Abstract

Permasalahan pada Mata Pelajaran Dasar-Dasar Kejuruan (DDK) di SMK Negeri 1 Lintau Buo adalah penggunaan metode mengajar guru yang masih kurang menarik atau tidak bervariasi, hal itu ditunjukan dengan kurangnya aktivitas dan perhatian guru pada saat proses pembelajaran, menyebabkan siswa yang tidak masuk pada saat pembelajaran, dan banyaknya siswa tidak mengertii dengan materi yang disampaikann, dan berdampak pada rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Tujuann penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuii hubungan metode mengajar guru dengsn hasil belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran DDK Kelas X DPIB SMK Negeri 1 Lintau Buo. Teknik teknik sampel jenuh digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu seluruh siswa kelas X DPIB dengan jumlah 37 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakannmetode penelitian kuntitatif deskriptif. Dalam peneliitian ini terdapat dua variabellyaitu variabel bebas (X) metode mengajar guru dan variabel terikat (Y) hasil belajar siswa. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner berupa pertanyaan. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan hasil korelasi antara variabel X dan variabel Y memilikii hubungann tidak signifikan dengan memperoleh skor koefisien korelasi rr hitung < r tabel, maka menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat korelasi antar variabel.

Abstract

Pendidikan tidak lepas dari seorang guru atau pendidik. Dimana seorang guru harus dapat mengembangkan proses pembelajaran yang optimal, salah satunya mengembangkan metode pembelajaran. Persepsii merupakan sebuah aktivitass berupaa mengindra, mengintegrasikan, serta memberikan penilaiann pada oobjek-objek fisik ataupun sosial.l Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatahui persepsi siswaa terhadap metode pembelajaran guru dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas X DPIB SMKN 1 Lintau Buo. Pada penelitiann ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian kelas X DPIB SMKN 1 lintau Buo yang berjumlah 32 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa observasi, angket, test, dan dokumentasi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling . analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, Ujii persyaratan analisis, dean uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) hasil belajar siswa masuk dlam kategori cukup dengan nilai terendan 67,5 dan nilai tertinggi 94,5, (2) persepsii siswa terhadap metode pembelajaran dengan hasill belajarr meiliki hubungan denga nilai korelasional 0,365 dengan kategori rendah.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki banyak wilayah dengan potensi pertambangan yang besar, diantaranya Nagari Muaro Kiawai, Kecamatan Gunung Tuleh, Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Namun, dengan melakukan operasi penambangan skala kecil di daerah dekat sungai dan di tengah hutan yang berdampak negatif terhadap ekosistem, kegiatan penambangan emas ilegal telah menjadi sumber pendapatan bagi masyarakat di Nagari Muaro Kiawai. Tujuan dari survei lapangan ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kerusakan ekosistem dan kehidupan nelayan di Nagari Muaro Kiawai yang terus menerus dirusak oleh penambangan emas. Dari hasil temuan diketahui bahwa kegiatan PETI berpengaruh nyata terhadap kualitas lingkungan di hilir dan kelestarian lingkungan serta degradasi lingkungan berdampak nyata terhadap hasil tangkapan ikan bagi nelayan, sehingga mempengaruhi pendapatan/pendapatan, sehingga ada ada beberapa rekomendasi yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini antara lain mentaati prinsip-prinsip mengenai pengelolaan lingkungan hidup dan adanya sanksi yang tegas terhadap pelaku perusakan lingkungan hidup, diperlukan gugus tugas yang melibatkan semua pihak untuk menindak tegas para perusak lingkungan hidup.

Abstract

Women's beauty is crucial for women as identification of beauty with interesting things about the desire to meet needs and satisfaction in appearance from a different perspective. This study uses content analysis of a number of articles that will focus on sources of data from Scopus-indexed journals with a focus on discussing women's beauty from various findings that have been published in the SAGE Journals, Taylor & Francis and Wiley database with the main focus of research being critical thinking skills from inclusion and exclusion criteria. Narrative literature reviews the perspective of ideal appearance and understanding of beauty standards as factors for identifying women's beauty. The current study reveals that in the last six years, female beauty has highlighted the perspective of ideal appearance with aspects of the influence of social media exposure on women's behaviour, body dissatisfaction to appearance and body care trends which are dominated by the effects of using social media Instagram. While different understandings influence the perspective of beauty standards in the construction of beauty in the perspective of social interaction, body image to ethnicity and minorities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aspek yuridis terhadap putusan pengadilan tata usaha Negara Samarinda dengan Nomor 13/G/2023/PTUN.SMD yang timbul akibat dari gugatan terhadap Gubernur Kalimantan Utara yang disebabkan oleh penerbitan Surat Keputusan Gubernur Kaltara dengan No. 824/167/2-2-BKD tentang Pemberhentian Dr. RS dari Jabatannya sebagai direktur RSUD Dr. H. Jusuf SK Kaltara pada tanggal 7 Maret 2023 yang menjadi objek sengketa KTUN. Isi Surat Keputusan Gubernur tersebut berisi tentang pemberhentian Dr. H. RS dari jabatan sebagai Direktur RSUD dr. H. JUSUF SK yang terletak pada provinsi Kalimantan Utara dan ditempatkannya dalam jabatan baru sebagai analis kesehatan Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Kalimantan Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan karena penelitian ini bersifat yuridis normatif. Hasil dari putusan tersebut adalah mengabulkan seluruh permohonan pemohon untuk membatalkan dan wewajibkan untuk mencabut Surat Keputusan Gubernur Kaltara No. 824/167/2-2-BKD yang berisi pemberhentian Dr. RS dari jabatan direktur RSUD pada tanggal 7 Maret 2023. Surat keputusan Gubernur tersebut dinyatakan batal karena dinilai memiliki kesalahan prosedur dalam penerbitannya.Kata Kunci: Aparatur Sipil Negara; Kepegawaian; PTUN

