Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin, Return On Equity, Return On Assets, and Earning Per Share on stock prices at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk either partially or simultaneously. The method used is the Associative method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is a sample aimed at the financial statements of PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk for 10 years period 2012-2021. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. Partially, the Net Profit Margin variable has no significant effect on stock prices. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 1.349 with a significance value of 0.235, which means that this figure is greater than the value of the 0.05 significance level (0.235 > 0.05) or (23.5% > 5%). ie tcount (1,349) < ttable (2,447). Partially, the Return On Equity variable has a negative and significant effect on stock prices. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 2.584 with a significance value of 0.049, which means this number is smaller than the value of the significance level of 0.05 (0.049 < 0.05) or (4.9% < 5%), with a comparison namely tcount (2,584) > ttable (2,447) with a negative sign on tcount. Partially, the Return On Assets variable has a negative and significant effect on stock prices. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 2.645 with a significance value of 0.046, which means that this figure is smaller than the value of the significance level of 0.05 (0.046 < 0.05) or (4.6% < 5%). namely tcount (2,645) > ttable (2,447) with a negative sign on tcount. Partially, the Earning Per Share variable has a significant positive effect on stock prices. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 9.901 with a significance value of 0.000, which means that this figure is smaller than the value of the 0.05 significance level (0.000 < 0.05) or (0% < 5%), with a comparison that is tcount (9,901) > ttable (2,447) with a positive sign on tcount. All independent variables in this study, namely NPM, ROE, ROA, and EPS have an effect on stock prices. This is evidenced by the fcount value of 52.234 with a significant value of 0.000, which means the significant value is less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) or (0% < 5%) , with this condition where fcount is greater than ftable ( 52.234 > 4.53).

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat untuk menumbuhkan sifat percaya diri serta untuk menambah pendapatan dan untuk memberikan pengetahuan masyarakat khususnya generasi muda dan kepada anggota Pesantren Yatim Cahaya Madinah yang beralamat di Jl. Cabe III RT 001/RW 03 No.53 Kel. Pondok Cabe Ilir, Kec. Pamulang, Kota Tangerang Selatan, Banten 15418.Adapun metode kegiatan yang di lakukan adalah berdiskusi bersama dan memberikan penjelasan serta solusi mengenai dunia bisnis bagi generasi muda. Didalam diskusi ini, dibahas mengenai kiat-kiat apa yang harus di lakukan generasi muda dalam memulai bisnis serta sikap dan cara-cara sukses dari pengusaha muda yang memulai dunia bisnis.Salah satu hal yang harus dilakukan oleh generasi muda dalam memulai bisnis yaitu berani ambil resiko, pantang menyerah, menggali potensi, mengawali bisnis dari kesukaan, dan mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Dengan perkembangan IPTEK, teknologi menjadi salah satu hal yang berhubungan dengan keberlangsungan bisnis. Maka dari itu, pengusaha muda harus bisa melihat peluang.Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah peserta diskusi menjadi paham akan mudahnya berbisnis dalam menunjang kehidupan dan kelangsungan bisnisnya.Kata kunci: Dunia Bisnis; Motivasi Santri dan Santriwati

