Abstract

In conducting its business, product distribution company can not be separated from sales activities. Sales is the primary function of marketing which also is another function that will help achieve the overall objective of a company. Company's ability to manage the sale is one of the main factors that determine the success of the company is achieving its objectives. In making sales, PT. Graha Pangan Lestari assign all tasks to the salesman and sales supervisor / supervisor. To each his own salesman equipped PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) which use the Scylla Mobile (Software Sales). Where Scylla Mobile is software that was applied to the PDA device that became a tool salesman working in distribution companies. But the salesman although equipped PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), still there are shortages or problems faced by the salesman in doing their work. The method used in this research are qualitative and quantitative, to determine the Scylla Mobile (Software Sales) has a role on the performance of salesmen. Data collection technique used observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis using Pearson Product Moment Correlation Analysis, Regression Analysis, coefficient of determination, Test t. The results showed that the Scylla Mobile (Software Sales) has a role on the performance of salesmen, mobile Scylla assist performance salesmen in making sales / order goods. Still others are influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Scylla and meaning if the use of mobile (software sales) is the better it will be better the performance of salesmen in doing sales / order goods.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop previous research, namely the implementation of smart devices in the lecture attendance system. In this study, we built a hardware device that can increase efficiency and develop a Lecturer Attendance System at Politeknik Piksi Ganesha. Where the Attendance Information System that was designed previously was still desktop-based and only used to input lecturer attendance only. The concept of Smart Devices is implemented in the form of a lecturer and student presence system using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), which is a technology that can perform many-to-many communication, wireless data transmission compared to conventional barcodes that use optics. With these advantages, RFID technology can also be implemented as a supporting medium in the smooth running of the lecture process. The software development method used is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). This information system of web-based lecture attendance uses PHP and MySql as database by making a reliable RFID reader. By using existing RFID technology, researchers built a special reader (custom) to make it easy for lecturers and students to carry out attendance activities, obtain information related to attendance and make it easy for academic officers to manage lecture administration reports for lecturers and students

Abstract

Inventory Information system is a system for storing goods to achieve a goal in decision making by receiving input and producing output using a simple transformation. The inventory system usually consists of a system for receiving incoming goods, outgoing goods, and a warehouse or inventory system. Over time, an inventory Information system is needed to manage data precisely and efficiently.Therefore, the author designed an inventory Information system to help the work at PT. ABC Kogen Dairy.The design of this inventory Information system uses the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 programming language with MySql database.Data collection techniques used are through observation, interviews and literature studies related to the subject matter. The development method used is the Waterfall Model. The goal is to make the inventory system newer, more responsive in managing data and Information in and out of goods, simplifying the performance of users who work, and being able to follow technological developments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar dampak implementasi perangkat PDS terhadap kinerja tim Frontend pada Unit Collection, BNI Card Center, Sentra Bisnis Kartu Bandung. Di sisi lain kartu kredit sebagai bentuk pinjaman tanpa agunan berpotensi melahirkan kredit macet. Bank BNI sebagai salah satu bank penerbit kartu kredit memiliki unit Collection pada divisi Bisnis Kartu yang salah satu tugasnya mengembalikan aset perusahaan sehingga memperkecil angka Net Performing Loan (NPL). Untuk mendukung tugas tersebut, manajemen BNI Card Center mengimplementasikan perangkat Predictive Dialing Syistem (PDS). Dalam melakukan penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian Deskriptif Analisis Kuantitatif. Untuk pengukuran faktor kualitas perangkat Predictive Dialing System digunakan faktor Functionality, Usability, Reliability, Performance, dan Supportability. Pengukuran kinerja tim Frontend menggunakan faktor Kept Account dan Kept Payment. Pengolahan data statistiknya menggunakan SPSS 15 for Windows. Implementasi perangkat PDS mampu memberikan dampak atau pengaruh sebesar 62,1 persen terhadap kinerja tim Frontend pada unit Collection, BNI Card Center Sentra Bisnis Kartu Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian terbukti implementasi perangkat PDS memiliki dampak yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja tim Frontend. Semakin baik implementasi perangkat PDS diprediksi akan meningkatkan kinerja tim Frontend pada unit Collection, BNI Card Center, Sentra Bisnis Kartu Bandung, begitupula sebaliknya.
