Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to produce excellent learning models which are adaptable and examine its effectiveness. The learning model is directed to increase teachers’ performance in remote elementary schools. This research used two approaches which are; qualitative descriptive, and experiment with non-equivalent model control group design at four Elementary School within remote area in Seluma Regency, Bengkulu Province. The research results showed that (1)the Excellent Learning Model (PTK based teaching) adjusted with the limited teachers’ academic qualification, learning infrastructure, the minimum training experience, low internal motivation, and (2) Adaptable Excellent learning model is more effective in increasing teachers’ performance in remote area Elementary School.Keywords: excellent learning model, adaptive, and teachers’ performanceAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) menghasilkan model belajar BERMUTU yang adaptif, dan (2) menguji keefektifan model belajar Bermutu yang adaptif dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru SD terpencil. Penelitian dilakukan pada 4 SD terpencil di Kabupaten Seluma Provinsi Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua pendekatan yaitu; deskriptif kualitatif, dan eksperimen dengan model noequivalent control group design. Hasil penelitian: (1) Model belajar Bermutu (pembelajaran berbasis PTK) disesuaikan dengan keterbatasan kualifikasi akademik guru, sarana prasarana pembelajaran, minimnya pengalaman pelatihan, motivasi internal yang rendah, dan (2) Model pembelajaran Bermutu yang adaptif lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru SD terpencil.Kata kunci: model pembelajaran bermutu, adaptif, dan kinerja guru

Abstract

Abstract: The research purpose is create and examine the effectiveness of mental revolution model based on local wisdom at remote area. This model used to increase of teachers understanding and application mental revolution at remote primary school Seluma, Bengkulu. This research used qualitative descriptive and experiment with One Group Pretest-Posttest Designe. The research results showed that (1) the mental revolution at remote education environment is a model of coaching the values of mental revolution based on the local wisdom through socialization, taglinne spread, and commemoration of national day,(2) this model is effective to increasing teachers understanding and application mental revolution values.Keyword: mental revolution, local wisdom, remote elementary schoolAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan model revolusi mental berbasis kearifan lokal desa terpencil dan menguji keefektifannya dalam meningkatkan pemahaman serta penerapan nilai-nilai revolusi mental para guru di SD terpencil. Penelitian dilakukan di SD terpencil Kabupaten Seluma, Provinsi Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan eksperimen model One Group Pretest-Posttest Designe. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) revolusi mental pada lingkungan pendidikan desa terpencil adalah model pembinaan nilai revolusi mental berbasis kearifan lokal melalui sosialisasi, pemasangan tagline, dan upacara hari besar nasional; (2) model revolusi mental berbasis kearifan lokal efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan penerapan nilai-nilai revolusi mental para guru di SD terpencil.Kata kunci: revolusi mental, kearifan lokal, SD terpencil

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelayanaan publik dan tingkat kepuasan terhadap kinerja guru di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kaur. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Kuantitatif yaitu menyajikan data dalam bentuk angka. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMP Negeri Kabupaten Kaur, Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik random sampling (acak). Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket, dengan uji Validitas menggunakan rumus Product moment dan Uji reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbachs Alpha. Selanjutnya data diolah secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini sebagai berikut: Pertama, Pelayanan publik berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja guru. Kedua, tingkat kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja guru. Ketiga, pelayanan publik dan tingkat kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja guru. Simpulan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kinerja guru di pengaruhi oleh pelayanan publik dan tingkat kepuasan, meski demikian masih banyak faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru.

Abstract

The main purpose of this study was to determine the quality of health care BPJS services, analyze the level of satisfaction provided by Bengkulu City Hospital. The data collection method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interviews, and documentation. The study was conducted at Bengkulu City Hospital which began on March 20, 2018 until February 2019. The results showed that of the 5 indicators of Service Quality Dimensions of Zethalm theory, 3 showed that it was not optimal. And from 14 indicators of Community Satisfaction Dimension analysis, 7 indicators are included in the sub-optimal which need to improve quality and service.

