Abstract

Dukuh Sonyo dipimpin oleh Bapak Suranto sebagai kepala dukuh. Pedukuhan tersebut terdiri atas delapan RT dengan jumlah kepala keluarga adalah 173. Pedukuhan tersebut terletak di daerah pegunungan di Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Dukuh Sonyo berbatasan dengan Dukuh Sidomulyo dan Dukuh Gunung Kelir. Pedukuhan Sonyo yang terletak di daerah pegunungan memiliki banyak permasalahan. Salah satu permasalah yang menjadi perhatian khusus yaitu permasalahan tentang rawannya terjadi bencana alam. Bencana alam yang sering terjadi di dusun tersebut yaitu tanah longsor. Dikhawatirkan pada musim hujan disertai terjadi hujan lebat dapat mengakibatkan tanah longsor. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas maka pengabdian masyarakat ini mendesain dan menerapkan alat peringatan dini tanah longsor. Alat ini dibuat dengan menggunakan komponen utamanya mikrokontroller yang digunakan sebagai pengolah data, sensor menggunakan potensiometer untuk mendeteksi pergerakkan tanah, dan sirine. Selain pemasangan alat tanah longsor, pengabdian masyarakat ini juga memberikan pelajaran tentang pengangulangan tanah longsor.

Abstract

Waste tires are a serious problem in many countries in the world, including Indonesia, this is because waste is a solid material that is difficult to decompose and even recycle. The utilization of waste tires in the field of civil engineering and environmental infrastructure is something that needs to be developed. Utilization of rubber powder can be used as a partial substitute for sand in concrete mixtures used in structural concrete and non-structural concrete. This research was conducted by experimental method on cylindrical specimens to test the compressive strength and concrete blocks to test the damping power of 28 days old concrete. The test parameters are the compressive strength and damping coefficient of the rubber powder mixture. The variation of thetest object used is the replacement of used tire rubber powder against sand by 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20%. The test results show that the more mixture of rubber powder in the concrete can reduce the compressive strength of the concrete and increase the damping ratio of the concrete.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah cadre is very necessary to foster youth to bring the organization forward. The future of Muhammadiyah as a whole is closely related to the activities of the Muhammadiyah cadre movement at the Province, District, Sub-district, and Village levels. Sawit Muhammadiyah Sub-District Head (PCM) is a Muhammadiyah organization at the sub-district level located in Boyolali Area. The regeneration activities at PCM are very important things to do, one of which is by providing educational facilities for the Muhammadiyah Junior High School as a regeneration locomotive at sub-district level. Sawit Muhammadiyah Sub-District Head needs assistance and facilities to realize the plan to establish Junior High Schools and manage Muhammadiyah Boarding School (MBS).

Abstract

Community service carried out at LPQ At-Taqwa aims to strengthen institutions, increase the number of students and build synergy between guardians and LPQ At-Taqwa to achieve learning objectives. The implementation method of this community service program is to increase children's learning interest through the provision of free uniforms and interesting learning methods. The recitation of students and guardians is packaged in a recitation that presents special missionaries for children. The results of community service activities that have been held with LPQ At-Taqwa are: 1) Increase the number of students to 60 students. 2) Recitation activities with students and guardians. 3) Planning training activities for LPQ management and teacher in developing Quran teaching methods

Abstract

The disposal of rubber tires is one of the impacts resulting from the development of activities in the transportation sector. The accumulation of tire waste occurs along with the increase in the number of vehicle owners in society. This study aims to test the compressive strength of concrete with a mixture of rubber powder waste to reduce environmental pollution. The method used is the experimental method in the laboratory with concrete cylinder test specimens measuring 150 mm in diameter and 300 mm in height. The proportion of the rubber powder waste mixture to the fine aggregate was 0%, 30%, and 60%, consisting of three cylindrical test specimens for each variation. The test results show compressive strength values of 26.8 MPa, 19.6 MPa, and 13.1 MPa at rubber powder mixture percentages of 0%, 30%, and 60%. From the data, it can be concluded that rubber powder can be used as a partial substitute for sand in concrete material. The use of rubber powder in concrete reduces the compressive strength of the concrete.
