Abstract

Pasar adalah suatu aktivitas pembentukan harga suatu barang yang terjadi malalui mekanisme tertentu. Pasar sangat berperan dalam peningkatan perekonomian suatu Negara. Mekanisme pasar sendiri merupakan proses penentuan harga dalam suatu pasar bebas yang didasarkan oleh kekuatan permintaan (demand) dan penawaran (supply), atau penentuan harga yang disebakan oleh suatu proses tarik menarik antara produsen dan konsumen yang bertemu dipasar. Dalam sejarah pemikiran ekonomi islam terdapat beberapa ilmuan muslim yang membahas tentang mekanisme pasar, antar lain Ibnu Taimiyyah dan Ibnu Khaldun. Ibnu Taimiyah (661 H – 728 H) sangat menutamakan pasar bebas dimana mekanisme pasar terjadi secara alami yaitu terjadi ketika harga ditentukan oleh kekuatan permintaan dan penawaran. Ibnu Khaldun (732H/808H) merupakan bapak ekonomi islam, Beliau mendukung adanya pasar terbuka yang dilandasi oleh kekuatan permintaan dan penawaran. Beliau juga berpendapat bawa harga juga dipengaruhi oleh  cukai atau bea/pajak, jumlah penduduk, kondisi pasar dan kebutuhan terhadap barang pokok atau pelengkap.

Abstract

Indonesian people who really like food that tastes spicy make this gacoan noodle restaurant always crowded with customers. Not only the taste of the food is very popular, this restaurant also sets very affordable prices. This study aims to determine the effect of marketing promotion strategies and to determine the effect of service on customer satisfaction. to determine the extent to which promotion and service to customer satisfaction. This research method is qualitative research, namely research that aims to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the research subject. For example, behavior, perception, motivation, action, and others. The results of this study indicate that the popularity of spicy gacoan noodles has attracted many people to this business plan, which can generate up to 50% profit. Many factors make Mie Gacoan. marketing strategies and service menus that suit the tongue of Indonesians who like spicy food but at a price of Rp. 10.000, - you can enjoy your meal at this restaurant.

Abstract

Bode Lor Caplek Market is a long-established village market on Kisabalanang Street. Bode Lor Village is famous for the woven fabric trade, the traders utilize the shoulder of the road to be used as a place for them to make a living. Then, because it causes congestion, the Bode Lor Village government provides facilities in the form of kiosks so that traders can sell in an orderly manner. In 2023 the Bode Lor Caplek Market was developed into a semi-modern market, formerly known as the source of congestion in Bode Lor Village. The revitalization of the modern art market resulted in 320 stalls and stalls with 282 traders. Caplek Bode Lor Market has a Vision and Mission, namely "Improving and Prospering the Community Economy through the Market Self-Management Program". The market as a means of support for the community to fulfill their needs in their survival. The market is a place where buying and selling transactions for goods or services occur. The development of modern markets has made the economic sector experience significant changes. However, until now traditional markets are still in great demand by the community. in compensating for the quality of modern markets, the government is self-managing the market through a traditional market revitalization program to make it more attractive to visitors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh earning per share dan return on equity terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan konsumer syariah yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuntitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang dipilih sebanyak 24 perusahaan konsumer syariah. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial (uji t) bahwa return on equity tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham dan earning per share tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan konsumer syariah di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2020.

Abstract

Pajak merupakan sumber pendapatan yang penting untuk mendukung keuangan pemerintahan dan pembangunan, baik di tingkat pusat maupun daerah. Pentingnya sektor pajak harus ditingkatkan agar dapat memberikan kontribusi maksimal dalam menyelesaikan berbagai masalah, termasuk pembangunan, kesejahteraan masyarakat, dan tantangan sosial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh pajak bumi dan bangunan, pajak air tanah, serta pajak reklame terhadap pendapatan pajak di Kabupaten Cirebon dari tahun 2019 hingga 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pendapatan Daerah (Bapenda) dan Badan Kuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) Kabupaten Cirebon. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pajak bumi dan bangunan serta pajak air tanah memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan pajak daerah Kabupaten Cirebon, sementara pajak reklame tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan pajak daerah Kabupaten Cirebon.

