Abstract

This research examines the success story of a local culinary business through a case study of Warasiko SME. The research focuses on identifying key success factors, business development strategies, as well as challenges and solutions faced in building a sustainable local culinary business. The research method employs a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis. The findings show that Warasiko's success is supported by several main factors: product innovation based on local wisdom, implementation of effective digital marketing strategies, quality consistency, and the ability to adapt to market changes. The findings of this research provide valuable insights for the development of other local culinary SMEs and can serve as a reference in formulating supportive policies for SMEs in the culinary sector.

Abstract

Basic literacy is an ability that children must have from an early age, especially with increasingly developing technological developments; children must have good basic literacy skills. This mentoring activity aims to overcome the existing problem, namely that some children still need to be more active in reading and writing even though they have joined the Reading Park. The assistance provided is not only limited to reading and writing literacy but also numeracy literacy, scientific literacy, digital literacy, financial literacy and cultural literacy. It is done so that children in reading gardens do not feel bored with reading and writing with the same activities but are also allowed to learn other things. Apart from that, companions also provide educational games that can help motivate and entertain children. Educational games themselves cannot be separated from literacy activities. The implementation method is to apply the PALS (participatory action learning system) method. Some of the activities carried out in this mentoring provide very good benefits for the children. The children feel very motivated to continue moving forward and improve themselves to become better. The conclusion from this assistance is that children feel increasingly motivated and have quite a high interest in learning basic literacy and other forms of basic literacy as part of this assistance.

Abstract

This article explains the activities carried out in Watumanu village, Ngada district; the activities of utilising household materials to be processed into soap are carried out with the village community as partners. The geographical conditions of the land are fertile, and people who use their yards to grow household materials routinely use them for daily consumption. This training assistance aims to provide breakthroughs, knowledge for innovation, and the creation of new products for village communities that make soap from lemongrass. The soap products can become a mainstay for Bumdes and can be used daily to save on household expenses. By using household materials, apart from saving expenses, they can also be sold to increase people's income.

Abstract

Community service activities in the form of providing training in making soap and candlenut oil by lecturers and students of the economic education study program were conducted in Gero village, Nagekeo district. Commodity products processed into soap and candlenut oil were utilised with the village community as partners. The geographical conditions of fertile land, supported by a community aware of the importance of using natural resources around it, allow the Gero village community to live with an adequate economy. This training assistance aims to provide breakthroughs, knowledge for innovation, and the creation of new products to the village community in making soap from candlenut oil. The soap and candlenut oil products made can become the mainstay products of Bumdes and can be used daily to save household expenses. Utilising household materials and saving expenses can also be sold to increase community income.

Abstract

This research is an analysis of students' financial knowledge of financial literacy in the pre-covid-19 period. The research objective is to find out how well students understand financial literacy. Type of quantitative research with descriptive analysis research method. The results show that students' financial knowledge of financial literacy is in the low category of 58.9%. This is because this research was conducted in 2019 where the financial literacy movement has not been echoed for a long time, students do not understand what financial literacy is, how important financial knowledge must be mastered in order to be able to manage personal finances so that they can save for long-term investment or shop moderately based on needs not based on desires.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the financing management in cooperatives and the factors influencing bad credit. The methodology used in this study is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to cooperative members. The results show that cooperative financing management is significantly influenced by internal factors such as risk management, credit policy, and monitoring, as well as external factors like economic conditions and government policies. Further discussion indicates that enhancing risk management strategies and implementing stricter credit policies can reduce the risk of bad credit. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the importance of improving financing management and credit policies in cooperatives to increase their stability and sustainability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji: persepsi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi terhadap penggunaan AI ChatGPT dalam mendukung proses belajar di era. Jenis penelitian yakni penelitian mix method (campuran) dengan teknik pengumpulan data (1) kuisioner (2) wawancara, (3) observasi. Data terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan membuktikan temuan penelitian; (1) Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik deskriptif, untuk indikator kemudahan, sebanyak 75,86% (22 orang) berada dalam kategori sangat baik dan 24,14% (7 orang) berada dalam kategori baik, artinya mayoritas mahasiswa memiliki persepsi yang positif terhadap kemudahan penggunaan ChatGPT dalam mendukung proses belajar. Sedangkan indikator manfaat, terdapat 62,06% (18 orang) berada dalam kategori sangat baik dan 37,94% (11 orang) berada dalam kategori baik, yang mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat persepsi positif dari mayoritas mahasiswa terhadap manfaat penggunaan ChatGPT. Selanjutnya Indikator sikap, terdapat 58,62% (17 orang) berada dalam kategori sangat baik, 37,94% (11 orang) berada dalam kategori baik dan hanya terdapat 3,44% (1 orang) yang berada dalam kategori kurang baik, artinya bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa memiliki persepsi positif terhadap indikator sikap. Dan pada indikator motivasi, terdapat 62,06% (18 orang) berada dalam kategori baik dan 37,93% (11 orang) berada dalam kategori sangat baik, yang mengidikasikan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa memiliki persepsi positif terhadap indikator motivasi (2) berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi, menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa memiliki persepsi positif terhadap penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, ditinjau dari aspek kemudahan, manfaat, sikap, dan motivasi. Sementara itu, hasil observasi mendukung temuan tersebut, di mana terlihat bahwa mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi dapat menggunakan ChatGPT secara efektif sebagai alat bantu dalam mendukung proses belajar. Dengan demikian disarankan; (1) untuk mahasiswa, disarankan untuk mempelajari beragam teknologi pendidikan dan memanfaatkannya secara efektif guna mendukung proses belajar serta meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di era digital; (2) Untuk dosen disaranakan untuk memberikan ruang dan dukungan agar mahasiswa dapat memanfaatkan teknologi penunjang pendidikan untuk menciptakan proses pendidikan yang lebih efektif dan relevan dengan perkembangan zaman.
