Hospitals must be able to improve the quality of services to maintain patient interest, one of which is improving the quality of medical records. Based on the author's initial survey that at the Ungaran District Hospital research has not been conducted on patient satisfaction regarding the quality of medical record services. To measure a service quality is to know perceptions about the service from the eyes of a consumer or customer. This patient's perception is very important because satisfied patients will adhere to treatment and want to come back for treatment. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the relationship between patients' perceptions about the quality of medical record services with the level of patient satisfaction at Ungaran District Hospital. This study uses a descriptive correlative research method using a survey approach. The results of this study using the chi square test (p 0.05) showed that there was not relationship between perception, especially reliability, assurance, and empathy about the quality of medical record services with the level of patient satisfaction with a p value of reliability of 0.116; guarantee 0.191; empathy of 0.058. There is relationship between perception, especially responsiveness and direct evidence about the quality of medical record services with the level of patient satisfaction.ABSTRAK Rumah sakit harus mampu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya untuk mempertahankan minat atau ketertarikan pasien salah satunya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan rekam medis. Berdasarkan survey awal penulis bahwa di RSUD Ungaran belum dilakukan penelitian tentang kepuasan pasien terkait mutu pelayanan rekam medis. Untuk mengukur sebuah kualitas pelayanan adalah dengan mengetahui persepsi tentang pelayanan tersebut dari kaca mata seorang konsumen atau pelanggan. Persepsi pasien ini sangat penting karena pasien yang puas akan mematuhi pengobatan dan bersedia datang berobat kembali. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui analisis hubungan persepsi pasien tentang mutu pelayanan rekam medis dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien di RSUD Ungaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif korelatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan survey. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan uji chi square (p 0,05) diperoleh hasil tidak ada hubungan antara persepsi khususnya keandalan, jaminan, dan empati tentang mutu pelayanan rekam medis dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien dengan nilai p value keandalan 0,116; jaminan 0,191; empati 0,058. Ada hubungan antara persepsi khususnya ketanggapan dan bukti langsung tentang mutu pelayanan rekam medis dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien. Kata Kunci: Persepsi, Kepuasan, Mutu Pelayanan, Rekam Medis

AbstractThe Implementation of learning on Prodi D3 RMIK Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang includes learning in the classroom, laboratory, and field with learning methods that have been developed. Practical learning both in laboratory and field are important things that must be considered in vocational education. Therefore, it is necessary to emphasize practical learning both laboratory and field. It’s also necessary to develop the laboratory practicum learning tool related to medical record management on Prodi D3 RMIK. The research method that we used was research and development method (R&D). This research step includes analysis of needs, design, validation design, and trial of the design result. This research aims to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. In this research, we made a video tutorial for medical record management practicum. The results of the 3 video research have been validated by experts with conclusions, all the three of them are “valid” and “very valid” in material testing and media testing. From the practicality test toward the videos, we got “practical” and “very practical” as the result. Meanwhile from the effectiveness test toward the videos, we got “effective” as the result.Keywords: tutorial video, practicum, medical record managementAbstrakPelaksanaan pembelajaran pada Prodi D3 RMIK Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang meliputi pembelajaran teori klasikal, praktik laboratorium, dan lapangan dengan metode pembelajaran yang telah dikembangkan. Pembelajaran praktik di laboratorium dan lapangan merupakan hal penting yang harus diperhatikan dalam pendidikan vokasional. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya penekanan pembelajaran praktik baik laboratorium maupun lapangan. Diperlukan pula pengembangan media pembelajaran praktikum laboratorium terkait manajemen rekam medis pada Prodi D3 RMIK. Metode penelitian ini menerapkan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development/R&D). Tahapan pada penelitian ini meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan desain, validasi rancangan, dan uji coba hasil perancangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan suatu produk baru atau hasil modifikasi serta menguji keefektifan dari produk yang dihasilkan. Produk yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini berupa video tutorial praktikum manajemen rekam medis. Hasil penelitian 3 video telah mendapatkan validasi oleh ahli atau pakar dengan kesimpulan valid dan sangat valid dalam uji materi dan uji media. Uji praktikalitas terhadap video diperoleh hasil praktis dan sangat praktis. Uji keefektivitasan terhadap video diperoleh hasil efektif.Kata Kunci : video tutorial, praktikum, manajemen rekam medis

