AbstractSchool Accreditation has demanded a complete learning tool, one of which is the library. The demands made several educational institutions managers juggle a room to be used as a library. As a result of the magic-juggling, many schools which then have seadaya library. This attracted the attention of researchers to see how the condition of the school library, especially primary schools in the city of Pekanbaru. The method used in this study is a questionnaire and survey methods. Through the method is expected to obtain a picture of the condition of the existing elementary school library in the city of Pekanbaru. The results of the study will be used as the basis of the guidelines of cooperation between the University of Lancang Kuning, especially Studies Program Library with the library manager Elementary School in the city of Pekanbaru. The results showed that there are several aspects such as library staff, library staff education, minimum area, completeness of the type of collection, and application of information technology is still not being met by some primary schools in Pekanbaru. These conditions provide opportunities for cooperation between Unilak with SD in Pekanbaru. Therefore, it is expected Unilak can immediately seized the opportunity to enter into an agreement in the form of training or distribution of graduates with a primary manager in Peknbaru.Keywords: Map Library,Â Elementary School, Pekanbaru.AbstrakAkreditasi sekolah telah menuntut adanya sebuah sarana belajar yang lengkap, salah satunya adalah perpustakaan. Tuntutan tersebut membuat beberapa pengelola lembaga pendidikan menyulap sebuah ruangan untuk dijadikan sebagai ruang perpustakaan. Sebagaimana hasil dari sulap-menyulap, banyak sekolah yang kemudian memiliki perpustakaan yang seadaya. Hal ini menarik perhatian peneliti untuk melihat bagaimana kondisi perpustakaan sekolah, terutama sekolah dasar di Kota Pekanbaru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode angket dan survey. Melalui metode tersebut diharapkan dapat diperoleh gambaran mengenai kondisi perpustakaan sekolah dasar yang ada di Kota Pekanbaru. Hasil penelitian nantinya dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar pedoman kerjasama antara Universitas Lancang Kuning, khususnya Program Studi Ilmu Perpustakaan dengan pengelola perpustakaan Sekolah Dasar di Kota Pekanbaru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa aspek seperti tenaga perpustakaan, pendidikan tenaga perpustakaan, luas minimal dan pembagian ruangan, jenis koleksi,Â dan penerapan teknologi informasi masih belum terpenuhi oleh beberapa SD di Pekanbaru. Kondisi ini memberikan peluang kerjasama antara UnilakÂ dengan SD di Pekanbaru. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan Unilak dapat segera menangkap peluang tersebut dengan mengadakan kerjasama dalam bentuk pelatihan ataupun penyaluran lulusan dengan pengelola SD yang ada di Peknbaru.Kata Kunci: Peta Perpustakaan, Sekolah Dasar, Kota Pekanbaru.

AbstrakSebagai suatu kewajiban dalam perguruan tinggi, setiap mahasiswa diwajibkan melakukan penelitian berbentuk skripsi. Perlu dilakukan kontrol terhadap skripsi yang dihasilkan oleh mahasiswa melalui proses pemetaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan penelusuran pustaka sebagai proses pengambilan datanya dan populasi sebesar 319 skripsi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Subjek skripsi Jurusan Ilmu Perpustakaan banyak didominasi oleh ketersediaan informasi, pemanfaatan perpustakaan dan kebutuhan informasi. Subjek skripsi Jurusan Sastra Indonesia didominasi oleh kajian etika dan semiotik. Subjek skripsi Jurusan Sastra Inggris didominasi oleh kajian psikoanalisis. Subjek skripsi Jurusan Sastra Daerah/Melayu didominasi oleh kajian sistem nilai. Penulis menyarankan perlu adanya kontrol terhadap judul skripsi yang akan diajukan. Sebagai salah satu proses kontrol, ketua jurusan atau bagian penerimaan judul skripsi menggunakan software sebagai salah satu proses evaluasi dalam penilaian kelayakan judul skripsi yang diajukan.Keyword: Peta penelitian, mahasiswa, FIB UnilakAbstractStudent is required to do research in the form of thesis. It is necessary to control the theses produced by the students through the process of mapping. The method used in this study is search the literature as the data retrieval process that count 319 thesis. Data analysis was performed using a percentage formula. The results showed that the Department of Library Science thesis subject is dominated by the availability of information, use of library and information needs. Indonesian Literature Department thesis subject is dominated by the study of ethics and semiotics. English Department essay subject is dominated by the study of psychoanalysis. Subject of thesis

