Abstract

Introduction: Parenting style is a comprehensive unity between parent-child interactions. Different parenting styles in children have an impact on the incidence of sibling rivalry in preschool children. According to WHO (World Health Organization) the incidence of sibling rivalry in parenting, the known data from research on 52 respondents: democratic parenting (32.7%), authoritarian (3.8%), permissive (46.2%), abandonment (17.3%), there was Sibling Rivalry (65.4%) and there was no Sibling Rivalry (34.6%). This paper aims to assess the effect of parenting style on the incidence of sibling rivalry in preschool children. Method: This writing uses a systematic review design. The data is taken from the Science Direct, Poquest and Google Cendikia databases, with a period of 2016-2020. Search for journals and articles using the keywords parenting (parenting), sibling rivalry, prescooler (pre-school children). Result: There were ten selected journal articles from 2508 journal articles found from three databases. All journal articles say that there is a relationship between the type of parenting style of parents and the incidence of sibling rivalry in preschool children. Discussion: The results of the analysis in this systematic review show that modern parents, who have a level of knowledge that continues to develop, are more proactive in seeking information about parenting styles and sibling rivalry. Conclusion: The majority of parenting styles adopted by parents are democratic parenting so that parents become more pro-active in seeking information about the best parenting styles and the incidence of sibling rivalry.

Abstract

Introduction: Stunting is a problem of chronic malnutrition caused by insufficient nutrition in a long time due to feeding that is not in accordance with nutritional needs. One of the problems in feeding infants is the cessation of breastfeeding breastmilk and insufficient complementary feeding. The purpose study literature review is to identify thecomplementary feeding with the incidence of stunting in children. Method: The authors conducted a relevant literature review in various data using the keywords “complementary feeding, stunting, child”. Data based on SCOPUS, Science Direct, Proquest, Pubmed and Scholar.The criteria consisted of full text published in criteria were five years limit journal (2013-2018) use article using English. Result:The Results as much as 2.090 articles found, and selected 15 article that suitable with criteria. On the process of the analysis of the articles showed that timely complementary foods, frequency of food and drinks, diversity of foods and drinks associated with the incidence of stunting. in the study of the dietary patterns of all children using the 24-hour recall food questionnaire. Interventions focusing on optimal nutrition during the complementary feeding stage, exclusive breastfeeding, and the use of deworming tablets. Good complementary feeding potential to improve children's nutritional status and can prevent stunting in children after 0-59 month. Conclusion: stunting is influenced by the accuracy of complementary feeding, exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months, frequency of eating and drinking, diversity of iron and vitamin A-rich foods and regular administration of worm medicine.

Abstract

Introduction: Sexual Abuse is a condition that needs to be considered in recent years. Sexual abusehas become a public health issue because of the various health effects it causes. So it is necessary to make primary prevention efforts on behaviorsexual abuse, specifically for school age children. The purpose of this study is to find out how effective health education as a primary prevention effort for sexual abuse in school-age children. Method: his papers uses a systematic review design. Data was taken from the ProQuest, Scopus, and ScienceDirect databases with the period 2000-2018. Search was carried out for journals, articles and literature review using keywords of sexual abuse, prevention and psychoeducation. Result: The results of the analysis looked for articles, analysis of 19 articles ppropriates and assessed. namely health education as a form of preventive efforts to prevent sexual abuse in the form of games. The results of the study show that health education wasffort to prevent sexual abuse that occurs a lot in the school and family, health education rovided to school-age children can reduce the occurrence of sexual abuse. Conclusion: Health education is provided in the form of games so that it is easily understood by school-age children.

Abstract

Introduction: Adolescents are individuals who experience a period of transition from childhood to adulthood. The inability of adolescents to control their emotions often leads to deviant behavior. Alcohol consumption behavior is currently a growing problem in the world of adolescents. Alcohol abuse occurs because alcohol is used to overcome psychological problems and stress in their lives, a person consumes alcohol as a way to escape because drunkenness makes it easy to forget the problem. This is dangerous because it can lead to alcoholism or dependence. Method: This writing uses a systematic review design. The data is taken from the science direct, proquest and google cendikia databases, with a period of 2016-2020. Search for journals and articles using the keywords Result: It was found that there is a significant relationship between stress levels experienced by adolescents and alcohol abuse. Because teenagers can not solve the problems they face so that it has a negative impact on alcohol consumption. Conclusion: Teenagers can be quickly influenced by negative things, especially from a bad environment, so that in the search for articles, more teenagers have problems from their families so that stress levels are higher. So there needs to be a role for parents in overcoming the bad effects of stress experienced by teenagers.

