Abstract

This study aims to look at the risk factors for hypertension in adolescents. The method is observational analytical research using a cross-sectional design involving 63 respondents. The research results showed that the 63 teenagers willing to be respondents in this study were aged 14 - 18 years, with the majority being female. The research results showed that the gender variable was not related to the incidence of hypertension in adolescents (p = 0.245), as well as the sleep duration variable (p = 0.477), the BMI variable (p = 0.000), light exposure (p = 0.000) and total cholesterol levels. (p = 0.007) shows a relationship with the incidence of hypertension in adolescents. The research conclusion is that the incidence of hypertension in adolescents is related to BMI, light exposure, and total cholesterol levels. Keywords: Risk Factors, Hypertension, Adolescents

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to be able to determine the contribution margin, the level of break event point sales, safety of margin and the number of goods sold at Toni Meubel Way Bungur to achieve a profit target and to know the level of operating leverage at Toni Meubel Way Bungur resulting in increased profits. clean. This research is a quantitative research which is a process of analyzing something you want to know by using data in the form of numbers as a supporting tool. The data collected is in the form of data on operational costs or variable costs, fixed costs, and furniture sales data at Toni Meubel in Way Bungur. Based on the description above, the results of the research and discussion can be concluded as follows. The contribution margin of Toni Furniture Way Bungur has decreased from 2019-2021. The sales point break event level at Tony Way Bungur is so that the company does not experience a loss of at least 10 units. Safety of margin at Toni Meubel Way Bungur has fluctuated from 2019-2021. The safety margin in 2020 has decreased, but in 2021 it has increased again. The number of items sold at Toni Meubel has fluctuated in 2019-2021.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the levels of Fe and Zn serum in patients with pulmonary TB with DM and without DM. The research method used is descriptive-analytical with a cross-sectional approach. The results showed that the average level of iron (Fe) serum in patients with pulmonary TB was 111.67 μg / dL, and the average level of iron (Fe) serum in patients with pulmonary TB with DM was 61.23, μg / dL. For serum zinc levels, the average level of zinc (Zn) serum in patients with pulmonary TB was 101.29 μg / dL, and the average level of zinc serum in patients with pulmonary TB with DM was 76.38 μg / dL. The study concludes that there is a difference in the average levels of Fe and Zn in patients with pulmonary TB and patients with pulmonary TB with DM. Keywords: Fe, TB, TB-DM, Zinc

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi harga, kepercayaan konsumen, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan kunjungan parsial Glen Coffee & Resto Glenmore Banyuwangi. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori manajemen pemasaran, teori persepsi harga, kepercayaan konsumen, dan teori kualitas pelayanan dan keputusan pelanggan. Riset dilakukan oleh konsumen Glen Coffee & Resto Glenmore Banyuwangi. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 90 responden. Sifat penelitian ini adalah penjelasan. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, dengan software SPSS versi 20.00. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Persepsi harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung, Kepercayaan konsumen secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung, Kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung ke Glen Coffe & Resto Glenmore Banyuwangi.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap  Kinerja Pegawai Bagian Keuangan  Organisasi Sektor Publik dengan Motivasi Kerja sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Kasus pada Pegawai Pemerintah Kota Tasikmalaya). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (2) pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (3) pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Motivasi Kerja; (4) pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Motivasi Kerja. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai bagian keuangan yang bekerja di dinas-dinas Pemerintah Kota Tasikmalaya yang berjumlah 96 orang. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan populasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah uji regresi linier sederhana dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan R Square sebesar 0,326 terdapat pengaruh positif Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan R Square sebesar 0,364. Hasil penelitian Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai  melalui Motivasi Kerja positif dengan pengaruh mediasi koefisien mediasi 0,315, dan terdapat pengaruh positif Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai yang melalui Motivasi Kerja dengan koefisien mediasi 0,251.   Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai
