Abstract

Middle-aged women do various ways to get an ideal body posture, one of which is by exercising. This study aims to determine the relationship between motivation to exercise and body image of middle-aged women. This research is correlative quantitative research. Middle-aged women at Mahkota Gym Prabumulih, totaling 105 people, participated in this study. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with 3 characteristics: middle-aged women aged 35-50 years, weighing more than 50 kgs, and regularly attending gymnastics classes at least once a week. The collection technique used body image scales and exercise motivation. This study uses a simple linear regression test analysis technique. Based on the results of data analysis, there is an influence of exercise motivation on body image. The contribution value of exercise motivation with body image is 21.5%. There is still a 78.5% influence from other factors related to body image that is not involved in this study, so it can be concluded that there is a very significant influence between exercise motivation on body image in middle-aged women at Mahkota Gym Prabumulih

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan pencapaian kerja karyawan yang terukur berdasarkan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Ada berbagai faktor yang dapat menyebabkan kinerja karyawan menjadi lebih baik,salah satu nya dengan menerapkan metode experiential learning melalui kegiatan outbound. Outbound training ialah suatu program pelatihan di alam terbuka dengan menjalankan prinsip experiental learning atau belajar melalui pengalaman langsung yang disajikan dalam bentuk permainan, diskusi, simulasi dan petualangan sebagai media penyampaian materi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan penerapan model experiental learning untuk menigkatkan kinerja karyawan dan motivasi karyawan dalam bekerja, dan difasilitatori alugada management, Palembang sumatera selatan.. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan proses dalam melakukan penerapan experiental learning melalui outbound training yang dimulai dari proses perencanaan, pelaksaan dan evaluasi. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, terdapat empat sesi yang dilakukan, yaitu sesi pengenalan diri, sesi penguatan potensi diri, sesi pengukuhan pengalaman dan sesi tindak lanjut.

Abstract

Early childhood is a child in the period from birth to six years of age who requires growth and development stimulation for the process of readiness to enter the world of education. Early Childhood Education is essentially education that is organized with the aim of encouraging and facilitating the growth and development of children's abilities. The abilities that need to be developed focus on children's language skills. Language is an expression that contains the intention of conveying something to another person. using the learning method with flashcard picture card media is one media that can be considered and used to improve language development for young children. The result of this service is that there is an increase in language skills in children after learning actions using flashcard media. There is an increase in the vocabulary mastered by children.

Abstract

This research evaluates and improves the efficiency of the employee recruitment and selection process at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk, a leading retail company. The research focus involves marketing strategies for job vacancies, optimizing selection tests, and implementing information technology. Research methods involve document analysis, interviews, and observation. The results show potential improvements in job vacancy visibility, selection test adjustments, and use of human resource information systems.

Abstract

Traffic police are responsible for maintaining order and safety on the roads, which involves a series of tasks that are not always easy to perform. Despite this, members of the traffic police remain loyal in carrying out their crucial duties because of the positive psychological conditions that members have, giving rise to positive perceptions of the traffic police in carrying out their duties. This study is intended to determine the relationship between psychological capital and perceived organizational support in police members in the traffic unit. The method used by researchers is quantitative with a sampling technique, namely simple random sampling. One hundred five traffic police members became participants in this study. Data analysis of the results of this study was carried out using a simple regression test, which showed acceptance of the proposed hypothesis. Based on the results of the data analysis, there is a relationship between psychological capital and perceived organizational support for police officers in the traffic unit. These results can be seen from the contribution value between psychological capital and perceived organizational support, which is 53%. This research confirms the importance of one’s positive psychological state to increase perceived organizational support.

Abstract

Regulasi diri memiliki pengaruh besar pada perkembangan emosional dan sosial anak khususnya pada anak bekebutuhan khusus. Regulasi atau pengendalian diri merupakan kemampuan untuk mengendalikan emosi dan prilaku mereka, untuk membangun hubungan sosial yang positif dengan orang lain. Psikoedukasi adalah treatmen yang diberikan secara professional dimana mengintergrasikan intervensi psikoterapeutik dan edukasi. Pada anak berkebutuhan khusus di Desa Banding Agung terdapat anak berkebutuhan khusus yang belum dapat meregulasi dirinya dengan baik dikarenakan belum adanya sekolah khusus serta pendidik kompeten untuk menangani anak berkebutuhan khusus. Sehingga penulis tertarik untuk memberikan psikoedukasi berupa pelatihan sederhana dalam mengerjakan tugas dan pelatihan kedisipinan. Adapun tujuan kegiatan yang meningkatkan kemampuan regulasi diri pada anak berkebutuhan khusus yang nantinya akan lebih mudah bagi mereka untuk menciptakan dorongan untuk diri sendiri dan membuktikan kompetensi yang dimiliki serta merasa puas dengan diri sendiri sehingga dapat meningkatkan minat dalam mengerjakan sesuatu dan tangguh dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang ada

Abstract

Journalists in finding news must keep pace with the times and reporters from other media. Delay in working on the news (deadline), not announced. News that is not interesting, must be published. Seeing this hard work, it is necessary to support faith and violence at every step and this is not needed by everyone. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between hardiness and self-efficacy in the general daily in the city of Palembang. The survivors variable in this study is self-efficacy, while hardiness is the independent variable. This study uses a scale of self efficacy and hardiness. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample used in this study amounted to 245 people in Palembang. This study shows that there is a very significant relationship between the hardiness variable and the self efficacy variable in the general daily report in Palembang with a value of F = 20,028, Adjusted R Square = 0,216, p = 0,000 because of the significance of (p) 0,000 significance value of p <0, 01 So stated there is a very significant relationship

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mempelajari pemberdayaan perempuan di PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Ogan Ilir melalui pengarusutamaan gender dalam mengatasi glass ceiling effect yang sering terjadi pada karyawati. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi dan analisis dokumen. Hasil observasi yang dilakukan masih ada kesenjangan antara wanita dan pria dalam menduduki jabatan struktural di PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Ogan Ilir, dari 42 posisi struktural sebanyak 37 pegawai diisi oleh pria, dan sebanyak lima orang atau setara dengan 12% adalah pegawai wanita, masih belum memenuhi 20% dari porsi yang diberikan perusahaan. Dari hasil pengamatan penulis terhadap kondisi karyawati yang masih minoritas dalam jabatan struktural akibat sebuah fenomena stereotip dan bias berupa prasangka. Prasangka di sini mencakup pemikiran bahwa wanita adalah mahluk yang lemah dengan kodratnya, ketika karyawati sudah menikah dan memiliki anak, fokus mereka dianggap akan terpecah antara pekerjaan dan keluarga, sekalipun mereka memiliki kemampuan yang mumpuni di bidangnya namun pemikiran ini dapat menghambat diri karyawati yang akan mendapat promosi struktural. Simpulan penelitian ini bahwa PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Ogan Ilir mendukung pemberdayaan perempuan khususnya dalam pengarusutamaan gender. Kata Kunci: Glass Ceiling Effect, Pengarusutamaan Gender.
