Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the sectors most affected by the Covid-19 outbreak, including MSMEs that are empowered by women. Declining sales, limited marketing reach and lack of access to information about various economic recovery policy programs that have been rolled out by the central and local governments are the problems found in the Independent Women Farmers Group (KWT) in Cintawargi Village. This community service program aims to facilitate the Independent Women Farmers Group (KWT) in developing its business through marketing, access to capital, and managerial capabilities with indicators in the form of capital growth, sales growth, increased profits, workforce growth, and marketing expansion. There are two methods of community service carried out, firstly conducting socialization discussing how entrepreneurial marketing strategies can be applied and how to access various government assistance programs for MSMEs. Second, provide assistance that focuses on how to improve business performance. The results of the service program in the implementation of the socialization were an increase in the knowledge of fostered partners on entrepreneurial marketing strategy materials by 40%, knowledge about government policies increased by 50%, knowledge about simple financial management in MSMEs increased by 60%, and knowledge about optimizing labor in MSMEs increased. 50%. The results of the assistance implementation are that product innovation becomes more attractive, data on business legality needs and product certification, media for digital marketing, simple financial reports for MSMEs, and more attractive packaging sticker designs. This community service program with the implementation of entrepreneurial marketing strategies and government policies has contributed to improving partner business performance.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan menjelaskan seberapa besar pengaruh parsial dan simultan antara Budaya Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Karawang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Karawang yang berjumlah 195 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 132 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel acak sederhana. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pegaruh parsial maupun simultan antara Budaya Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Karawang. Total pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai yaitu sebesar 53%.  Adapun pengaruh variabel lain diluar model adalah 47%.Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi; Lingkungan Kerja; Kinerja. AbstractThis study aims to find out, analyze and explain how much partial and simultaneous influence between Organizational Culture and Work Environment on the Performance of Employees of the Agriculture and Food Security Service of Karawang Regency. The methods used in this study are descriptive and verifiable research methods. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study was Civil Servants (PNS) of the Karawang Regency Agriculture and Food Security Service, which amounted to 195 people. The sample in this study was 132 people with a simple random sampling technique. The analysis tools used in this study used path analysis. The results showed that there was a partial and simultaneous discussion between Organizational Culture and Work Environment on the Performance of Employees of the Karawang Regency Agriculture and Food Security Service. The total influence of Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Employee Performance is 51%.  The influence of other variables outside the model is 49%.Keywords: Organizational Culture; Work Environment; Performance.

Abstract

Memasuki Revolusi industri 4.0 menuntut sumber daya manusia untuk mengembangkan keterampilan sehingga memiliki kompetensi yang unggul diatas rata-rata kompetensi standar. Kinerja pegawai dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya yaitu faktor kompetensi dan disiplin kerja. Jika pegawai memiliki kompetensi dan disiplin kerja yang tinggi maka akan menghasilkan kinerja yang baik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 110 orang dengan teknik sampling yaitu sampel jenuh dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Korelasi dan Uji Hipotesis menggunakan Uji t (Parsial) dan Uji f (Simultan). Menggunakan alat analisis yaitu Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis) dan alat bantu Software IBM SPSS Statistics 23 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi antara Kompetensi dan Disiplin Kerja yang memperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,636. Secara parsial Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,485. Secara parsial Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,261. Secara simultan variabel Kompetensi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai memperoleh nilai fhitung sebesar (159,432) > ftabel (3,08) dan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu: (1) untuk mengetahui hubungan atau korelasi antara Kualitas Produk dan Citra Merek; (2) mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Citra Merek terhadap Keputusan Pembelian secara parsial dan simultan. Kajian ini menerapkan metode Kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis jalur. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan rumus slovin yang diambil dari populasi penelitian yaitu followers Wardah Official di Marketplace Shopee. Hasil dari pengujian menggunakan SPSS untuk menunjukkan korelasi t hitung 30,221 > t tabel 1,965. Hasil dari pengolahan data parsial dari Kualitas Produk (X1) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y), mendapatkan hasil t hitung 9,209 > t tabel1,965. Hasil dari pengolahan data parsial dari Citra Merek (X2) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y), diperoleh hasil t hitung 7,014 > t tabel 1,965 dan nilai F hitung 238.354 > f tabel 3,018. Kesimpulannya ditemukan korelasi kuat pada Kualitas Produk (X1) dan Citra Merek (X2). Kualitas Produk (X1) dan Citra Merek (X2) berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y).

