Abstract

ABSTRACT Music composition “Nomophobia” is a music inspired by a psychological aberra-tion influenced by someone’s dependency toward gadget or smart-phone in tech-nological development.            Nowadays, wherever and whenever the situation is, it will be found many people that are engrossed with their own gadgets. Playing with hand-phone seems to be more fun than having a discussion with other people. As if hand-phone has become the style or the taste that attracts all their awareness. This nomophobia phenomenon is one of the bad impacts given by technological advancement.            The magnitude of the lifestyle influence requires people to follow globalization and consume new things related to the advancement and development of today technology, particularly in modern society, there are no more boundaries in socializing, communicating, and so on. Therefore, it emerges a change of behavioral pattern from social behavior to asocial behavior because of that impact. This phenomenon also results on the narrowness of space and time. The differences between real things and illusions have become very thin. As if they live in the real imaginary space. Keywords: Nomophobia, Composition, Social, Asocial, Gadget, Technology

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan media pembelajaran berbasis android pada matakuliah Musik Digital. Sebelumnya media ini telah dinyatakan valid oleh ahli media dan ahli materi, yang kemudian digunakan oleh mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi-experimental,, dengan desain penelitian time-series. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan pretest dan posttest. Keefektifan yang diperoleh dari hasil post-test dilihat dari ketuntasan klasikal, seluruh mahasiswa dinyatakan mendapatkan nilai lebih besar dari nilai minimal 66 yang menjadi batas akhir mendapatkan nilai B dan melalui perolehan skor dalam kategori sedang. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis android efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran dan meningkatkan hasil belajar. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan untuk diuji lebih luas dan memberikan konten yang lebih lengkap demi perbaikan dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis android ini.

Abstract

This research aims to apply the application of Deconstruction to the Aesthetic Dimensions of Dance as presented to the people of Riau with a focus on criticism of contemporary dance postures. Based on the theory of Deconstruction introduced by Jacques Derrida, this research aims to deconstruct the meaning and structure of traditional dance in a contemporary context. Qualitative research methods were used through indirect observation and content analysis of dance performances in Riau. It is hoped that this research will provide a deeper understanding of how the concept of Deconstruction can be applied in studying and strengthening the aesthetic aspects of traditional Riau dance art in a modern contemporary context. The results of this research show that various symbolic meanings are revealed in gender, ecological perspectives, respect for nature, ethics and manners, through dance movements, props used, decoration and clothing, up to the design of the seven floors. All components in the Malay worship dance have a deep meaning and certain complexity. This article contributes to enriching the cultural treasures behind dance which presents contemporary Riau and the deep meaning behind it.
