Abstract

The necessity of efforts to build harmony among religious believers in Indonesia recently increased significantly.This can be seen from the proliferation activities of interreligious dialogue in the regions. Strategic step for the future is to buildmutual understanding, cooperation, and appreciates other religion. Abstract

Abstract

AbstrakPengendalian kuantitas penduduk mencakup upaya yang berhubungan dengan pertumbuhan, jumlah, dan ciri-ciri utama penduduk. Di samping keluarga berencana, upaya pengendalian kuantitas penduduk ditunjang pula oleh berbagai upaya di bidang lain, termasuk kesehatan, pendidikan, peningkatan peranan wanita, dan penyebaran penduduk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran karakteristik individu masyarakat marginal dalam pengendalian angka kelahiran;. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat marginal yang ada di Kota Makassar. Sedangkan jumlah sampel yang dipilih yakni 60 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni observasi, angket, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni analysis statistic deskriptif dan Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (i) karakteristik individu masyarakat marginal yang ada di Kota Makassar sangat beragam; (ii) kendala internal masyarakat marginal berada pada kategori tinggi, sedangkan kendala eksternal berada pada kategori cukup; dan (iii) tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara usia terhadap kendala internal maupun kendala eksternal, pendidikan terhadap kendala internal maupun kendala eksternal, dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap kendala internal maupun kendala eksternal,

Abstract

 Konsepsi Teknik Budidaya Kakao yang Baik (Good Agricultural Practices/GAP on Cocoa) merupakan pengembangan konsep pertanian berkelanjutan (sustainable agriculture) pada sistem budidaya kakao. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui tingkat adopsi petani terhadap teknik budidaya kakao yang baik (Good Agricultural Practices) di Kecamatan Burau, Kabupaten Luwu Timur, (2) mengetahui hubungan karakteristik sosial ekonomi (usia, tingkat pendidikan, luas lahan, pengalaman bertani dan frekuensi pelatihan) dengan tingkat adopsi petani terhadap penerapan teknik budidaya kakao yang baik (Good Agricultural Practices). Data diperoleh dengan pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 35 orang responden. Selanjutnya, data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi logistik. Dari penelitian diperoleh hasil yakni tingkat adopsi petani terhadap Teknik Budidaya Kakao yang Baik (GAP) yaitu tergolong kategori tinggi dari variabel adopsi teknik budidaya kakao yang baik, pemupukan, pemangkasan, sanitasi, pengendalian hama dan penyakit serta rehabilitasi tanaman. Ada dua  variabel berpengaruh nyata terhadap tingkat adopsi petani terhadap penerapan GAP yaitu tingkat pendidikan dan frekuensi pelatihan.

Abstract

Recently, almost everyone interacts with screen-focused technology. One of the forms of interaction with information technology is the use of smartphones.  Smartphone is an object that is always close to someone.   Due to this technology use, the application of counseling is increasing  when it is associated with certain needs. counseling was once conducted in traditional way for quite long time. However, it is now mostly done virtually.   Besides being able to be implemented in a remote context, counseling with a virtual platform is easier, more flexible, and can be done anywhere. The weakness that exists in virtual counseling is that it tends to be uncontrolled when viewed from the interaction pattern. Thus, the purpose of this study is to describe the pattern of interaction between counselors and counselees in virtual counseling services. The virtual counseling is run on a web application platform. The flow of communication and interaction is described by lines as segments. The final result shows that the interaction in cyber counseling services is relatively high. Another finding is the reaction made by the counselees that can successfully be identified, namely the counselee who is open and closed when expressing their problems to the counselor. Thus, the graph-based cyber counseling development model can predict which clients are open and closed.Keywords: Development, Counselling model, Cyber Counselling, Graph-Counselling

