Abstract

This application is a form of development of the existing applications. Office Documentation Application is designed to store and document all activities of employees in and outside the office. In designing and developing this application, the study applied the waterfall method; then, the Javascript programming language was for the appearance, and the PHP and Mysql programming languages were for database processing. To make the application display more efficient, the researchers redeveloped this Office Document application to make it more optimal when used, both in terms of appearance and more complex functions. So, it is hoped that with the development of the Office Document application, users can get a new experience when using this application, followed by a better look and function.

Abstract

This research designs and builds a special website for photography galleries, where this application is made to help and make it easier for photographers to store and exhibit photography widely via online media. So far, the storage media for exhibiting photographers' results is still conventional, for example exhibitions of certain photographers' artworks or special events. This makes it difficult for art enthusiasts or novice photographers to see or display their photography results. The website design uses the waterfall method and uses HTML, CSS programming language tools with the TailwindCSS framework, PHP, and MySQL as the database.

Abstract

The management system at the Rancaekek DTP Health Center is still processed manually, so it is less effective and efficient. Officers are still experiencing difficulties in collecting data. The purpose of this research is to facilitate the management of office stationery. The result of this study is a desktop-based office stationery management information system application at the Rancaekek DTP Public Health Center in Bandung Regency. The data processing method in this study used qualitative and the waterfall software development method, with Analysis and Design tools using UML (Unified Modeling Language), language visual basic programming and Microsoft Access database. The developed application is informative. Login and password will ensure data confidentiality and an attractive interface. We hope this application can speed up the process of managing office stationery and reduce errors of using a manual system, so that reports can be properly accounted.

Abstract

From now on, technology and people will become one, like two things that cannot be separated. When two elements are related and can be combined into one system. A current general term that includes the term information system. The purpose of developing the information system itself is to create a product containing useful information. As a government agency implementing the Regional Technology Unit (UPTD), Stimulant is critical to maintaining and operating existing government systems. Of course, data collection also requires accurate, complete and appropriate information systems. However, here we found a problem with the section of the data management information system for artists who are eligible to receive stimulants from the UPTD service. This is due to delays in sending artist data to UPTD. Data were acquired in a descriptive manner using a qualitative approach. As students who are actively engaged in technological development, and as a form of involvement in development, we are well-suited to play a role in serving the communities around us by proposing better systems to the government. The system we have created is in the form of a website where data can be uploaded and easily accessed by administrators of the UPTD service. By applying a waterfall method that creates a container for the artist's data.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar dampak implementasi perangkat PDS terhadap kinerja tim Frontend pada Unit Collection, BNI Card Center, Sentra Bisnis Kartu Bandung. Di sisi lain kartu kredit sebagai bentuk pinjaman tanpa agunan berpotensi melahirkan kredit macet. Bank BNI sebagai salah satu bank penerbit kartu kredit memiliki unit Collection pada divisi Bisnis Kartu yang salah satu tugasnya mengembalikan aset perusahaan sehingga memperkecil angka Net Performing Loan (NPL). Untuk mendukung tugas tersebut, manajemen BNI Card Center mengimplementasikan perangkat Predictive Dialing Syistem (PDS). Dalam melakukan penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian Deskriptif Analisis Kuantitatif. Untuk pengukuran faktor kualitas perangkat Predictive Dialing System digunakan faktor Functionality, Usability, Reliability, Performance, dan Supportability. Pengukuran kinerja tim Frontend menggunakan faktor Kept Account dan Kept Payment. Pengolahan data statistiknya menggunakan SPSS 15 for Windows. Implementasi perangkat PDS mampu memberikan dampak atau pengaruh sebesar 62,1 persen terhadap kinerja tim Frontend pada unit Collection, BNI Card Center Sentra Bisnis Kartu Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian terbukti implementasi perangkat PDS memiliki dampak yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja tim Frontend. Semakin baik implementasi perangkat PDS diprediksi akan meningkatkan kinerja tim Frontend pada unit Collection, BNI Card Center, Sentra Bisnis Kartu Bandung, begitupula sebaliknya.

