<![CDATA[This study aims to develop a fuel inventory control system so that it can facilitate monitoring the volume of fuel stock from each bunker ship and can be reported at any time, so that the leadership can estimate the addition of fuel orders to PT. Pertamina for each bunker ship that is adjusted to the incoming fuel request order. If there is a sudden fuel order by the customer, the company can still serve the customer well, so that the fuel stock can be controlled and can be monitored properly at any time. The research method used in the information system monitoring the pump fabrication process is Research and Development (R&D) in this study only until the 6th (sixth) stage and produces the final product in the form of a prototype, so it does not reach the product implementation stage. The six steps are Research and information collecting, Planning, Develop preliminary form of product, Preliminary field testing, Main product revision and Main field testing. This application is made using Macromedia Dream Weaver and MySQL database.]]>

<![CDATA[Sistem Informasi ini membahas mengenai arus kas, penelitian ini dilakukan di Taman Kanak Kanak HJ.Sri Anah2 Semaang. Sistem informasi arus kas yang dijalankan di Taman Kanak Kanak masih dilakukan secara manual, yaitu dengan melakukan pencatatan data transaksi pada buku khusus. Hal ini membuat proses pencatatan transaksi dan pembuatan laporan keuangan menjadi lama. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem informasi akuntansi arus kas yang dapat memudahkan tugas bendahara dan dapat menghasilkan informasi yang cepat untuk sekolah. Sistem informasi akuntansi arus kas ini meliputi pendaftaran siswa baru, pencatatan transaksi arus kas sekolah Taman Kanak Kanak serta penjurnalan dan pembuatan laporan keuangan dari setiap transaksi arus kas yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan visual basic sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan MySQL sebagai database dan berbasis jaringan multiuser. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan model pendekatan R&D. Dengan adanya sistem informasi arus kas diharapkan Taman Kanak Kanak dapat membantu pimpinan dalam melakukan pencatatan arus kas baik kas masuk dan kas keluar, dan laporan-laporan yang dibutuhkan.]]>

<![CDATA[PT. Delta Dunia Sandang Tekstilmerupakan sebuah perusahaan yang memproduksi bahan baku Kapassintetis yang menjadi benang setengah jadi. yang merupakan produsen tekstil terbesar di Indonesia. Duniatexadalah perusahaan tekstil kelas dunia yang dikelola secara profesional, yang berfokus pada pemintalan,pertenunan, pencelupan, dan finishing. Pengecekan persediaan dan perawatan setiap mesin yang terdapat diperusahaan dibagi menjadi beberapa departement bagian berdasarkan bagian masing-masing yaitu Mantainace,Utilty, Laborat. Sistem informasi monitoring dan penggendaliaan sistem yang ada pada perusahaan PT. DeltaDunia Sandang Tekstil masih manual dimana ketika barang masuk kegudang dan barang keluar dari gudang,karyawan hanya mencatat pada form buku barang yang telah tersedia dan sering terdapat kesalahan pencatatandan tercampurnya data barang satu dengan barang yang lain sehingga ditakutkan akan terjadi kehilangan databarang data saat diperlukan. Dan pencatatan pembukuan dilakukan secara dua kali yaitu dengan kertas dan Ms.Excel terlalu banyak membuang waktu dan laporan – laporan yang diberikan ke pimpinan sering terlambat, danmasih terkendala untuk mencari data persediaan harus membuka data sheet per sheetBerdasarkan masalah yang ada, maka perlu dilakukan perubahan terhadap Sistem persediaan di gudangSparepart mesin dengan menggunakanSistem Informasi Akuntansi Untuk Monitoring Dan Pengendalian DenganMenggunakan Metode Perpetual. Perusahaan dapat melakukan pencatatan persediaan barang dengan pencatatanbarang menggunakan metode Perpetual (Perpetual inventory control) tidak diperlukan perhitungan secara fisik (Stock Opname ) pada persediaan yang tersedia. <![CDATA[Purpose of this study is to create a storage information system so that there is no wrong recording. Creating an automatic data search information system so that there is no need to search in a ledger, Creating an accurate information system in calculating savings, loans, installments and the distribution of the remaining operating results (SHU) automatically, Creating an information system that will make it easier to make the right reports, fast and accurate for cooperatives. The problem that arises in this cooperative is that the process of recording and searching for data on deposits, loans and installments is still manual in the form of a ledger. Another obstacle encountered is the calculation of deposits, loans, installments and SHU still using Microsoft Excel, which is still possible for errors in calculations. In addition, report generation also uses Microsoft Excel which requires data recording one by one which results in the presentation of the report taking a long time. <![CDATA[Technological developments and advances have a major influence on the business world and the world of education, especially in the field of computerization, used as data processing and obtain accurate information to be used as a decision. Schools in the Ungaran area are institutions or agencies engaged in education. Asset recording in these schools has been computerized with Microsoft Excel, but it is not optimal yet. The Maintenance Repair Information Technology (MRIT) division still uses bookkeeping in serving borrowing and returning assets, resulting in less effective and less controlled amount and condition of assets.The purpose of this study is to provide solutions to problems related to the asset inventory system of schools in the Ungaran area. The results obtained from this study are in the form of an asset inventory system using a web-based straight-line method. The system was built using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language and MariaDB as the database. The straight-line method is used in this study to calculate the depreciation of assets to determine the value of assets after experiencing depreciation. The MRIT section can easily find out the condition of the asset and the replacement time of the asset. ome of the features in the system include asset recording, borrower data, loan data and asset returns, asset depreciation and reports. The results of the research are that the presentation of asset data reports becomes more effective because they do not have to open several old documents. Asset replacement time can also be known easily.]]>

