Abstract

The purposes of this study were to analyze the influence of International Crude Oil Price Fuel Consumption and Production on Fuel Import and to find out how many contributions of all independent variables to dependent variable. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method was used in this study. Data used in this study were secondary data collected from PT Pertamina (Persero) and summarized by Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resource (period 2005 -2016). The result of F-test showed that simultaneously and significantly all of independent variables influenced dependent variable. Meanwhile, t-test result showed that only Fuel Consumption had a significant influence on Fuel Import. However, the other independent variables did not have partial influence on Fuel Import. While, based on coefficient of determination test, it was found that International Crude Oil Price, Fuel Consumption and Production had a high contribution in explaining fuel import. In addition, the interpretation model showed positive equation of Fuel Consumption, so it means that if there is an increase in Fuel Consumption then Fuel Import will also increase.

Abstract

The study examined the influence of crane productivity and pilotage service toward vessel waiting time. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method was used to observe the influence. Secondary data were collected from Semarang Container Terminal and PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III. The result of F-test showed that simultaneously independent variables influenced dependent variable. Meanwhile, T-test result showed only one independent variable influenced dependent variable; it was pilotage service with t count 2.859 with the significant value 0.008. Based on coefficient of determination test, the variables of crane productivity and pilotage service influence vessel waiting time by 27.6% and the other 72.4% influenced by the other variables. Regression model showed positive equation of pilotage service, it means if there is an increase in pilotage service, vessel waiting time will also increase. Suggestions that can be taken are to increase the number of pilot boats, upgrade port facilities, upgrade vasa and inaportnet application periodically. Further study is needed to investigate the other factors that influence vessel waiting time.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to analyze the influence of export product price, total production, and distribution cost on export volume of RK95-1-NB Diesel Engine simultaneously and partially and to find out how many contribution of each variable. The variables mentioned in this research are export product price, total production, and distribution cost as the independent variable and export volume as the dependent variable. This research uses secondary data in the form of time series data annually starting from 2010 to 2016. The analysis methods in this research are classic assumption test (which are includes normality test, heterocedasticity test, multicollinearity test, and linearity test), T test, F test, and coefficient determination (R2). The result of structural equation is Export Volume=0,602 Export Product Price+0,402 Total Production+0,299 Distribution Cost. There is a partial influence among export product price and total production toward export volume. There is no partial influence between the distribution cost variables on export volume. The result of F test shows that there is a simultaneous influence among export product price, total production, and distribution cost on export volume RK95-1-NB Diesel Engine. The coefficient determination value (Adjusted R2 value) of the model is 0.943 (94.3%). It means that the contribution of export product price, total production, and distribution cost give contributions toward export volume RK95-1- NB diesel engine is 94.3% and the rest 5.7% is affected by other variables that are not described in this research.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has created a situation that requires students to accept Online Learning as a consequence. Universities must turn barriers to online learning into an advantage for students. Our study draws on established Service-Dominant Logic (SDL) theory and literature to examine holistically how the value of online learning is perceived and co-created by two key stakeholders, namely professional service providers (Universities) and their clients in online learning (students). Therefore, this study aims to develop and test a conceptual model of the factors that influence student adoption of online learning systems, especially those built from easy-to-use variables. pleasure, social interaction, and user behavior. The data for this study were obtained from online questionnaire responses (n=179) and then analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results of this study confirm that the expansion of the SDL provides a useful theoretical model to help understand and explain the acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) in online learning models. The results of this study also show that UTAUT is a factor that positively affects the variables of pleasure, social interaction, and attitude toward using.

Abstract

The problem of perceived employability and employee performance has become a debate that affects higher education. Our study investigates the interaction of the relationship between perceived work ability and employee performance appraisals. Our study found discriminatory perceptions of employability between various job skills in students and job opportunities and demands. Our study also highlights the value through multiple perspectives that lead to marketing analytical skills with a distinctive competitive advantage. Our study positions marketing analytical skills as mediating the relationship between perceived employability and employee performance. Ultimately the aim of our study is to help bridge the gap between graduate skills and future labor market needs. The analysis used a sample of 107 using an online questionnaire and the data obtained were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The findings of this study show that marketing analytical skills make the relationship between core marketing skills, customer insights skills and job market appraisal more valuable for the concept of employability

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between market orientation, competitive service agility, social selling activities, and marketing performance. This study makes several contributions to the literature on competitive service agility and social selling activities as the key to marketing performance. The number of respondents analyzed were 168 online driver service actors in Semarang, Central Java. The model approach uses Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS 26.0. This study makes a major contribution that market orientation has a positive influence on competitive service agility. It was also found that competitive service agility has an influence on social selling activities and marketing performance. Finally, regarding mediation analysis, this study confirms that competitive service agility and social selling activities each mediate the effect on marketing performance. Online driver service actors and service providers must also carry out an effective and efficient joint value creation process so that service products can move more agilely and dynamically, so that marketing performance can increase sustainably