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap bagaimana minat baca dosen Fakultas Ilmu Budaya Universitas Lancang Kuning. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan penyebaran angket sebagai teknik perolehan datanya. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh dosen Fakultas Ilmu Budaya, yaitu 22 dosen. Hasil penelitian nantinya dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar, terutama bagi pengelola perpustakaan fakultas dalam menyusun program pembinaan minat baca di lingkungan Fakultas Ilmu Budaya. Berdasarkan hasil analisa di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada dasarnya dosen FIB Unilak memiliki minat baca yang tinggi. Selain itu, dosen FIB Unilak memiliki keragaman terkait jenis, subjek, bahasa, maupun format koleksi yang mereka baca. Namun sayangnya, tingginya minat baca tersebut tidak dibarengi dengan tingginya kunjungan ke perpustakaan FIB Unilak.Kata Kunci: Minat Baca, Dosen, Fakultas Ilmu Budaya.AbstractThis study aims to see the reading habbit of lecturer at the Faculty of Humanities University of Lancang Kuning. Data collected by questionnaire that filled by 23 lecturers. Result shown that most of them likes reading. They have a different of type, subject, language, and format collections that they read. But unfortunately, the reading habbits is inversely with library visiting. Data shown that they did not like to visiting the library,Â especially FIB Unilak Library. AbstrakPengindeksan subjek merupakan salah satu kegiatan inti dalam pengolahan koleksi perpustakaan. IbM ini bertujuan untuk menyegarkan kembali serta meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan pustakawan di lingkungan Unilak dalam proses pengindeksan subjek. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada tanggal 02 April 2015 melalui beberapa tahap kegiatan. Tahap pertama tahap penyegaran konsep dasar pengindeksan subjek. Tahap kedua adalah penyegaran mengenai jenis konsep. Tahap ketiga adalah penyegaran mengenai jenis subjek. Tahap keempat adalah penyegaran mengenai tajuk subjek. Tahap kelima adalah tahap praktik penentuan subjek. Tahap terakhir adalah tahap evaluasi dan motivasi. Hasil analisa terhadap pretest dan posttest menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan peserta dalam hal pengindeksan subjek koleksi perpustakaan.Kata Kunci: Pengindeksan Subjek, Universitas Lancang KuningAbstractSubject indexing is one of the core activities in the processing of library collections. IbM aims to refresh and improve their knowledge and ability librarians within Unilak in the process of indexing the subject. This activity is carried out in several stages of activity. The first stage of the indexing phase refresher basic concepts of the subject. The second stage is a refresher on the types of concepts. The third stage is a refresher on the type of subject. The fourth stage is a refresher on the subject code. The fifth stage is the stage of determining the subject practices. The last stage is the stage of evaluation and motivation. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevalusi keterampilan sosial pustakawan di UPT Perpustakaan Unilak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan pengambilan sampling incidental yang diambil dari 2501 populasi dan 96 sampel orang, dan 4 orang pustakawan. Terdiri dari mahasiswa dan pustakawan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, angket, wawancara, studi pustaka, studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa Keterampilan Sosial Pustakawan di UPT Perpustakaan Unilak sudah memiliki keterampilan sosial yang cukup baik. Dapat dilihat dari jumlah responden (73,96%) mengatakan Kemampuan Berkomunikasi secara positif dan aktif sudah baik. Responden (59,17%) mengatakan kemampuan seorang pustakawan dalam memahami kebutuhan pemustaka sudah ada. Dan pustakawan di UPT Perpustakaan Unilak sudah bisa bekerjasama dengan tim kerja, bekerjasama dengan penulis/penerbit, pustakawan bisa mencari link untuk bekerjasama dengan perpustakaan lainnya. Jumlah responden (66,84%) mengatakan bahwa pustakawan sudah memiliki pengetahuan, pemahaman mengenai keanekaragaman budaya.

