Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image dan kualitas produk terhadap minat beli pada produk J.CO Donuts & Coffee di Resinda Park Mall Karawang. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini yaitu brand image dan kualitas produk sedangkan minat beli sebagai variabel terikat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu simple random sampling dengan responden sejumlah 384 orang, teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa variabel Brand Image (X1) berpengaruh terhadap variabel Minat Beli (Y) sebesar 13,7% sedangkan variabel Kualitas Produk (X2) berpengaruh terhadap variabel Minat Beli (Y) sebesar 36,3%. Kemudian secara parsial variabel X1 yaitu brand image dan X2 yaitu kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap minat beli. secara simultan variabel X1 dan X2 berpengaruh kuat terhadap minat beli dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 53.3%.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran kualitas pelayanan, gambaran loyalitas pelanggan dan mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna traveloka pada Google Play sebanyak 331.095 dan diambil sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan tingkat error 10% melalui metode random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dan uji asumsi klasik. Pengujian dilakukan dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Keywords: Kualitas pelayanan, loyalitas pelanggan

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are vital economic institutions in rural areas, serving both social and commercial functions. As social entities, BUMDes are expected to prioritize community interests by providing social services. Their primary function is to establish a professional and institutional platform for economic activities while leveraging the village's inherent potential. This approach enhances productivity and effectiveness in local businesses. A recent study aimed to develop a strategy for the institutional development of Village-Owned Enterprises in Karawang City using qualitative research and case study methods. The study found that the development of institutional capacity at both individual and organizational levels was not optimal due to constraints such as limited human resources, budgets, facilities, and infrastructure. Additional challenges included poor inter-sectoral coordination, ineffective implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), and deficiencies in understanding, skills, commitment, and leadership within BUMDes. The study recommended diversifying strategies at both individual and organizational levels and forming an Integrated Team Alliance to effectively promote the development of BUMDes in Karawang City.

Abstract

Indonesian people have known and used herbal medicine since ancient times as a cultural heritage. PT Industri Jamu Dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk (SIDO) is a pharmaceutical company that produces herbal medicines, food and beverages, and pharmaceutical products, focusing on innovation and quality. This research aims to analyze the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of PT Sido Muncul in the areas of marketing, finance, production, and human resources using descriptive qualitative methods with secondary data from financial statements. The results showed that by 2023, PT Sido Muncul's net sales decreased by 7.77% to Rp. 3.56 trillion and gross profit decreased by 12.95% to Rp. 2.08 trillion, due to the El-Nino phenomenon. The conclusion confirms Sido Muncul's commitment to quality human resource management and product innovation to sustain growth.

Abstract

This research was conducted to describe, test, and analyze the influence of work discipline and job satisfaction on the performance of PT Pandu Siwi Sentosa employees in East Jakarta. In this research, the method used is a quantitative method with descriptive and verification analysis. The verification analysis used is a multiple regression analysis. The results of the verification analysis found that there was a partial influence between Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance of 0.493 and 0.424 respectively. Which means that work discipline has an influence on employee performance of 0.493, while job satisfaction is 0.424. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test showed that the variables of work discipline and job satisfaction together had an influence on employee performance of 0.261. This means that work discipline and job satisfaction have an influence of 0.261, and the remaining 0.739 is influenced by other variables outside the research.

Abstract

The Influence of the Organizational Culture and Work Ethic on Employee Performance at the Karawang Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (PUPR). This study aims to determine, explain, and analyze the partial or simultaneous influence of the organizational culture and work ethic on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service (PUPR). This type of research is quantitative using descriptive verification method. The population in the study were employees at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) totaling 112 people. The sample to be tested in this study amounted to 112 people using the Nonprobability Sampling technique with the Saturated Sampling method. The data analysis technique uses scale range analysis and path analysis and the analytical tool used is SPSS 24 software for windows. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that the organizational culture gets an average score of 472,5 which is in the strongly agree criteria, work ethic gets an average score of 461,9 which is in the agree criteria, employee performance gets an average score of 471 which is in the strongly agree criteria. The correlation coefficient between the variables of organizational culture and work ethic of 0.734 has a strong, positive and significant correlation level. The partial influence of the organizational culture on employee performance is 13.6% while work ethic on employee performance has a greater influence and contribution, which is 29.5%, simultaneously the total influence of organizational culture and work ethic on employee performance is 72.7% and 27 .3% is another influence that is not measured. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap dunia usaha khususnya UMKM. Hal ini sangat berdampak pada bagian pemasaran UMKM yang berubah menjadi era digitalisasi. Untuk menambah pemahaman UMKM terhadap digitalisasi maka perlu dilakukan workshop dengan tujuan Memperkuat dan mengembangkan kapasitas dengan dikemasnya materi dengan kontekstual digitalisasi dengan tema “ Strategi Pengembangan UMKM melalui Pemasaran Digital Di Desa Curug Kecamatan Klari Kabupaten Karawang “ Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada hari Rabu tanggal 24 Januari 2023 / 27 maret 2024 melalui kegitan yang dilakukan secara tatap muka dengan peserta para UMKM yang ada di Desa Curug kecamatan KLari Kabupaten Karawang. Pada kegiatan ini peserta UMKM sebanyak 50 orang. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pemahaman para pelaku UMKM tentang konsep pemasaran di digital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how work discipline and teamwork impact the performance of employees of PT Fuji Seat Indonesia Karawang. This research applies quantitative methods with descriptive and causal associative techniques. Data was collected through observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. The data were tested for validity and reliability, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test (R2), and descriptive analysis. The study population was all employees of PT Fuji Seat Indonesia Karawang, and the sample was calculated using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%, such as The research shows that work ethics and teamwork significantly improve employee outcomes, both partially and simultaneously. Effective teamwork characterized by good communication, trust, mutual trust, mutual support, recognition, and collective problem solving, as well as a high level of work diligence in terms of attendance, adherence to work rules and standards, vigilance, and ethical behavior, is proven to contribute to improved employee performance. This research suggests that companies should facilitate and encourage good teamwork and strictly enforce work discipline to achieve optimal employee performance. Future research can expand the scope by involving more respondents from various companies and industries, adding additional variables that may have an impact on employee performance, and using mixed methods to gain deeper insights
