Abstract

Amanah Wood Furniture is a small and medium enterprise operating in the furniture industry using wood as the main material in making furniture, which prioritizes aesthetics in the results. There are several suppliers who provide the company's raw material needs. The previous supplier selection process was simple and manual, so it was less efficient and the results were not optimal. The method that can be used for supplier selection is the Fuzzy TOPSIS (Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution) method. The problems that occur in Amanah Wooden Furniture are: (1) How to select suppliers according to the required criteria based on decision making preferences using the Fuzzy TOPSIS method in the Amanah Furniture business? (2) Using the Fuzzy Topsis method, who is the best supplier who can work together according to the company's conditions and capabilities? The sample used in this research used a purposive sampling technique because the Fuzzy YOPSIS method requires decision makers who are experts in analyzing raw material suppliers. To solve the problem, this research uses the Fuzzy TOPSIS method which is a combination of fuzzy concepts with the topsis method which is designed to pay more attention to the level of uncertainty and ambiguity that arises, as well as a weighting technique to weight the criteria objectively. Based on the research results, it shows that the decision support system uses the results of the Fuzzy TOPSIS method considering the criteria, the weight of each criterion, as well as the decision maker's assessment of suppliers based on the criteria considered to give suppliers top priority from the available alternatives

Abstract

Purpose: The digital era has brought profound transformations across various aspects of social life, including religious practices. This article aims to examine the role of religious leaders and social media influencers in promoting public participation in online infaq and shadaqah. Methodology: Employing a literature-based approach combined with qualitative analysis of relevant scholarly sources, this study identifies key strategies, challenges, and collaborative potentials between religious leaders and influencers in leveraging digital platforms for philanthropic purposes. The article underscores content engagement, transparency, and accessibility as key drivers of sustained participation in online donation platforms. Findings: The findings offer valuable insights for religious organizations and online donation platforms in designing effective strategies to enhance digital philanthropy in Indonesia. From a theoretical perspective, this article draws on Social Influence Theory to explain how the religious authority of clerics and the digital popularity of influencers function as agents of social influence in shaping public attitudes and donation behaviors. The main findings indicate that the internalization of digital philanthropic values occurs through a combination of normative authority, social identification, and symbolic persuasion mediated by digital platforms. This study enriches Islamic philanthropy scholarship by emphasizing social actors as key components of the digital donation ecosystem.

Abstract

Based on attendance data for Muhammadiyah Metro General Hospital employees in December 2022, medical employees have the lowest percentage value, with an average of 55% of the number of days, the number of delays, and the number of early discharges. Based on these data, hospitals need to increase work motivation in employees in order to reduce the number of delays in entering employee work. The purpose of this study is to find out whether work motivation and compensation affect employee performance. To find out whether the length of service is able to moderate the effect of work motivation and compensation on employee performance. This study is a descriptive quantitative study with a sample of 81 employees. Data collection using questionnaires and data analysis using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, linearity tests, homogeneity tests, multiple regression analysis tests, t tests, r2 determination tests, and MRA tests using programs (SPSS). The results showed that work motivation had an effect and positively on employee performance. Job satisfaction has an effect and is positive on performance. Length of service affects the relationship between work motivation variables and employee performance variables. Length of service affects the relationship between job satisfaction variables and employee performance variables.
