Abstract

Influencer is one of the factor in the success of digital marketing through social media in Indonesia. It happens because of the high number of people who use social media and their tendency to be influenced by influencers. There is many managers who use this strategy to attract domestic tourists and Nusa Penida is one of the tourist destinations that are often uploaded by influencers. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of influencer-based digital marketing on the domestic touristmotivation to travel to the tourist destinations in Nusa Penida. The type of data is quantitative with primary data sources. Data is collected by filling out the questionnaires, then being analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis, includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, simple linear regression test, correlation test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis test (t-test). The results indicatethere is a significant impact on the tourist motivation to travel to the tourist destinations in Nusa Penida after the existence of influencer-based digital marketing.

Abstract

Room bookings can be done through online travel agents or offli ne travel agents where these both agents can offer attractive offers both in terms of price and benefits obtained by the customer. The purpose of this research is to knowing the effect of reservations through online travel agents and offline travel agents on the level of room occupancy. The results of this research indicate that based on the results of the F-test there is a significant and significant effect between reservation through online travel agent and offline travel agent to the level of room occupancy. Based on the partial calculation between the variables X1 and Y there is a significant and significant influence between reservations through online travel agents on the level of room occupancy. The variables X2 and Y have a significant and significant influence between reservations through offline travel agents partially on the level of room occupancy.

Abstract

With the management of professional human resource management, it is hoped that employees can perform well in serving guests in order to create satisfaction from these guests. Besides not missing the rules set by management. However, the purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of employee performance, especially in the Front Office towards the satisfaction of guests staying at Vinila Villa Nusa Dua. The type of data used in this study is qualitative data and quantitative data, with data sources namely premier data. The method of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires in the form of guest comments to respondents, namely guests who stay overnight, while the data analysis techniques used are: classical assumption test, simple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the Front Office Performance significantly affected the satisfaction of guests staying at Vinila Villa Nusa Dua

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Inpatient Medical Installation at Sanglah Hospital Denpasar. The types of data used in this study are qualitative data and quantitative data, with data sources namely primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture and organizational commitment simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the inpatient medical installation at Sanglah Hospital Denpasar.

Abstract

The Peguyangan Kangin Village Office is one of the agencies that manages the operational activities of the village government. Administrative activities of the village office require archive management. The research objective was to find out how the analysis of the implementation of filings at the Peguyangan Kangin Village Office. Data collection techniques include: interviews with heads and staff of administrative and general affairs. Observation by making direct observations in the field to find out the actual conditions regarding the archives at the Peguyangan Kangin Village Office. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research are that the creation of archives has been carried out well. Archives are stored in a special shelf so that they are easy to find, no special standards are applied. The obstacle is the lack of storage space in the village archive warehouse. The advice that can be given is to destroy archives for archives that have not been used for 5-6 years so that old archives do not accumulate in the village archive warehouse. For the destruction of archives, confirmation should be made at the Denpasar City Archives and Libraries Service regarding the archive destruction policy. The village office should digitize in managing archives so that archives stored can be easily searched.
