<![CDATA[Perkembangan dan keberlanjutan sektor pertanian ditentukan oleh sumber daya manusia yang berperan sebagai penggerak. Di tengah distrupsi teknologi yang berlangsung begitu masif saat ini, sektor pertanian dihadapkan pada masalah regenerasi petani yang disebabkan oleh menurunnya minat generasi muda untuk terlibat mengembangkan kegiatan usaha tani. Dengan mengusung tema pengembangan usaha pertanian digital, maka kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan memberdayakan kaum muda untuk peningkatan minat mereka terhadap usaha pertanian. Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM ini merujuk pada metode pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu menemukan masalah, menemukenali potensi, menganalisis masalah dan potensi, serta memilih solusi pemecahan masalah. Peserta yang menjadi target pemberdayaan adalah para siswa SMKN 1 Kakas yang berada di pusat pelatihan A’Makalendong. Melalui kegiatan PKM ini para siswa memperoleh pengetahuan terkait peluang dan tantangan sektor pertanian saat ini, dan bagaimana pengaplikasian teknologi digital dalam keseluruhan siklus panen. Dari hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta memiliki perspektif yang lebih baik terkait bidang pertanian, serta mengalami peningkatan minat dan motivasi untuk mengembangkan sektor ini.]]>

<![CDATA[Pengelolaan kinerja PDAM sebagai organisasi publik sangat penting mengingat perannya sebagai penyedia air bersih yang merupakan kebutuhan pokok manusia. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja PDAM di Sulawesi Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa aspek pelayanan, keuangan, operasional, serta SDM berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja PDAM. Adanya peningkatan kinerja masing-masing aspek tersebut akan berpengaruh pada pertumbuhan kinerja PDAM secara umum.]]>

<![CDATA[The fact of plurality in Indonesia is characterized by a religious diversity. This discussion paper is going to present the efforts to manage the tolerance of the inter-faith, including also how a precise trategy is related to the relationship between the religions and the state. Is the relationship between the religions and the state in Indonesia linked closely with any radical secularism such as in France or Indonesia that has a version of secularism itself? The writer will discuss the question by elaborating on the relationship between the religions and the state according to Pancasila. The type of secularism that is suitable and ideal for Indonesia is the one that nuances a separation of the religions and the state that is in the rigor version of liberal democracy, cannot be absolutely applied in Indonesia. The reason is that Indonesia has a wealth of culture that affecs the different way of view and reception against secularism. Even some thinkers argue that the acceptance of Indonesia against secularism can be one of the new examples/alternatives in which that the reception against secularism does not mean to be standing on the preconditions for a la western like democracy, liberalism, etc,. The issue is how to translate the values of cultural religious are to be matched with the values of the secular with the consideration that Indonesia still maintain the condition of ethnocentrism. <![CDATA[Kehidupan bernegara tidak bisa terlepas dari sebuah negara. Negara merupakan organ statis yang di dalamnya terdapat sistem sistem, yang mana ada sebuah kehidupan yang dialami oleh persona atau individu-individu. Demikian juga diketahui bahwa negara adalah organisasi yang mendapatkan kekuasaan dari masyarakat dan telah mempunyai wilayah tertentu. Dalam sebuah negara, tentu memiliki sebuah kebijakan publik, karena sangat diperlukan untuk menanggapi aspirasi populasi yang beragam, serta menjamin pluralisme serta penghormatan terhadap hak-hak dasar setiap persona. Kita semua sepakat bahwa sebuah kebijakan publik pada dasarnya berangkat dari fondasi kebudayaan tertentu. Atau dengan kata lain, hal itu ada karena ada budaya yang dihidupi. Dalam konteks penelitian ini fondasi budaya lokal Minahasa yakni spirit maesa-esaan, menjadi patokan atau pijakan untuk mewujudkan sebuah kehidupan bernegara yang damai dan bersatu padu. Terjadi demikian, karena pada dasarnya hakikat dari kebijakan publik adalah untuk memberikan keadaan yang kondusif bagi sebuah sistem penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Dari sini, maka tradisi atau budaya minahasa yang termaktub dalam tradisi maesa-esaan, mendapatkan tempat yang tepat untuk memperkuat sebuah peradaban-masyarakat.]]>