Abstract

The emergence of peer-to-peer (P2P) lending as a fintech innovation in Indonesia’s digital financial ecosystem has played a pivotal role in reshaping credit distribution, yet it has also coincided with a notable rise in non-performing loans (NPLs). While much of the existing literature focuses on traditional banking sectors, this study introduces a novel approach by concentrating exclusively on P2P lending—a relatively under-researched domain in Indonesia—in relation to macroeconomic dynamics. Specifically, it quantitatively investigates the impact of key macroeconomic indicators—economic growth, the benchmark interest rate (BI Rate), and the unemployment rate—on the occurrence of NPLs within P2P platforms. Utilizing quarterly time series data spanning from Q1 2020 to Q4 2024, sourced from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the study employs multiple linear regression analysis. The findings reveal that the three macroeconomic variables jointly exert a statistically significant effect on NPLs (F-test = 0.002). However, on an individual basis, only economic growth demonstrates a significant negative influence (p = 0.000), whereas the BI Rate and unemployment rate do not yield significant effects (p = 0.208 and 0.488, respectively). This research underscores the heightened sensitivity of P2P lending to shifts in economic performance and contributes to the academic discourse by highlighting the importance of developing adaptive, fintech-specific credit risk models in response to evolving macroeconomic conditions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Provincial Minimum Wage and Population on the Open Unemployment Rate in West Java Province in 2014 - 2023. The research method used is a quantitative method with secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with Eviews 12 software. The results of the study prove that partially the Provincial Minimum Wage variable has a positive and significant effect on the Open Unemployment Rate in West Java Province. This is evidenced by the results of the t-test (partial) which has a t-statistic value of 4.100 > t-table 2.365, with a probability value of 0.0046 < 0.05. While the Population variable partially has a negative and significant effect on the Open Unemployment Rate in West Java Province. This is evidenced by the results of the t-test (partial) which has a t- statistic value of -4.246 < t-table 2.365, with a probability value of 0.0038 < 0.05. Simultaneously, the Provincial Minimum Wage and Population variables have a positive and significant effect on the Open Unemployment Rate in West Java Province. This is proven by the results of the F test which has an F-statistic value of 9.053294 > F-table 4.74, with a probability value of 0.011444 < 0.05. Then the results of the determination test (Adjusted R-squared) in this study obtained a value of 64.1% which means it has a fairly strong influence and the remaining 35.9% is determined by factors or variables other than those in this study

Abstract

Pelatihan desain grafis Canva merupakan salah satu pelatihan yang dapat memberikan keterampilan dan pengetahuan kepada peserta pelatihan untuk membuat desain grafis yang menarik, kreatif, dan informatif. Canva merupakan aplikasi desain grafis yang mudah digunakan dan memiliki berbagai fitur yang lengkap. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan desain grafis Canva dapat menjadi pilihan yang tepat bagi berbagai kalangan, mulai dari pelajar, mahasiswa, hingga pekerja profesional. Salah satunya Fatayat NU Ranting Losari Lor. Metode pengabdian Service Learning. Materi yang diberikan kepada peserta tentang bagaimana merancang, mengelola elemen multimedia (text, gambar, suara dan video) menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dasar kepada peserta dalam membuat karya grafis, meningkatkan kompetensi melek teknologi bagi peserta dan meningkatkan kemampuan pengurus dan anggota Fatayat dalam bidang desain grafis. Hasil Evaluasi kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu pembagian kuisioner dengan beberapa indikator yaitu kemudahan penggunaan, kejelasan materi yang disampaikan, dan manfaat yang dirasakan oleh peserta. Pelatihan ini dapat menambah wawasan dan ilmu pengetahun bagi anggota Fatayat NU Rating Losari Lor. Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu adanya pelatihan berkelanjutan agar anggota Fatayat NU Rating Losari Lor. dapat memaksimalkan ilmu yang telah disampaikan.
