Abstract

The study aims to obtain empirical evidence the effect of work stress, work engagement, placement and leadership on employee performance at FKIP UNS. The type of research is survey research. The sample of this study used a purposive sampling sample. The data collection techniques was done using questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis. This study concludes that work stress, work engagement, placement and leadership affect the performance of FKIP UNS employees simultaneously and in part the work engagement does not affect employee performance. Abstract

: The research aims to find out and describe the influence of simultaneously or partial attitude, life style and usefulness perception towards repurchase interest in Luwes Gentan Sukoharjo. This methodology research using quantitative descriptive research. The population was all consumer Luwes Gentan Sukoharjo unknown number. The number of samples was determined with the formula Lemeshow and the result 100 respondents. Sampling method using convenience sampling. The questionnaire used for data retrieval. Data analysis technique used was statistic analysis is multiple linier regression, F test, t test and determination coefficient. This test results the attitude, life style and usefulness perception simultaneously and significance effect on repurchase interest in Luwes Gentan Sukoharjo. Attitude influential positive and significance effect against the repurchase interest in Luwes Gentan Sukoharjo. Life style influential positive and significance effect against the repurchase interest in Luwes Gentan Sukoharjo. Usefulness perception influential positive and significance effect against the repurchase interest in Luwes Gentan Sukoharjo. Abstract

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel transformasi perusahaan, kompetensi, dan perilaku inovatif terhadap keunggulan kompetitif. Selain itu juga untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh secara simultan yang signifikan dan variabel mana yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi keunggulan kompetitif pada Pemilik Usaha Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 92 perusahaan dan sample yang digunakan bejumlah 92, dimana teknik samplingnya mempergunakan sampling jenuh (sensus). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data:observasi, kuesioner, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji linier berganda. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa : Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa : 1) Ada pengaruh Transformasi perusahaan, kompetensi, dan perilaku inovatif berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif pada Pemilik Usaha Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta, 2) Ada pengaruh transformasi perusahaan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif pada Pemilik Usaha Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta, 3) Ada pengaruh kompetensi keunggulan kompetitif pada Pemilik Usaha Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta, 4) Ada pengaruh perilaku inovatif terhadap keunggulan kompetitif pada Pemilik Usaha Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta. Kata kunci : Keunggulan Kompetitif, Transformasi Perusahaan, Kompetensi, dan Perilaku Inovatif

Abstract

In addition to reducing the need for workers from other companies, PT also reduces the number of employees. Pure Solo for Boyolali. The aims of this study is to determine the interaction between interactions, To analyze the competitive advantage of job satisfaction and competition goals of PT. Pure Solo for Boyolali. Testing methods include quantitative representation; The sampling technique used in the cluster sample and the Slowan formula provides a sample of 97 employees from the production department. Data analysis techniques used various linear regressions; F test; t test coefficient. The results shown are: 1) Commitment; Job satisfaction and competitive advantage significantly affect the motives and intentions of employees to change PT. Solo Murni, Boyolali, 2) encouraged PT staff to be positive and part of the competition. Purely solo in Boyolali; 3) Job satisfaction has a positive and partial effect on employee motivation to replace PT. According to Boyolali's four competitive advantages, Murni Murni has a positive and partial impact on PT. Staff competition. Pure Solo for Boyolali. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of products, promotions and services on customer satisfaction of Telkomsel internet data card package in Wonogiri. This type of research is quantitative. This research was conducted in Wonogiri, the number of population is not infinite because of the large number of internet data package users, especially Telkomsel which has a very stable network. The samples taken in this study were 100 respondents. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The method of data analysis uses multiple oline are regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the results of the F test show that product quality promotion and service simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of Telkomsel's internet data packet card in Wonogiri. The results of the t test show that the product quality partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Telkomsel internet data package cards in Wonogiri. Promotion variables partially also have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Telkomsel internet data package card customers in Wonogiri. Service variables partially also have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Telkomsel's internet data package card in Wonogiri. Product Quality, Promotion and Good Service in order to increase Customer Satisfaction of Telkomsel Internet Data Package Card in Wonogiri.