Abstract

Penyuluhan mengenai bahaya penggunaan gadget pada anak-anak menjadi hal yang penting dalam era digital saat ini. Anak-anak semakin terpapar dengan teknologi, dan penggunaan gadget telah menjadi bagian integral dari kehidupan sehari-hari mereka. Meskipun gadget dapat memberikan manfaat, terdapat sejumlah risiko dan bahaya yang terkait dengan penggunaan yang berlebihan dan tidak terkendali pada usia yang masih sangat muda. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang bahaya penggunaan gadget pada anak-anak dan pentingnya mengontrol penggunaannya pada acara Ramadhan di Lingkungan Maleer Kecamatan Batununggal Bandung. Melalui penyuluhan, diharapkan orang tua, pendidik, dan masyarakat umum dapat memahami risiko yang terkait dengan penggunaan gadget yang berlebihan pada anak-anak. Abstrak ini mencakup tinjauan terhadap berbagai bahaya yang mungkin dihadapi oleh anak-anak akibat penggunaan gadget yang berlebihan. Dampak negatif yang paling umum meliputi gangguan tidur, penurunan kualitas interaksi sosial, kecanduan, masalah kesehatan fisik, dan penurunan kinerja akademik. Bahaya ini dapat memengaruhi perkembangan kognitif, emosional, dan sosial anak-anak. Dalam upaya mengurangi dampak negatif penggunaan gadget pada anak-anak, diperlukan kolaborasi antara orang tua, pendidik, dan masyarakat. Penyuluhan dapat menjadi alat efektif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan tentang bahaya penggunaan gadget pada anak-anak. Dengan pemahaman yang lebih baik, diharapkan dapat tercipta lingkungan yang sehat dan seimbang bagi anak-anak dalam menghadapi era digital ini. Terjadi peningkatan pemahaman peserta penyuluhan sebesar 27 % dalam memahami bahaya penggunaan gadget.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merancang dan membuat program aplikasi Sumber Daya Manusia (Human Resource Information System) dengan tujuan untuk memudahkan menentukan reward dan punishment. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah qualitative dan waterfall. Tools menggunakan Diagram Konteks, DFD dan bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah Visual Studio dengan database menggunakan Microsoft Access. ketika karyawan dengan kehadiran bagus dan kinerja bagus akan mendapatkan reward dari perusahaan. Pencatatan punishment terhadap karyawan yang masih manual (menggunakan Ms word & Ms Excel) sehingga memungkinkan terjadinya kesalahan dan tidak tercatat nya kesalahan kesalahan berulang karyawan. Dengan dikembangkan sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu staf dan HR di PT. Pindad Enjiniring Indonesia.

Abstract

This study focuses on KSPPS BMT NUS Kc. Cileunyi, a cooperative operating in the field of savings, lending and financing based on Sharia principles. Currently, the accounting for late payment fines of members of this cooperative is still done manually. To increase the efficiency and accuracy of recording this information, we designed an overdue fine collection information system based on Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft Access 2007 as the database system. This research method includes interviews, observations, and document reviews. We applied a waterfall development approach when designing this system. Search results at KSPPS BMT NU Sejahtera Kc. Cileunyi emphasized that the process of recording monies collected from overdue fines still relies on a manual system. Therefore, we designed a new system based on Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft Access 2007 as the database. This system will help managers easily record the late payment fines of cooperative members. In addition, the system is expected to generate more accurate and efficient cash reports of late payment fines that can be presented to regulators for further assessment. By implementing this system, it is hoped that KSPPS BMT NUS Kc. Cileunyi can improve his financial management in a more professional manner.

Abstract

Bank Syariah Indonesia is a bank that emerged from a merger between PT Bank BRI Syariah Tbk, PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, and PT Bank BNI Syariah. The consolidation between the three Islamic banks resulted in more complete services, greater coverage, and more optimal funding capacity. One of the services from BSI is the Gold Pawn Service, which is a lending product based on gold as collateral as a practical way to obtain cash. The purpose of the research that designed the Gold Pawn Service information system was to facilitate recording and reporting of all activities in the Gold Pawn Service. Technology in designing the Gold Pawn Service information system using Microsoft Visual Studio with Microsoft Access as database. This research resulted in the design of a Gold Pawn Service financing simulation information system that features news information and knowledge about calculations and explanations of gold pawn service financing products at Bank Syariah Indonesia at Cimahi Branch Office.
