Abstract

The Influence of the quality of service for satisfaction and word of mouth on the further education LP3I Campus Kramat Jakarta. Research is aimed to determine the influence of the quality of service for satisfaction student an continued program LP3I, know the influence of the quality of service for word of mouth students an continued program LP3I, and he knows influence of satisfaction with word of mouth students an continued program LP3I. Data processing the result of this research in a software partial least square (pls) does not need sample in a specified number of, but the amount available recommended was a minimum 35 to 100 respondents (yamit and kurniawan, 2009:213). Each respondent given 59 statement with use likert scale. Based on the results of data processing shows that the quality of service have leverage significant and give a positive response to satisfaction on program LP3I secondary schools. The quality of service have leverage significant and give a positive response to the word of mouth on schooling LP3I an continued program. Abstract

Seiring dengan Perkembangan era saat ini, Peran teknologi informasi pada dunia pendidikan sangatlah penting. Tuntuan beradaptasi terhadap teknologi di lingkungan Pondok Pesantren Yaa Bunayya yang terletak di Purwakarta dan Kebutuhan peningkatan pengetahuan pengetahuan tentang administratif adalah hal mutlak dalam Pondok Pesantren agar tercipta manajemen tertata rapi, dimana pada setiap laporan memberikan laporan yang bersifat keputusan, maupun bersifat berupa laporan kepada pihak yang menaungi dan berbagai keperluan yang berhubungan dengan informasi tentang Permasalahan yang dihadapi para Guru Pondok Pesantren Yaa Bunayya saat ini Masih Kurang atau belum maksimal dalam penggunaan Aplikasi Microsoft Word. Dengan Kondisi Tersebut Maka Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat memberikan materi pelatihan tentang Optimalisasi Teknologi Informasi Dengan Memanfaatkan Microsoft Word Dengan adanya pelatihan ini bertujuan agar ada peningkatan pengetahuan tentang microsoft word bagi para Guru Pesantren Pondok Pesantren dalam menggunakan perangkat pengolah data (microsoft word) secara optimal yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pondok pesantren yaa bunayya. Abstract

This community service program aims to improve the digital literacy of students in Bantar Agung Tourism Village, Majalengka Regency, West Java, through training in creative content production as a means of regional promotion. The activity is motivated by the underutilized potential of local tourism in the digital space, as well as the limited skills of students in using social media productively. The methods employed include counseling, hands-on training, and intensive mentoring in creating digital content, such as photography, videography, caption writing, and social media platform management. The participants are junior and senior high school students residing in Bantar Agung Village..The results of the program indicate an increase in participants’ understanding of digital literacy concepts, media ethics, and technical skills in producing engaging and informative creative content 86 %. In addition, participants are able to produce and publish promotional content about the village’s tourism through various digital platforms, thereby contributing to increased visibility of Bantar Agung as a tourist destination. Continuous mentoring has also encouraged the formation of a village youth creator community that actively participates in regional promotion..Thus, this training program not only enhances students’ digital competencies but also generates a positive impact on the development of community-based local tourism potential. This activity is expected to serve as a model for empowering rural students through sustainable and adaptive digital literacy in response to technological advancements

Abstract

This study aims to examine how debt management is implemented and to analyze the role of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Epicor in improving debt management at PT XYZ. Debt management is a crucial aspect in maintaining the financial stability of a company and ensuring smooth relationships with suppliers. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that each division in the company, including Sales, Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC), Purchasing, Warehouse, and Finance, plays an important role in the emergence of trade payables. The use of ERP Epicor has proven to facilitate the process of recording debt invoices, monitoring payable status, and scheduling payments systematically and efficiently.
