswa, siswa, komunitas, dan para pekerja non kantoran dan kantoran. Kedai ini juga memiliki beberapa produk yang mampu membatu para pengusaha industri kopi lainnya, Dengan nama brand produk Coffee ART. Semenjak masa pandemic COVID 19 kedai kopi ini mengalami penurunan keuntungan yang disebabkan penurunan permintaan (kunjungan), sehingga mengalami kesulitan menjalankan dan mengembangkan usaha. Rata-rata keuntungan kedai kopi ini sebelum masa pandemic COVID 19 adalah Rp.16.000.000 per bulan dan rata-rata keuntungan saat pandemic COVID 19 adalah Rp. 3.000.000 per bulan atau berkurang sekitar Rp. 13.000.000. Kondisi keuntungan yang diperoleh saat ini menyebabkan keberlangsungan usaha mengalami beberapa hambatan. Kondisi yang dialami sekarang ini perlu disikapi dengan beberapa solusi untuk mempertahankan dan mengembangkan usaha kedai kopi ini. Pengembangan produk rumahan dan pemesaran digital perlu diterapkan untuk menghadapi kondisi new normal yang sementara diterapkan sekarang ini. Produk rumahan berupa kemasan kopi dengan beberapa item yang bisa dibuat sendiri dirumah dengan kualitas yang tetap terjaga. Pemasaran digital / Marketplace ( Toko Online ) akan di kembangkan dengan toko online berbasis web yang di jadikan dalam versi aplikasi untuk android dan ios agar para konsumen mudah mengakses dan mudah untuk berkonsultasi dengan kedai kopi. Keuntungan pemasaran digital yang lainnya adalah bisa menjangkau konsumen bukan saja di dareah sekitar, tapi bisa menjangkau konsumen di daerah lainnya. Produk rumahan yang akan dikembangkan akan menggunakan brand sendiri dan akan didistribusikan dan dipasarkan melalui aplikasi yang akan dikembangkan sehingga pasar dari kedai kopi ini semakain luas dan akan memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap pengembangan usaha di kemudian hari

Abstract

Sustainable economic growth is the main goal for most countries in the world, including Indonesia. High economic growth can improve people's welfare, create new jobs, increase a country's competitiveness in the global market, and strengthen social and economic stability. This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation and population growth on economic growth in West Sulawesi in the 2013-2018 period . This study uses the Fixed Effect Model method with panel data. The data used in this study comes from the West Sulawesi Central Bureau of Statistics. The results of his research show that inflation and population growth have had a positive and significant effect on economic growth in West Sulawesi during the observed period, but it is necessary to control inflation and population growth appropriately in order to support sustainable economic growth

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of job training and motivation on civil servant performance at the Marine and Fisheries Service Office of Majene Regency. By using the SPSS method, there were 31 respondents who were used as samples in this study, namely employees of the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of Majene Regency. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to the research sample. T-test analysis is used to test in this study. The results of this study indicate that job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job training and motivation together, has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Marine and Fisheries Office of Majene Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether organizational culture and work environment affect employee performance. The location of the research was carried out in the Campalagian sub-district office with 31 employees. Sampling uses a saturated sample in which the entire population is sampled. The data sources are taken from primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires and observations made by researchers. Qualitative data is processed to become quantitative data results. Some questions addressed to respondents where the answers are quantified by giving a score. The analysis used was the t test using the SPSS version 25.0 windows application. The results showed that (1) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Work environment has no influence and is not significant on employee performance. And the F test analysis shows that Organizational Culture and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance in the Campalagian District office

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of regional autonomy policies on unemployment in Indonesia. The research method used in this study is a literature review that can be used to identify problems and solutions that have been found by previous researchers, as well as identify the weaknesses and shortcomings of these studies. The results of this study can be concluded that regional autonomy has a significant influence on the problem of unemployment in Indonesia. This can be seen from studies showing that there is a relationship between regional autonomy and economic growth, employment, the wage gap, and the quality of human resources in the regions

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 telah menyebabkan perubahan signifikan dalam pola konsumsi masyarakat, yang berdampak langsung pada pasar ritel di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami perubahan tersebut melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR), dengan mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis literatur yang relevan terkait pola konsumsi, kesadaran kesehatan, keberlanjutan, dan strategi pemasaran ritel pasca pandemi. Hasil dari tinjauan literatur ini menunjukkan bahwa pandemi mempercepat transisi dari konsumsi konvensional ke digitalisasi, meningkatkan kesadaran konsumen terhadap kesehatan dan produk berkelanjutan, serta memaksa peritel untuk mengadaptasi strategi pemasaran yang lebih personal dan berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini juga mengungkap dampak jangka panjang yang diantisipasi terhadap struktur pasar ritel di Indonesia, di mana belanja online menjadi bagian integral dari kebiasaan konsumen dan teknologi memainkan peran kunci dalam menentukan keberhasilan peritel di masa depan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether work experience and employee placement affect employee performance at PT. Bank Sulselbar Majene Branch. By using the SPSS version 25.0 method, there were 33 respondents who were used as samples in this study, namely employees of PT. Bank Sulselbar Majene Branch. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and is distributed directly to the research sample. Analysis t test is used to test in this study. The results of this study indicate that (1) the work experience variable has a significant effect on employee performance (2) Employee Placement variable No has a significant effect on employee performance The results of this study indicate that work experience and employee placement have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Sulselbar Majene Branch with a calculated F value of 69,006 is greater than the F table value of 3.32 with a significance of 0,000.