Abstract

Introduction: Homosexuals community is one of the communities which have the possibility of spreading HIV/AIDS infections. According to the pilot study in a homosexual community in Sleman Regency, at least 78 people are teenagers and have a risk to be infected with HIV/AIDS. This study aimed to describe the knowledge and attitudes of young homosexuals about HIV/AIDS, and also the correlation between it in the Sleman Regency of Yogyakarta. Method: This research is descriptive-analytic. The number of samples is 30 young homosexuals with a total sampling method. Data are collected with questionnaires. Data analysis using univariate test and bivariate test with Spearman Rank correlation. Result: The results showed that knowledge about HIV/AIDS among young homosexuals is a moderate category about 56,7%, low category about 26,7%, and high category about 16,6%. The attitudes towards HIV/AIDS among the young homosexual majority is good about 43,3%, neutral attitudes about 33,3%, and worse attitudes about 23,3%. There was a significant positive correlation between knowledge of HIV/AIDS with the attitudes towards HIV/AIDS among the young homosexual in Sleman Regency indicated Spearman Rank correlation 0,541 with a p-value of 0,002. Conclusion: The knowledge about HIV/AIDS among the young homosexual majority is an average category. The attitudes towards HIV/AIDS among the young homosexual majority is good behavior. There was a correlation between knowledge and attitudes toward HIV/AIDS among young homosexuals in Sleman Regency Yogyakarta. It is important to nursing to give them health education continuously so the spreading of HIV/AIDS in teenagers can be controlled.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Pada pasien Diabetes Melitus terjadi karena glukosa dalam darah tidak dapat di ubah menjadi glikogen, pada kejadian ini akan menyebabkan komplikasi mikrovaskuler di ginjal, apabila terjadi hiperglikemi maka ginjal tidak bisa menyaring dan mengabsorpsi sejumlah glukosa dalam darah, salah satu indikator fungsi ginjal adalah dengan menilai Glomeruler Filtration Rate, apabila nilai Glomeruler Filtration Rate mengalami penurunan maka kadar ureum dan kreatinin akan meningkat. Tujuan : Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis hubungan antara Diabetes Melitus dengan kadar ureum kreatinin di Poliklinik Geriatri RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin.Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik penelitian sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 40 sampel. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan check list. Data kemudian dianalisa menggunakan Fisher Exact Test dengan nilai signifikan p 0,05.Hasil : Hasil menunjukan responden dengan kadar ureum tinggi sebanyak 22 responden (55%). Berdasarkan hasil analisa bivariat menggunakan Fisher Exact Test diperoleh nilai p=0,006 oleh karena p0,05 (0,0060,05) maka dapat dinyatakan ada hubungan antara Diabetes Melitus dengan kadar ureum di Poliklinik Geriatri RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin. Dan hasil menunjukan responden dengan kadar kreatinin tinggi sebanyak 25 responden (62,5%). Berdasarkan hasil analisa bivariat menggunakan Fisher Exact Test diperoleh nilai p=0,001 oleh karena p0,05 (0,0010,05) maka dapat dinyatakan ada hubungan antara antara Diabetes Melitus dengan kadar kreatinin di Poliklinik Geriatri RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin. Simpulan : Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara Diabetes Melitus dengan kadar ureumkreatinin di Poliklinik Geriatri RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin.Kata kunci : Diabetes Melitus, Ureum, Kreatinin 320

