Abstract

The high birth rate has become a problem for Serang City from year to year, causing uncontrolled population growth. These factors are the background of the KB Village Program. The Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, and Family Planning (DP3AKB) Serang City is the main organisation in charge of family planning issues in Serang City. Therefore, DP3AKB has sent a Family Planning Field Officer (PLKB) to implement the family planning program at the sub-district level. PLKB formed a KB Village Program Manager (PPK KB) so that villages could cooperate in finding and registering family planning acceptors by going directly to the field. The problems that occur in the implementation of the KB village program in Nyapah Village, Walantaka District are: lack of awareness of the people who are included in the fertile age couple (PUS) who have not become KB participants, lack of number and quantity of human resources in the KB village, Nyapah village, Walantaka district, lack of health facilities. in the Family Planning village, the lack of competence of the Pokja as implementers. The organization of the family planning village in Nyapah Village, Walantaka District, and community participation in the family planning village program in Nyapah Village has not been maximized. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk dilihat dari perputaran modal kerja, perputaran persediaan dan profitabilitas tahun 2014 sampai dengan 2016. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, yaitu laporan keuangan neraca dan laba rugi perusahaan tahun 2014-2016 dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis ini membandingkan hasil perputaran modal kerja, perputaran persediaan dan profitabilitas dari tahun ke tahun, dibandingkan dengan standar industri dan rata-rata industri perusahaan sejenis.Hasil dari analisis ini menunjukkan perputaran modal kerja dalam kondisi kurang efisien, perputaran persediaan dalam kondisi kurang efisien karena masih berada dibawah standar industri dan rata-rata perusahaan sejenis, sedangkan tingkat profitabilitas dilihat dari segi gross profit margin (GPM), net profit margin (NPM), return on assets (ROA), return on investment (ROI) dan return on equity (ROE) dalam kondisi kurang baik karena masih berada dibawah standar industri dan rata-rata perusahaan sejenis. Kata Kunci:Kinerja Keuangan, Perputaran Modal Kerja, Perputaran Persediaan dan Profitabilitas.

Abstract

Seiring dengan semakin berkembangnya dunia teknologi dan informasi. Website merupakan suatu media informasi yang menawarkan berbagai kemudahan dalam menyajikan informasi. Kecepatan dan kenyamanan merupakan nilai positif adanya internet. Unit kegiatan Mahasiswa Aeromodelling Atac di Universitas Dirgantara Marsekal Suryadarma adalah salah satu organisasi dalam dunia pendidikan yang belum memiliki fasilitas pendaftaran secara online untuk memberikan informasi kepada calon anggota. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan website UKM Aeromodelling Atac yang nantinya dapat berguna bagi semua pihak. Pembuatan Website ini menggunakan dreamweaver dan PHP MySQL sebagai data basenya. Website yang akan nantinya akan ditambahkan halaman untuk pendaftaran online. Perancangan website ini dilakukan secara lengkap sehingga mampu mencakup semua kebutuhan. Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini berupa Website UKM Aeromodelling Atac di Universitas Suryadarma, yang mampu memberikan informasi dengan cepat, akurat, dan memudahkan calon anggota untuk mendaftarkan diri UKM Aeromodelling Atac di Universitas Dirgantara Marsekal Suryadarma.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the Islamic education values found in the Taman Mandi activity in Pulau Merbau and their implementation in daily life. The research method used is qualitative with observation and interview techniques with Taman Mandi participants in Pulau Merbau. The results of the study indicate that there are Islamic education values such as rahmatan lil alamin, tawakal, gratitude, cleanliness, balance, and environmental care in Taman Mandi activity in Pulau Merbau. The implementation of these Islamic education values can be carried out in daily life through attitudes such as maintaining environmental cleanliness, expressing gratitude and thankfulness for the blessings received, and maintaining balance in all aspects of life.

Abstract

A socialization activity with the theme "Understanding Contract Law and Its Psychological Impact on Life in the Era of Globalization" was held in Sukamarga Village as a form of community service by postgraduate students. This activity was motivated by the low level of legal literacy in the community in understanding legally valid agreements, as well as a lack of awareness of the psychological impact that can arise from legal conflicts, especially in the context of globalization which presents various forms of cooperation and transactions, both in person and digitally. The purpose of this activity was to increase public understanding of the elements of contract law and to identify potential mental stress arising from legal issues, such as stress, anxiety, and interpersonal conflict. The implementation method of this activity included material presentation, interactive discussions, and simple case studies to connect theory with real conditions experienced by the community. The results of the activity showed the enthusiasm of participants in absorbing the material and sharing experiences related to legal issues they experienced. Participants recognized the importance of understanding the contents of the agreement before agreeing to an agreement and the importance of maintaining mental health in responding to legal conflicts. The conclusion of this activity is that legal understanding and a psychological approach provided simultaneously can increase public awareness and resilience in facing the challenges of life in the era of globalization, while simultaneously forming a legally intelligent and mentally healthy society.