Abstract

The increasingly pluralistic global society has greatly influenced the dynamics of Islamic Religious Education (IRE), which plays a vital role in shaping students’ moral and spiritual character. In Indonesia’s multicultural context, IRE faces challenges in cultivating tolerance amid social polarization, religious exclusivism, and moral disintegration in the digital era. This study aims to analyze the strategies and implementation of tolerance value revitalization in IRE learning as a response to multicultural challenges in modern education. Using a qualitative descriptive approach with a library research method, this research examines classical Islamic literature, contemporary studies, and national education policies. The analysis highlights Islamic principles such as tasamuh (tolerance), ta’awun (cooperation), ukhuwah insaniyah (human fraternity), and ‘adl (justice) as foundational values for social harmony and peace. The findings reveal that IRE can effectively foster multicultural awareness when learning processes are reflective, dialogical, and contextual. Revitalization of tolerance values is realized through curriculum reform promoting religious moderation, teacher exemplarity as moral role models, and the development of inclusive educational environments. The study concludes that revitalizing tolerance in IRE is essential for building students’ humanistic character and strengthening national unity in a diverse society.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji implementasi dan dampak literasi membaca melalui program Simba berbasis platform Penjaring pada siswa SD N Kartini 1 Kota Cirebon. Menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengungkap fenomena lapangan secara mendetail. Intrumen penelitian, yaitu peneliti sendiri. Penelitian dilakukan di SD Negeri Kartini 1, Kecamatan Kejaksan, Kota Cirebon mulai dari tanggal 6, 7, hingga 13 Mei 2024. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data ditempuh melalui tahapan pengumpulan data lapangan dan tinjauan pustaka, verifikasi data melalui klarifikasi berdasarkan kategori tertentu, interpretasi data, kemudian penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi literasi membaca melalui program Simba berbasis platform Penjaring di sekolah idealnya tidak terbatas pada pembiasaan membaca 15 menit tiap pekan, tetapi juga terintegrasi dalam P5 dan pelajaran yang relevan. Dampak dari program Simba berbasis platform Penjaring ketika difungsikan secara optimal mampu meningkatan minat literasi membaca, menumbuhkan kesadaran moralitas, dan mendorong dukungan untuk kebijakan pembiasaan literasi di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

In the context of post-9/11 Islamophobia and rising global religious nationalism, Hollywood cinema has evolved from explicit orientalism toward subtle representational strategies that appear progressive while maintaining Western epistemological hegemony. Despite ostensibly positive portrayals, contemporary films may perpetuate cultural hierarchies through sophisticated soft power mechanisms. This study examines how Ridley Scott's Kingdom of Heaven (2005) employs sympathetic orientalism positive portrayals of Islam conditional upon conformity with Western secular values and analyzes implications for indigenous pluralism discourse in Indonesia as a Muslim-majority society. Using Postcolonial Critical Discourse Analysis (PCDA), we systematically analyzed 12 key Muslim-Christian interaction scenes (47 minutes total) and 87 visual sequences from the Director's Cut (194 minutes), examining dialogue patterns, character construction, cinematography, and mise-en-scène. Analysis integrated five Indonesian pluralism policy documents to explore intersections between global media narratives and local tolerance frameworks. The film constructs "acceptable Muslims" through three mechanisms: hierarchical character construction privileging secular rationality (83% of positive Muslim representations require Western values with zero Islamic theological references), visual semiotics that aestheticize yet distance Islamic civilization (Christian sites receive 57% more screen time with eye-level humanizing shots versus high-angle exotic framing for Islamic spaces), and conditional inclusion through mimicry requiring Muslims to adopt Western epistemological standards. Statistical analysis reveals rational characters receive significantly more stable cinematography than religious characters (χ² = 12.4, p < 0.01). Sympathetic orientalism operates as evolved hegemonic strategy more ideologically powerful than explicit stereotypes by concealing epistemological hierarchies behind progressive rhetoric. This potentially marginalizes Indonesia's indigenous pluralism models based on Bhinneka Tunggal Ika and Islamic principles, replacing them with Western liberal-secular frameworks. Contribution: This study advances sympathetic orientalism as a novel analytical framework for understanding contemporary soft power in global media, revealing how ostensibly progressive representations undermine authentic indigenous approaches to religious diversity management in Muslim-majority societies