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) To determine the relationship or correlation between Celebrity Endorser and Electronic Word of Mouth; (2) know the influence of Celebrity Endorsers and Electronic Word of Mouth on Purchase Decisions partially and simultaneously. This study uses quantitative methods with path analysis techniques. The sample in this study used the slovin formula taken from the total study population, namely Instagram followers @Panteneid, which amounted to 400 respondents. The test results in this study used SPSS 22 to show a correlation of 18,119 t > t table of 2,249. The result of partial data processing of the Celebrity Endorser variable (X1) to the Purchase Decision (Y) resulted in a t count of 0.442 < t table of 2,249. The result of partial data processing of the Electronic Word of Mouth (X2) variable against the Purchase Decision (Y) resulted in a t count of 12,095 > t table of 2,249. The result of simultaneous data processing of the Celebrity Endorser (X1) and Electronic Word of Mouth (X2) variables to the Purchase Decision (Y) resulted in a calculated f value of 117,346 > f table of 3,018. The conclusion was that a strong correlation was found in the variables Celebrity Endorser (X1) and Electronic Word of Mouth (X2). The Celebrity Endorser (X1) and Electronic Word of Mouth (X2) variables are stated to have a parsilan and simultaneous effect on the Purchase Decision (Y).

Abstract

Peran karyawan sebagai sumber daya manusia sangat dibutuhkan dalam  menentukan kesuksesan dari sebuah perusahaan. Pemberian penghargaan untuk Kesejahteraan dan kepuasan karyawan di dalam bekerja harus diperhatikan karyawan guna meningkatkan kinerjanya. Hal ini bertujuan agar target perusahaan yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya dapat segera tercapai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui, menjelaskan dan menganalisis Reward Dan Kepuasan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Fine Sinter Indonesia Kabupaten Karawang Dari Analisis Data diperoleh dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh parsial Reward terhadap Kinerja sebesar 0,1213 atau sebesar 12,13 % dan terdapat pengaruh parsial Kepuasan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 0,4672 atau sebesar  46,72%. Sedangkan pengaruh simultan Reward Dan Kepuasan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Fine Sinter Indonesia  sebesar 0,588 atau sebesar 58,8%. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik probability sampling yaitu Stratified Random Sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 127 responden yaitu Karyawan PT. Fine Sinter Indonesia. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan menggunakan Program komputer Microsoft Excel 2010 serta SPSS versi 16.

Abstract

The pharmaceutical sub-sector company is one of the companies manufacturing which has the potential to continue to be developed, as we know the Covid-19 pandemic that hit all countries in the world. That's interesting For investor interest to invest in the pharmaceutical industry. This study aims to determine whether or not the influence of the ratio of ROE, DER, and EPS to stock price. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 21 and Excel 2019. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling to obtain a sample of 6 from 11 companies in the pharmaceutical sub-sector. Based on the results of the partial verification analysis ROE and DER variables have no effect and are not significant on stock prices and EPS has a significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, simultaneous ROE, DER, and EPS have a significant and significant effect on stock prices. Based on the regression Adjust R Square value of 0.513 means 51.3% of the stock price influenced by REO, DER, and EPS variables, then 48.7% were influenced by variables other than this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the relationship between Product Innovation and Brand Reputation of Savings Decisions at Muamalat Bank, Karawang Branch. Data were collected using a questionnaire using a Likert scale. This research was used with descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is the nonprobability sampling technique with a sample of 68 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data and secondary data. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study prove that Product Innovation and Brand Reputation have a positive and significant effect on Savings Decisions and influence it together by 77.1%.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of competence and compensation on the performance of employees of PT Pertamina Patraniaga Cikampek. This study used quantitative research methods using descriptive and verification methods. The sample used in this study was 165 people as employees of the distribution section of PT Pertamina Patraniaga Cikampek. using the slovin method and using a random sampling technique from a population of 280 people. The analytical technique used in this research is the technique of scale-range analysis, path analysis using the Method of Succesive Interval (MSI), the Microsoft Excel 2013 computer program and the SPSS version 25 application. There is a positive and significant partial effect of compensation variable on employee performance. And there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between the variables of competence and compensation on employee performance. Keywords: Competence, Compensation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan menjelaskan terkait Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Bumiayu – Kabupaten Brebes, Jawa Tengah.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai RSUD Bumiayu yaitu 269 pegawai dengan sampel 161 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Adapun analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu statistik SPSS 25.Hasil penelitian mengemukakan bahwa variabel kompetensi memiliki rata-rata 648 atau kategori setuju, variabel komitmen organisasi memiliki rata-rata 590 atau kategori setuju dan variabel kinerja memiliki rata-rata 643,7 atau kategori setuju. Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara variabel kompetensi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai masing-masing sebesar 92,2% dan 9,1% sedangkan pengaruh secara simultan variabel kompetensi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap pegawai masing-masing sebesar 90,1% dan sisanya 9,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian.