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on health services in Indonesia. Health workers, especially PMIK, must pay attention to the procedures for handling Covid-19 in providing services to patients. Medical record management procedures need to be taught to students in order to gain knowledge and understanding of medical record management during the Covid-19 pandemic. Visualization of the management of medical records during the Covid-19 pandemic is needed for students in video tutorial media. The purpose of this research is to develop visualization in video tutorial media about the management of medical records during the Covid-19 pandemic in laboratory practicum learning. The study used the research and development method which was carried out in the manual medical record laboratory of Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang from August to December 2021. The stages in this study began with a needs analysis through FGD, followed by the stages of making video tutorials, testing validity, and ending at the trial stage. . The results of the study obtained visualization in the form of video tutorials which have been declared very valid in the material test by 85% and media testing by 81% by experts. Practicality tests on videos that were conducted on students obtained practical results with a value of 78% so that they were able to provide visualization to students on the management of medical records during the Covid-19 pandemic. It is necessary to measure the effectiveness of video tutorials in increasing students' knowledge and skills regarding the management of medical records during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Pandemi Covid-19 mulai menjangkit masyarakat Indonesia sejak bulan Maret 2020 hingga kini. Selama masa pandemi Covid-19, diberlakukan pembatasan kegiatan sosial berskala besar untuk mencegah semakin bertambahnya penularan Covid-19. Salah satu yang terdampak adalah sektor pendidikan tinggi vokasional dimana pendidikan diselenggarakan dengan metode pembelajaran dalam jaringan. Diperlukan pengembangan dalam implementasi pembelajaran praktikum melalui inovasi media pembelajaran menggunakan video tutorial yang bertujuan agar kompetensi mahasiswa tetap tercapai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengetahuan mahasiswa tentang manajemen rekam medis sebelum dan sesudah diberikan media video tutorial. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pra eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pretest-postest. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 97 mahasiswa melalui teknik total sampling. Hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji wilcoxon dan diperoleh hasil bahwa ada perbedaan signifikan terhadap pengetahuan mahasiswa tentang manajemen rekam medis sebelum dan sesudah diberikan media video tutorial dalam pembelajaran praktikum. Dengan diterapkannya video tutorial dalam pembelajaran praktikum ini, mampu mewujudkan pembelajaran praktikum yang efektif bagi mahasiswa.

During the online teaching and learning process, many obstacles are often encountered, such as users who do not understand how to use HELTI or the HELTI application is unstable if accessed by many users, causing the teaching and learning process to be disrupted. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the evaluation of the successful implementation of HELTI in Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang. This type of research is analytic observational with a cross-sectional design. The subjects of this study were 228 students who were selected by simple random sampling technique. The dependent variable is the evaluation of the successful implementation of HELTI (net benefit), while the independent variables are technology, people, and organizations. Data were collected through filling out a questionnaire and then analyzed using logistic regression test. The results of the analysis show that technological factors, human factors, and organizational structure factors can increase the net benefit. A good technology factor can increase odd net profit by 1.30 units (OR=1.30, p= 0.001, 95% CI=1.10-1.54). Good human factor can increase odd net profit by 1.30 units (OR= 1.30, p= 0.06, 95% CI= 0.95-9.05). Good organizational structure management can increase odd net profit by 7.97 units (OR= 7.97, p= <0.001, 95% CI= 2.74-23.17). Facilities for improving e-learning applications are needed so that the effectiveness of learning can be carried out properly, especially when the application is accessed by many users.Keywords: HELTI; e-learning; HOT-FITABSTRAK Selama proses belajar mengajar secara online, banyak kendala yang sering ditemui, seperti pengguna yang tidak memahami cara menggunakan HELTI atau aplikasi HELTI tidak stabil jika diakses oleh banyak pengguna sehingga menyebabkan proses belajar mengajar terganggu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi evaluasi keberhasilan penerapan HELTI di Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan desain cross-sectional. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 228 siswa yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Variabel terikat adalah evaluasi keberhasilan penerapan HELTI (net benefit), sedangkan variabel bebas adalah teknologi, manusia, dan organisasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner lalu dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi logistik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa faktor teknologi, faktor manusia, dan faktor struktur organisasi dapat meningkatkan net benefit. Faktor teknologi yang baik dapat meningkatkan keuntungan bersih ganjil sebesar 1,30 unit (OR=1,30, p= 0,001, 95% CI=1,10-1,54). Faktor manusia yang baik dapat meningkatkan keuntungan bersih ganjil sebesar 1,30 unit (OR= 1,30, p= 0,06, 95% CI= 0,95-9,05). Manajemen struktur organisasi yang baik dapat meningkatkan keuntungan bersih ganjil sebesar 7,97 unit (OR= 7,97, p= <0,001, 95% CI= 2,74-23,17). Fasilitas penyempurnaan aplikasi e-learning dalam sangat dibutuhkan agar efektifitas pembelajaran dapat terlaksana dengan baik terutama ketika aplikasi tersebut banyak diakses oleh banyak pengguna.Kata kunci: HELTI; e-learning; HOT-FIT