Abstract

Workshop and Mentoring of Scientific Writing on Elementary School Teacher in Air Periukan Subdistrict, Seluma Regency and Bengkulu Province This community service was aimed to help teachers understand the concepts and processes of publicizing scientific articles in scholarly journals. The target of the program was the teachers are able to compile a manuscript and be accompanied until it is ready to be sent to the scholarly journal. The participants were members of the Air Periukan Subdistrict Teacher Working Group in Seluma District, Bengkulu Province. The training was carried out with participatory lecturing and mentoring methods. The results of observations on the implementation of the program through evaluation showed that the teachers had a high interest in being trained to publish scientific articles. However, high interest has not been followed by the number of manuscripts produced. The unfamiliarity of the publication of scientific articles has led to scientific publications becoming a "scourge" and reducing the teacher’s self-confidence to publish their scholarly article in peer-reviewed scientific journals. This program produced 12% of article drafts from 52 participants. This concluded that the program has to be continued so that the scientific work of teachers published in the scholarly journals will increase.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat di kelurahan tanah patah yaitu sebagian besar melemahnya pendapatan warga terutama para pedagang/ UMKM yang tergantung pada penjualan yang hasilnya sangat menurun diakibatkan oleh pandemi covid-19 berdampak pada perekonomian bahkan kesehatan. Tujuan pengabdian ini memberikan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan brownies remunggai sebagai penambahan penghasilan warga sehingga bisa digunakan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan warga dan menjaga kesehatan tubuh agar terhindar dari paparan radikal bebas. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini berupa workshop dalam bentuk pelatihan, pendampingan pembuatan produk olahan remunggai yaitu brownies remunggai. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini pengetahuan masyarakat meningkat, keterampilan dan mampu mengelola remunggai menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi berupa brownies remunggai.

Abstract

The implementation of the Youth and Sports Service's policy regarding the development of achievement sports human resources is the basis for every sports actor to improve his performance. Improvement of sports achievements which have the duties and functions contained in the Bengkulu Governor Regulation Number 43 of 2016 concerning the Position, Organizational Structure of Duties and Functions as well as the work procedures of the Youth and Sports Office. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of policies and to understand the obstacles faced in implementing the policies of the Department of Youth and Sports in an effort to improve the achievements of Bengkulu Province athletes. The method used is descriptive qualitative with research subjects Analysis of Youth and Sports Service Policy Implementation about improving athlete achievement. The population in this study found 9 people. The sources of data in this study are documents on sports policy, observations, and interviews with the Head of the Youth and Sports Office, Head of Youth Development, Head of Sports Achievement Improvement, Head of UPTD Management and Development of Youth and Sports Facilities and Infrastructure (P2SPKK), Chairperson General KONI Bengkulu, and athletes. The results showed that the implementation of the Youth and Sports Office policy was good with training programs and giving rewards but running optimally. The obstacles to efforts to improve athlete achievement were seen by the lack of budget provided, lack of support from the sports industry in improving athlete achievement and facilities and infrastructure. insufficient exercise.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the complete primary immunization (Y) and how much the determinants of health infrastructure factors (X1), health budget support (X2), quality of vaccines and equipment (X3), and implementing personnel (X4), Partially and simultaneously, affect Y. The method used is explanatory quantitative. The study locates at the Pendopo Barat and Talang Padang Community Health Centers with a sample of 48 people (5%) based on proportionate stratified random sampling. The results reveal that (1) Partially, X1 affected Y, with r-count X1Y(2.731); X2 had no effect on Y, with r-count X2Y(1.435); X3 had no affected Y, with r-count X3Y(0.380); X4 affected Y, with r-count X4Y(3.322), (2) Simultaneously, the variables X1, X2, X3, and X4 affected Y, with F-count value(6.029). The research implies an urgent calibration for the equipment, besides the need to increase the quantity of immunization equipment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the description of the Regent of Seluma Regency, South Seluma Regency, regarding the development of village governance. This study uses an approach where the data obtained is presented and described or described and used as input to the authorities. Data collection tools with data collection techniques: Observation, interviews, and documentation. Then we analyze Permendagri 2018 number 20 to encourage village financial management: 1. planning, 2. implementation, 3. management, 4. Reporting, 5. Accountability, CIPP Leadership Assessment, Theory (Stufflebeam), Indicators: 1. contextual evaluation, 2, input evaluation, 3. process evaluation, and 4. product evaluation. The Village Head, Village Treasurer, and Chair of the BPD of Tangga Batu Village, Padang Genting, Seluma Market, and Padang Merbau as well as Chair of the South Seluma Administrative Body. The survey results show that the development of village government in the South Seluma administrative area by the Seluma District Director was successful.

Abstract

The ideals of regional autonomy to achieve regional independence have not been realized. Therefore, the ideals of regional autonomy to achieve regional independence have not yet been realized. In Seluma District, the capacity of local own-source revenues to support the APBD is still unstable. Seluma Regency's PAD is still low and tends to decrease. The purpose of this research is to find out and understand a detailed description of the internal and external conditions faced by the Regional Treasury Board of Seluma Regency to increase BPHTB tax revenues in Seluma Regency. The research method used to achieve the research objectives is a qualitative descriptive method. Interview, observation, and documentation methods were used to collect data with 5 informants at the regional tax office of Seluma Regency, BPN, a notary, and a regional bank. Data analysis using SWOT analysis. The results of the study show that 1) the current organizational situation offers enormous opportunities, but on the other hand the organization also has some internal limitations/weaknesses. In the current situation, the tax office must be able to minimize internal organizational problems to take better advantage of opportunities. 2) External and internal environmental conditions In applying BPHTB tax rates, several appropriate strategies have been formulated to increase BPHTB revenues in Seluma Regency.