<![CDATA[Now there are many applications that use computer-based information systems. Therefore, the existence of computers is one of the means to be able to process data and information better. Grand Yasmin, as a trading business engaged in retail sales whose development still requires a strategic plan. Therefore, in this thesis the writer will create a web-based sales accounting application which is expected to be one of the solutions for the development of the company. The purpose of this research is to develop a sales accounting application system that has existed before, but is still very dependent on the presence of a courier / driver in inputting daily sales reports at each Grand Yasmin counter. The program to be developed is a sales accounting information system using a web application with a database as a storage medium, namely using MacromediaMX 2004 software and ASP as a programming language. The method used is qualitative data analysis. <![CDATA[Dian Wacana Demak Christian Kindergarten-Kindergarten School, which is one of the agencies engaged in the science and early childhood education. The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative data. The research objective is to design an effective and efficient school financial administration recording information system and design a school financial administration recording information system that has a system security that can maintain the correctness of the data. The research method used is the Borg and Gall R&D Development Research model, the Prototyping System Development Method to produce a product in the form of a prototype with 6 stages: Research and Data Collection, Planning, Initial Product Development, Product Testing, Product Revision, Final Trial. The conclusion from the results of this study is that this system can facilitate the recording of cash in and cash out transactions so that there are no mistakes in recording, users can easily present cash reports more quickly so that they can minimize recording time and recording errors, and make it easier for users to print. cash reports with accurate results so as to support and speed up decision making.]]>

<![CDATA[Mekarsari Kindergarten is a private school that was founded in 2015 with C accreditation and has one classroom located in Cipluk Sidokumpul Hamlet, Patean Kendal District, Central Java. As for the information system for receipts and expenditures in educational institutions, which still uses a manual system, in the data input process until the report is still written in recording financial transactions, especially in cash receipts and expenditures, by recording cash receipts and disbursements on receipts, then the information is summarized and recorded in the cash ledger. This makes the cycle spend most of its time in presenting financial reports, data discrepancies and large levels of errors can occur due to the large number of transactions that have been carried out, and double or double recording occurs if recorded manually. In addition, the speed of data input to report information may be late if needed at any time. This research aims to design a cash flow information system using the cash basis method, which makes it easier to record cash receipts and disbursements at Kindergarten Mekarsari Sidokumpul Patean Kendal using a computerized system.