Abstract

Clustering can be defined as a method commonly applied in data mining to group objects into clusters. Clusters consist of data objects that are similar to each other in a group but different from objects in other clusters. In this study, the data used is the data of KIP scholarship recipients for the 2016-2023 period. Various clustering metric measurement techniques have been frequently used by researchers, especially those focusing on distance and similarity metrics, such as Euclidean Distance, Manhattan, and Minkowski. In general, K-Means is an unsupervised learning method used in the clustering process to group data based on similarity. The elbow method is used to determine the optimal number of clusters, so that the clustering results obtained can be maximized to achieve better results. This study aims to analyze the use of Manhattan technique in K-Means clustering for data grouping. The research problem is how to analyze the Manhattan metric technique in K-Means clustering for effective data grouping. Applying the K-Means method shows that the existing data is successfully divided into four specified clusters. After determining the correct number of clusters, the K-Means method is used to sort the data in the dataset. From 3172 data, the final results obtained cluster 0 as many as 774 data, cluster 1 as many as 417 data, cluster 2 as many as 1244 data, and cluster 3 as many as 737 data. The results of the clustering process obtained a davies-bouldin index value of 1.4568.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the citation of thesis students of the law study program at Lancang Kuning University and the law study program at the Islamic University of Riau. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a literature study approach. The results showed that there were 14 types of regulations used by Lancang Kuning University students and 19 types of regulations that were most widely used by law study program students at the Islamic University of Riau. The type of citation most widely used by these two universities is the law with the use of almost all of it in part with a total of 48.98% carried out by students of the Lancang Kuning University law study program and mostly used by students of the law study program at the Islamic University of Riau with a total of 60.87%. The most widely used type of law is law. No. 8 of 1981 concerning Criminal Procedure Code by Lancang Kuning University and the Civil Code by the Islamic University of Riau. The most widely used citation year at the two universities was in the range of 2000 to 2010.

Abstract

This study is driven by the issue of suboptimal student academic performance, primarily due to students' limited ability to comprehend lessons effectively. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the influence of learning motivation, learning discipline, and the family environment on students' academic performance at State Junior High School 10 Pangkalpinang. This research is classified as descriptive research and utilizes a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 184 respondents selected through the census sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the multiple linear regression analysis method. The results indicate that learning motivation, learning discipline, and the family environment each have a positive and significant effect on the academic performance of students at State Junior High School 10 Pangkalpinang. Furthermore, the simultaneous test results demonstrate that learning motivation, learning discipline, and the family environment collectively have a positive and significant impact on students' academic performance.

Abstract

Parenting programs in Kindergarten (TK) have a very important role in supporting children's development, both socially, emotionally and academically. This research aims to design an effective parenting program strategy at the Pembina Lintau Buo State Kindergarten. Through a qualitative approach, this research involves in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects in this research involved school principals, teachers and parents to gain a comprehensive perspective regarding parents' needs and expectations for their children's education. The research results show that planning and implementing a good parenting program can have a positive impact on parents and children, namely improving the quality of students' understanding in learning by involving parents' participation through parenting learning programs. The parenting programs implemented are: Parent gatherings, elementary classes, seminars on early childhood education, training/workshops, and home visits. Strategic planning in managing early childhood education can be carried out through steps such as identifying needs and problems, environmental studies, determining vision and mission, and preparing programs.

Abstract

The procurement of medical equipment is part of hospital logistics management to meet user needs and improve service quality. RSUD dr. Rasidin Padang has implemented this function, but challenges remain, such as unutilized medical equipment post-procurement. This study aims to analyze the procurement of medical equipment logistics at RSUD dr. Rasidin. In the input component, the IPSRS workforce consists of 6 staff members, but their capacity is limited due to a lack of formal training and the absence of SOPs. In the process component, planning is conducted annually based on user requests, with procurement carried out through e-catalogs or vendors. In the output component, the results are suboptimal due to insufficient coordination and equipment utilization. The study concludes that improvements in staff training, SOP development, and inter-unit coordination are needed to enhance procurement efficiency and hospital services.Keywords: Procurement, Logistics, Medical Equipment