This study aims to find out the trending tendencies of topics in the field of Library and Information Science and map the topic from 2017-2021 so that findings can be found in the form of topics that are still few and have the opportunity to be further researched by further researchers. The research topics will be presented using Co-Occurance Vosviewer. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with a search on a URL or a Google Scholar search portal. The results showed that the subjects or keywords found were then standardized using Hawkins Taxonomy. Of the 11 subject classifications of library keywords and information according to Taxonomy Hawkins researchers took the 5 classes with the most use. First, Libraries and Library Service (LIS) is 1447 keyword frequencies with a percentage result of 29%, second information science research (ISR) which is 713 frequencies with a percentage result of 14%, thirdly The Information Professional is 722 frequencies with a percentage of 14%, fourth societal issues (SI) which is 698 frequencies with a percentage result of 14%, and the fifth, Information Technologies (IT) which is 625 frequencies with a percentage result of 12%. It can be concluded that the tendency of the most widely used keywords in research is about "Library" which can be seen in the subject class libraries and library service (LIS).

Scientific articles are scientific papers from research results communicated in scientific publications, such as journals, magazines, or other publications. Librarians as functional personnel are required to make a positive contribution to the nation's change, one of which is to produce scientific papers published in scientific publications. The community service activities aim to provide understanding, improve and provide the ability to compile research results and the ability to write scientific articles to librarians in Pekanbaru. The method used in this activity is in the form of workshops delivered with lecture techniques, question and answer, and practice. To find out the extent of participants' acceptance and understanding, as well as the ability of participants, at the beginning and end of the training an evaluation or evaluation is carried out by filling in the pretest and post-test sheets. Based on the results of the tests that have been conducted, it is known that the participants experienced an increase after training in writing scientific articles. On the understanding of the concept of scientific articles increased by 30.75%, while the ability of strategies and scientific article writing techniques increased by 29.64%. in the training participants were very enthusiastic and active in participating in training activities writing scientific articles from beginning to end.

Activity reports are one of the most important elements in an organization. The activity of writing student activity reports at the end of the implementation of activities becomes a thing that is always avoided by students, especially students who are members of a sub-campus organization. The community service activities aim to provide understanding, as well as improve the ability to write reports on student activities in accordance with the guidelines issued by BPM the Lancang Kuning University. In particular, this activity aims to improve the knowledge and techniques of writing and the preparation of student activity reports especially Organisasi Mahasiswa (ORMAWA) such as DPM, BEM, UKM and HMJ at the Lancang Kuning University. This service activity includes training or counseling which contains the delivery of information for material that is technical and the practice of the report writer, in this case is material about the concept of the report; dialogical method that is question and answer and continues with the practice of writing reports on how to write reports in accordance with the guidelines issued by BPM Lancang Kuning University; and training methods to instill technical and practical skills and skills in writing reports.

The information age creates abundant digital information sources (e-resources) through the internet. The abundance of digital information encourages humans to search and use it to meet information needs. However, not all information on the internet can be taken to be genuine, valid and reliable references. So, this service activity was carried out aimed at providing technical guidance to librarians in Pekanbaru. The method used in this activity is by providing technical guidance on tracking and utilizing e-resources to librarians. The result of this activity is an increase in the librarian's understanding and skills in the strategy and utilization of e-resources an average of 24.5%, as well as scientific articles that have been sent to the journal Bidik. The suggestion from the dedication is that the training participants should apply the knowledge gained from the training in each library, and it is better if similar activities should be held in the field of library science.