Abstract

Pada kesempatan ini kami Selaku Mahasiswa dari Universitas Pamulang untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada masyarakat Rawa Lele yang beralamat di Jl. H.Bakri Rt.005/Rw.007 Jombang Rawa Lele, Kecamatan Ciputat, Kota Tangerang Selatan, Banten, 15414.dalam meningkatkan sumber daya manusia dalam budidaya ikan cupang dimasa covid-19. Adapun metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mendatangi masyarakat tersebut dan memberikan pelatihan dan diskusi tentang meningkatkan sumber daya manusia dalam upaya budidya ikan cupang.Hasil pengabdian masyarakat yang diperoleh adalah kegiatan yang dilaksanakan untuk Masyarakt Rawa Lele Jombang Tangerang Selatan. Ilmu yang diperoleh pada pengabdian masyarakat ini harapannya semakin memberikan wawasan mengenai meningkatkan sumber daya manusia dalam bududaya ikan cupang dimasa covid-19. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance, to understand the impact of work discipline on employee performance, and to assess the combined effect of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 50 respondents who are employees of PT Bandung Scientific Technical Indonesia. Data collection techniques include primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques involve descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficient of determination analysis, t-test, and F-test. The analysis was conducted using SPSS, with the following research results: The work environment does not have an effect on the performance of employees at PT Bandung Scientific Technical Indonesia in Central Jakarta. This is evidenced by the t-count value > t-table or (1.904 < 2.011). This is also supported by the Sig value, <0.05 or (0.63 > 0.05). Work discipline significantly affects the performance of employees at PT Bandung Scientific Technical Indonesia. This is evidenced by the t-count value > t-table or (3.138 > 2.011). This is also supported by the Sig value, <0.05 or (0.03 < 0.05). The work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 8.553 + 0.283X1 + 0.451X2. The coefficient of determination is 43.9%, while the remaining 37.2% can be influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test shows an F-count value > F-table or (18.390 > 2.800).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence leadership style and work motivation have on employee performance at the Housekeeping Division of PT Aeon Delight Indonesia South Jakarta both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample obtained by the author in this study used the slovin formula, which is the formula used to find the sample size that is considered capable of representing the entire population. The sample used by the authors in this study amounted to 60 respondents. The data collection method used in this research is primary data. The primary data taken is the results of the questionnaire. The results showed that Leadership Style has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance where the t value is obtained> t table or 7.095> 2.001 and reinforced by the ρ value < Sig.0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05. Work Motivation has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance where the t value is obtained> t table or 9.999> 2.001. and strengthened by the ρ value < Sig.0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05. Leadership Style and Work Motivation have a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance where the calculated F value> F table or 53.840> 3.16 is obtained, this is also reinforced by the ρ value < Sig.0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Employees are a very important human resource for the company because they have a role as drivers of all company activities. To achieve company goals, quality human resources are needed who can integrate the company's vision. To maintain employee work productivity, enthusiasm and motivation are needed as encouragement. Motivation is a force that results from a person's desire to satisfy their needs. Employees fulfill their desires by working. This research uses qualitative descriptive research. The subjects in this research were employees of the engineering division of PT Asuransi Central Asia KCU Duta Merlin. The data collection methods in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research are (1) employees in this division show high productivity and good quality work. The work motivation implemented, such as bonuses and overtime pay for certain achievements, has encouraged employees to work with high enthusiasm and discipline. Personal development programs also make a positive contribution to performance, by enabling employees to improve their technical abilities and professionalism. (2) One of the main obstacles is the lack of variety in the motivation programs offered by companies. While overtime pay and bonuses are appreciated, variations in rewards and incentives can further enrich an employee's motivational experience.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Beban Kerja Dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention Pada Pt. Lancar Wiguna Sejahtera Cabang Semanan Kota Tangerang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan sampel slovin 5%. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 165 karyawan maka sampel yang diambil sebanyak 117 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji instrument data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan: Beban Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention dengan persamaan regresi linear sederhana Y = 20,271 + 0,544 (X1). Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,522 artinya memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 27,3% artinya Turnover Intention dipengaruhi oleh beban kerja 27,3%. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (6,564 > 1,981) dan diperkuat oleh nilai signifikan < 0.05 (0.000 < 0,05). Stres kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention dengan persamaan regresi linear sederhana Y = 35,052 + 0,231 (X2). Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,177 artinya memiliki tingkat hubungan yang sangat rendah dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 3,1% artinya Turnover Intention sangat kecil dipengaruhi oleh stress kerja sebesar 3,1%. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji hipotesis diperoleh thitung > ttabel (1,928 > 1,981) dan diperkuat oleh nilai signifikan < 0.05 (0.056 < 0,05) maka variabel stres kerja tidak berpengaruh yang signifikan. Hasil penelitian beban kerja dan stres kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention dengan persamaan regresi berganda Y = 17,186 + 0,528 (X1) + 0,097 (X2). Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,527 artinya memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 27,8% artinya Turnover Intention dipengaruhi oleh beban kerja dan stres kerja sebesar 27,8% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 72,2% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (21,937 > 3,92) dan diperkuat oleh nilai signifikan < 0.05 (000 < 0,05). Dengan demikian terbukti bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kopi Kenangan Jakarta Selatan. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya kinerja karyawan dalam industri makanan dan minuman serta adanya indikasi gaji yang belum sepenuhnya sesuai UMP dan kepuasan kerja yang bervariasi. Berdasarkan teori manajemen sumber daya manusia, kompensasi dipandang sebagai imbalan finansial maupun nonfinansial yang memengaruhi motivasi, sedangkan kepuasan kerja merefleksikan sikap positif karyawan terhadap pekerjaan yang berdampak pada produktivitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif asosiatif dengan 85 responden yang diambil melalui teknik sampel jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, sedangkan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, keduanya berpengaruh signifikan dengan kontribusi 45% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disarankan perusahaan meningkatkan sistem kompensasi dan faktor pendukung lain guna mengoptimalkan kinerja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and competence on employee performance at CV. Japo Indonesia, Ciputat, South Tangerang. This research uses a quantitative method with a population consisting of all 65 employees of CV. Japo Indonesia and applies a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis methods used include validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis (r), coefficient of determination analysis (R²), and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test). The results of the t-test show that organizational culture (X₁) has a tcount value of 24.501 > ttable 1.998 with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, indicating that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Competence (X₂) has a tcount value of 31.451 > ttable 1.998 with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, meaning that competence also has a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the simultaneous F-test result shows Fcount 523.209 > Ftable 3.115 with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, indicating that organizational culture and competence together have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.944 or 94.4%, which means that organizational culture and competence contribute 94.4% to variations in employee performance, while the remaining 5.6% is influenced by other factors outside this study.