Masalah stunting menjadi perhatian serius di Indonesia karena tingginya prevalensi, mencapai30,8%, lebih tinggi dibandingkan negara tetangga seperti Malaysia, Vietnam, dan Brunei. Puskesmas Tlogosari Kulon memiliki angka stunting yang cukup tinggi, yaitu 31,13% di Jawa Tengah dan 29,68% di Kota Semarang. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membentuk Kelompok Aksi Penggerak Pencegahan Stunting (KAPPAS) di Kelurahan Muktiharjo Kidul sebagai upaya percepatan penurunan stunting melalui peningkatan komunikasi, perubahan perilaku, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat melibatkan empat tahapan utama: koordinasi dengan puskesmas dan kelurahan, pendataan calon anggota KAPPAS, pelatihan menggunakan modul tervalidasi, dan penguatan melalui pertemuan rutin. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota KAPPAS setelah pelatihan, yang diukur melalui pre-test dan post-test. Disarankan agar model KAPPAS diperluas ke wilayah lain dan dukungan dari puskesmas serta kelurahan terus diperkuat. Evaluasi dan monitoring rutin diperlukan untuk memastikan efektivitas program dan penyesuaiannya dengan kebutuhanlokal.

Stunting merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan utama di Indonesia, termasuk di Kota Semarang. Pemantauan terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak balita sangat penting untuk mencegah terjadinya stunting. Dalam rangka meningkatkan pemantauan stunting di Kelurahan Jabungan, Kecamatan Banyumanik, Kota Semarang, pemberdayaan kader Kesehatan menjadi strategi yang efektif. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan kader Kesehatan dalam pemantauan stunting melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan. Metode yang dilakukan melalui pendidikan kesehatan dan pelatihan kepada kader kesehatan. Hasil kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas kader dalam memantau dan mendeteksi stunting pada anak balita. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan cakupan pemantauan dan kesadaran Masyarakat mengenai pentingnya pencegahan stunting.

All healthcare facilities are required to implement Electronic Medical Records (EMR). The implementation of this policy faces various challenges, one of which is the bureaucratic structure in hospitals. This study aims to analyze the success of EMR implementation with a focus on the aspect of bureaucratic structure based on George Edward III's policy implementation model. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach conducted in three type C hospitals. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participatory observations, and documentation studies involving 13 informants, which included the head of the medical records installation, the head of the information technology installation, medical recorders and health information, information technology officers, and the head of the medical services department. Hospitals that form special teams for EMR implementation have more controlled and efficient processes compared to hospitals that rely on existing organizational structures. The presence of a special team facilitates coordination, socialization, and training of healthcare personnel in the use of EMR. Meanwhile, hospitals that do not form a special team experience obstacles in coordination and delays in system adoption, despite receiving support from the system developers. An effective bureaucratic structure plays a crucial role in the successful implementation of EMR. Therefore, hospitals are advised to form a special team for the implementation of EMR to accelerate system adoption and improve the quality of healthcare services.

The Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 24 of 2022 mandates that all healthcare facilities in Indonesia implement Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to improve the quality and efficiency of health services. In response to this policy, this study utilized a cross-sectional mixed-methods approach to evaluate the implementation of EMR and its impact on medical record work units in a regional hospital. A total of 26 EMR users, consisting of medical record officers and relevant health workers, were selected through total sampling to provide both quantitative and qualitative data. The evaluation framework integrates the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to assess system quality, information quality, user satisfaction, and intention to continue using EMR. Quantitative findings demonstrate that information quality and system quality have strong and statistically significant relationships with intention to use EMR (p = 0.001), explaining 66.3% and 52.8% of the variance, respectively. Meanwhile, thematic analysis of qualitative data reveals that EMR enhances workflow efficiency, accelerates information retrieval, and strengthens service coordination across hospital units. However, challenges such as occasional system downtime, limited digital literacy among some users, and incomplete menu features still hinder optimal utilization. The integrated interpretation indicates that sustained user acceptance relies on the alignment between perceived usefulness and reliable system performance. This study underscores the need for continuous system refinement, structured and ongoing training, and adequate resource support to ensure EMR implementation contributes effectively to hospital service quality and digital health transformation in Indonesia.

Designing a good user interface is crucial in designing digital-based learning applications, one of which is to support student readiness for the Medical Records and Health Information Competency Test (UKOM). This study aims to utilize a prototyping model to design the user interface for the Medical Records and Health Information Competency Test Preparation Learning (PERKOMDIS) application. This application interface design is an interactive mobile app-based learning medium. The prototyping model allows for interactive user interface design by involving users in analyzing initial requirements. The study was conducted through several stages: user needs analysis, user interface design, and display feasibility testing by potential users. The results showed that the use of an interactive prototyping model improved the quality of the interface design, both in terms of usability, navigation clarity, and visual appeal. The PERKOMDIS application is designed to include practice questions, material discussion, and self-assessment features integrated into a single platform. With a user-focused approach and the implementation of competency-oriented design, this user interface design is expected to be an effective tool in the process of developing a UKOM preparation application for Medical Records and Health Information students.
