Abstract

The general purpose of writing this paper is to determine the effect of training on the performance of waitress employees at Breeze Lounge and Bar Royal Tulip Gunung Geulis Resort and Golf Bogor. This research was conducted at the Breeze Lounge and Bar Royal Tulip Gunung Geulis Resort and Golf Bogor with a qualitative descriptive research. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. From the results of the discussion, it is known that the training at the Breeze Lounge and Bar has gone well and effectively seen from the indicators of training methods and training evaluation. Based on the recapitulation, it can be seen from the overall data, the one on one (coaching) training method is the most effective method to be implemented in the Breeze Lounge and Bar. Based on appropriate and effective training methods that can affect the speed, accuracy and personality of Breeze Lounge and Bar waiters. Apart from training, the motivation of the leader can also affect the performance of the waitresses at the Breeze Lounge and Bar Royal Tulip Gunung Geulis Resort and Golf Bogor.

Abstract

Berkembangnya suatu organisasi sangat didukung dengan adanya sumber daya manusia. Terwujudnya tujuan organisasi tidak lepas dari peran aktif manusia yang merencanakan, melakukan dan menentukan kegiatan dari organisasi tersebut. Tujuan dari suatu organisasi kecil kemungkinan untuk diwujudkan jika tidak ada peran aktif pegawai dalam mengoperasionalkan sarana prasarana yang dimiliki organisasi. Keberhasilan untuk tercapainya tujuan organisasi karena kinerja yang baik dari pegawai. Kinerja para pegawai akan semakin meningkat jika kemampuan yang dimiliki para pegawai dalam organisasi semakin berkembang. Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja dengan variabel intervening kepuasan kerja. Seluruh pegawai Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Sahid Surakarta sebanyak 30 responden dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Model regresi analisis jalur digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Setelah diadakan penelitian menunjukkan hasil bahwa kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai, kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Sahid Surakarta. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, sebaiknya pimpinan memperhatikan faktor kompetensi sehingga organisasi dapat mencapi visi dan misinya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of competence, work discipline, stress level and work environment on employee performance at the PNTC Special Needs Clinic Surakarta.The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. With a population of all employees of the PNTC Surakarta Special Needs Children's Clinic which totals 30 people. The sampling technique uses a census technique which means that all employees totaling 30 people are sampled in this study. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The statistical analysis used in this study is classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation, hypothesis test using t-test and F test, and determination coefficient analysis.Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be seen that partially competence and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Stress levels have a negative and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance, simultaneously competence, work discipline, stress level and work environment affect employee performance. Abstract

In this digital era, Instagram is a social network that is quite popular in various circles. Instagram is considered effective as a promotional medium, because people tend to be more interested in visual language than textual language. The Lawu Park carries out promotions via the Instagram social media account with the account name @the_lawupark. The purpose of this research is to find out what The Lawu Park does in promoting via Instagram social media and how much influence these promotions have on interest in visiting The Lawu Park. This research uses a descriptive type approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires and document study. Then the data is generated through an interactive analysis process. The research results show that the promotion carried out by The Lawu Park is uploading images with certain criteria determined by management using experts in taking images, holding activities that support the promotion and always uploading images. Promotion via this Instagram account can influence followers' interest in visiting The Lawu Park. Keywords: Promotion, Instagram, Interest in Visiting