<![CDATA[Pandemi COVID-19 merupakan salah satu resiko yang dihadapi oleh sektor pertanian pada saat ini. Selain mengancam kesehatan petani, adanya kebijakan pembatasan pergerakan manusia untuk menekan penyebaran virus COVID-19 mengakibatkan terganggunya arus distribusi di sektor pertanian yang selanjutnya berdampak pada produktivitas dan pendapatan mereka. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bermitra dengan Kelompok Tani Gertak Milenial (KTGM) yang berada di Desa Keroit Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas petani dalam mengembangkan usaha pertanian di tengah ancaman pandemi. Melalui metode penyuluhan dan pelatihan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini, para petani diajarkan bagaimana melakukan pengelolaan keuangan dan modal sosial serta bagaimana melakukan pemasaran digital. Pada akhir kegiatan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa mitra dapat menyerap pengetahuan yang diberikan dan mengalami peningkatan keterampilan terkait manajemen keuangan, pemanfaatan modal sosial, dan kemampuan dalam pemasaran digital produk pertanian.]]>

<![CDATA[Rhetoric or political communication is important for people who are preparing for a political contestation. As we know, rhetoric really needs to be explored in detail, so that the process of gaining votes in the context of elections can be significant. Therefore, the choice of rhetorical models is always needed by contestants. This article aims to dissect the rhetorical models that exist and have become the choice of contestants in an election. The method the author uses is to start from a general description of the rhetorical model, then from there it will be dissected the meaning of this rhetorical model, if it can be the choice of the contestants. In line with that, the result obtained from dissecting these rhetorical models is a combination of the rhetorical models of Aristotle, Lasswell and Interactionalism. From the combination of these models, it will clarify to the contestant the rhetoric he needs to use to achieve his goal of electability or significance in terms of his electability]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze, margin and marketing efficiency of purple eggplant at Yayasan Sander Batuna, East Likupang district. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive method. To analyze the variables in this study using margin analysis and marketing efficiency. The results show that the marketing channels in the foundation are farmers-retailers-consumers. The marketing margin obtained is Rp.5.455 /Kg and the value of farmer's shares is 45.45%, this shows that marketing cannot be said to be efficient.]]>

<![CDATA[Virtue is the power and ability of a person to become a whole human being. In the current context, humans need to understand about virtue as the focus of philosophers in reflecting in unity with humans. There is a misunderstanding of human beings including related to human virtues. This research will provide a correct understanding of the concept of the ultimate human, so that humans can understand correctly. The method used is descriptive analysis method and qualitative research type. Based on these steps, the author finds that the main human being or the one who has virtues, must have responsibility for self, responsibility for others and responsibility for the world. In line with that, this paper will elaborate on the importance of forming a superior moral actor subject in terms of virtue, which has unity with human life itself.]]>

<![CDATA[Quality is an inherent characteristic of a product. In addition, quality is also a benchmark for a product to compete in the market. In the context of this research, the author aims to outline the main scope of quality within the big frame that oversees it, namely management. Therefore, quality management always needs to be seen in unity because the quality of a product needs to be organized and adjusted in order to compete in the market. Within the framework of this research, the author describes the application of quality management in the development of community-based agritourism. The quality of an agritourism as an agricultural-based tourist destination, must continue to be promoted and formed on an ongoing basis in order to compete in the global arena. Finally, the implementation of quality management must be closely related to the development of community-based agritourism. Because agritourism is a tourism service business that diversifies local agribusiness products, which also fosters employment opportunities and business opportunities for local communities.
