Abstract

Knowledge of hospital quality programs in Indonesia has many beneficial effects for patients and service providers. Improved quality has made perceptions about hospital services better in the patient's view, which in turn has resulted in increasing the use of hospital servi ces so that the income received by hospitals is increasing. Hospital Accreditation in Indonesia is carried out to assess hospital compliance with accreditation standards. Hospital accreditation that has been implemented since 1995 in Indonesia, so far uses accreditation standards based on what year the standard began to be used for assessment, so far there has never been a National Accreditation of Hospitals in Indonesia, while the accreditation status currently has national and international accreditation status. The National Hospital Accreditation Standards that are valid in 2018 include: patient safety goals, patient-focused goals, hospital management standards, and implementation of national programs, as well as integration of health education in hospital services. This study was aimed at investigating the effect of quality management, marketing management and internal auditing on private hospital service accreditation, taking a sample of 26 accredited private hospitals in Palembang and Pekanbaru by the Hospital Accreditation Commission (HAC). Data analysis was used to test hypotheses using Multiple Linear Regression analysis and Paired-Sample T-Test. The results of this study concluded that accreditation of private hospital services in Palembang and Pekanbaru was good, but the level of compliance from the management of private hospitals in Pekanbaru was higher, because of the 26 hospitals 61.5% were accredited while out of 28 private hospitals in Palembang only 50% accredited by HAC.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to analyze the financial health of PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk using the Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital (RGEC) approach during the 2020-2023 period. This research is a descriptive research. The data collection techniques used in this study are documentation and literature techniques. The data analysis technique used is bank health analysis with the scope of research covering the RGEC perspective. The results of this study conclude that the financial health of PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk during the 2020-2023 period is quite stable despite facing several significant challenges, especially in terms of asset quality and profitability. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesehatan keuangan PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk menggunakan pendekatan Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, dan Capital (RGEC) selama periode 2020-2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik dokumentasi dan kepustakaan. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kesehatan bank dengan cakupan penelitian yang meliputi perspektif RGEC. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kesehatan keuangan PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk selama periode 2020-2023 cukup stabil meskipun menghadapi beberapa tantangan signifikan, terutama pada aspek kualitas aset dan profitabilitas.

Abstract

Abstract The spinach farmer community in the partner area still faces challenges in increasing the added value of agricultural products due to limited knowledge of processing and packaging techniques. This community service activity aims to enhance farmers' understanding of the importance of sorting, grading, and packaging as initial steps toward improving product quality and marketability. The implementation method used the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, focusing on leveraging local assets and active community participation during the training. The activity was conducted in a one-day technical session involving practical packaging demonstrations and discussions, without product simulation. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of post-harvest quality principles and a new awareness of economic opportunities through value-added processing. The ABCD approach proved effective in uncovering local potential and fostering sustainable and independent social transformation.

Abstract

Bendo Coffee & Sefu Ramen merupakan salah satu unit usaha dari PT Bendo Dua Saudara, sebuah perusahaan ritel yang bergerak di bidang makanan dan minuman serta berdiri pada 18 Februari 2021 di Kota Palembang. Restoran ini menyajikan berbagai hidangan khas Jepang seperti Hararu Tori, Akatama, Chicken Katsu, dan menu lainnya, dengan jumlah karyawan yang cukup banyak dan terdiri dari berbagai posisi dengan tingkat gaji yang berbeda. Saat ini, proses pembayaran gaji karyawan masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga kurang efisien. Melalui kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM), tim pelaksana memberikan pelatihan penggunaan SIPAKAR GROSS, yaitu aplikasi berbasis web untuk penggajian karyawan dengan metode GROSS. Aplikasi ini membantu memperlancar pengelolaan gaji karyawan sehingga proses pembayaran menjadi lebih efektif, efisien, dan akurat.