Abstract

Background: Coronavirus has become a serious global public health problem. This disease causes humans to start feeling from the flu to respiratory infections. Coronavirus disease so far has more often attacked the elderly and even caused severe infections and death in the elderly. The Elderly is the final stage of life that has undergone various processes of holistic change, both changes in biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects. Along with increasing age, the elderly are more susceptible to health problems, the Government has started the provision of COVID-19 vaccination with a priority target for the elderly aged over 60 years and over. Objective: To identify the relationship between knowledge about COVID-19 and the behavior of receiving vaccines in the elderly at the Patuk 1 Health Center Wonosari Yogyakarta. Methods: This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. A sample of 133 respondents was selected using the random sampling technique. Data on the knowledge of COVID-19 and the behavior of respondents' vaccine reception were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed by using the Spearman test. Results: The results showed that knowledge about COVID-19 (71.4%) was in the good category, (24.1%) was in the sufficient category, (4.5%) was in the poor category. Vaccine Acceptance Behavior in the category of willing to receive vaccines as many as 119 respondents (89.5%), in the category of not wanting to receive vaccines as many as 19 respondents (10.5%). Sperm test on knowledge of COVID-19 and behavior of vaccine reception showed a p value = 0.002 (p <0.05) and a correlation coefficient value of 0.263. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between knowledge about COVID-19 and the behavior of receiving vaccines in the elderly at the Patuk 1 Health Center Wonosari Yogyakarta.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Permasalahan gizi anak saat ini masih cukup memperihatinkan dan saat ini masih menjadi fokus perhatian pemerintah Indonesia. Berdasarkan data, angka stunting di Indonesia masih cukup tinggi. Banyak upaya yang dapat dilakukan baik secara farmakologis maupun non farmakologis, salah satunya yakni dengan terapi komplementer untuk meningkatkan nafsu makan pada anak. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bermaksud dapat memberikan pengetahuan dan skill terapi komplementer untuk meningkatkan nafsu makan pada anak yang ditujukan pada kader posyandu balita di Desa Dukun, dengan harapan dapat diajarkan kepada masyarakat sehingga dapat diimplementasikan terutama ibu-ibu yang memiliki anak balita. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara tatap muka di Balai Desa Dukun pada tanggal 27 Agustus 2022 dengan menggunakan kombinasi beberapa metode yakni metode ceramah, demostrasi dan praktik. Kegiatan ini dihadiri 21 kader posyandu balita yang berasal dari 11 dusun di Desa Dukun. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini terlihat dari kenaikan nilai rata-rata dari pre test 88,57 menjadi 90,47 saat post test. Peserta sangat antusias untuk mengikuti kegiatan ini dan puas terhadap kegiatan ini. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan serta skill terapi komplementer untuk meningkatkan nafsu makan pada anak bagi kader posyandu balita di Desa Dukun, sehingga diharapkan dapat memberikan konstribusi terhadap penurunan angka stunting pada anak. Kata Kunci: Anak, Kader, Komplementer, Nafsu Makan  ABSTRACT The current problem of child nutrition is still quite concerning and is currently still the focus of the attention of the Indonesian government. Based on the data, the stunting rate in Indonesia is still quite high. Many efforts can be made both pharmacologically and non-pharmacologically, one of which is complementary therapy to increase appetite in children. This community service e activity intends to provide complementary therapy knowledge and skills to increase appetite in children aimed at toddler posyandu cadres in the Dukun Village, with the hope that it can be taught to the community so that it can be implemented especially for mothers with toddlers. This activity was carried out face-to-face at the Shaman Village Hall on August 27 2022 using a combination of several methods, namely the lecture, demonstration and practice methods. This activity was attended by 21 toddler posyandu cadres from 11 hamlets in Dukun Village. The success of this activity can be seen from the increase in the score average from the pre test 88.57 to 90.47 during the post test. Participants were very enthusiastic to take part in this activity and were satisfied with this activity. This community service activity can increase the knowledge and skills of complementary therapy to increase appetite in children for toddler posyandu cadres in Dukun Village, so that it is expected to contribute to reducing stunting rates in children. Keywords: Children, Cadres, Complementary, Appetite

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic which has an impact on the health system in all countries. The implementation of government policies as an effective effort to stop the transmission of COVID-19 is through vaccination. There is no vaccine that is 100% safe and without risk which also has adverse reactions known as Adverse Events Following Immunization (AIFI). The aim is to find out the description KIPI of the Pfizer vaccine in the community in the Puskesmas Umbul Harjo I, Yogyakarta City. This research was descriptive with a cross-sectional method, with a sample of 96 people who were taken by purposive sampling and data collection. by observation. Based on the results of this study, the proportion of AIFI cases of the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine was divided into three categories, namely mild local AIFI, mild systemic AIFI and severe AIFI. Based on the number of respondents experiencing mild local AEFIs, there were 56 people (60.22%), respondents who experienced systemic AEFIs were 37 people (39.78%) but did not get data on respondents who were classified as having severe AEFIs. The conclusion of this study is the characteristics of the emergence of AEFI in respondents who received the Covid-19 vaccination based on age, sex, education, occupation and criteria of AIFI.

Abstract

Introduction: Many things are done by a person to get peace in his life, but sometimes someone does not realize the importance of interacting with other people, in this case communication. Communication is very crucial in life, especially in family life. Someone who is experiencing illness also needs clear communication to help the healing process, be it communication with family or communication with health workers. Method: The literature search was carried out by looking for literature studies in Scopus and in ScienceDirect with the theme of communication in the family. Result: After applying the eligibility criteria in the review, the 15 studies that had been obtained were included. The 15 studies, it shows that the communication provided by the family to other family members is very important in supporting the recovery of a sick family member, even a baby who is sick will gradually improve if he gets good communication from his mother, in the form of communication with physical contact. and attachment. The study of communication is important considering that many do not understand that communication is very important in life. Effective and open communication is also one of the keys to achieving a harmonious life in the family. Conclusion: Effective and open communication is important to apply, especially in family life, and also in the hospital environment, good communication between health workers, patients and families will help heal patients who are experiencing illness.
