Abstract

This study aimed to know the influenceof organizational culture on employees work performance of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pos Semarang 50000, the influence of environment on employees performance of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pos Semarang 50000, and the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employees performance of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pos Semarang 50000.The method that used for data collection in this study wereobservation, questionnaires, and literature review. The scale that used in the questionnaires is agree disagree scale with 10 scale points. The sample that used in this study were 60 employeesof PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pos Semarang 50000 that choosen using incidental sampling technique. Used multiple linear regression technique for analyzing the data, it indicated that organizational culture and work environment hada positive and significant effect to employee performance. Organizational culture and work environment have 39,6% contribution to employee performance, that means every 39,6% of employee performance was explained by organizational culture and work environment, while 60,4% was explained by other factors which were not observed in this study

Abstract

The purpose of this research is determine the effect of tax knowledge and service quality on taxpayer compliance in KPP Pratama Semarang Gayamsari. The population used in this study is the individual taxpayer employees who are registered at the Pratama Semarang Gayamsari Tax Service Office with a total of 15,901 people. This study is conducted against 100 respondents using the Non-Probability Sampling method with the Incidental sampling technique. Data analysis used is the instrumental test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate, that the level of tax knowledge and service quality has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. The results of the coefficient of determination show that the level of tax knowledge and service quality jointly contribute to taxpayer compliance by 32%. The remaining 68% of taxpayer compliance is influenced by other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, brand awareness and brand trust on the decision to use the delivery service of PT ID Express Central Java. Data collection methods used in the study were observation, questionnaires and literature studies. The questionnaire scale in this study used a Differential Semantic Scale with the form of the scoring technique carried out in this study was a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 10. The sample in this study was 100 consumers of PT ID Express Central Java who were selected using the accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results show that partially or simultaneously brand image, brand awareness, brand trust had a significant positive effect on the decision to use the delivery service of PT ID Express Central Java with an influence contribution of 56%. This means that in improving the decision to use services for consumers, it is necessary to increase brand associations, especially the formation of a positive brand image, increase brand awareness through effective marketing management, and memorable services in order to create high confidence in the company's brand.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of total labor and total raw material inventory toward furniture production volume at PT Harrison & Gil Java Semarang. The data used in this research is secondary data which are the report of total labor, total raw material inventory, and furniture production volume in 2016-2018 at PT Harrison & Gil Java Semarang. Data collection method that used in this research are observation and interview. The analysis technique used are Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, and Goodness of Fit test. Based on the research that had been done, the F test shows that Total Labor and Total Raw Material Inventory had a significant effect to Furniture Production Volume of PT Harrison & Gil Java Semarang simultaneously. Meanwhile the result in t test shows that only the Total Raw Material Inventory that had a significant effect on Furniture Production Volume with the t significance value less than the α significance value (0,000 < 0,05). Based on the adjusted R2 vaue about 0,875 means that 87,5% change in the Furniture Production Volume of PT Harrison & Gil Java can be explained by the two independent variables that were Total Labor and Total Raw Material Inventory, while the rest of 12,5% was explained by other variables outside the model

Abstract

Tea is one of Agriculture and Plantation business sector commodity that become one of Indonesia’s main export commodity and give contribution to Indonesia Gross Domestic Product until 12,72% at 2019. The aim of this study is to know the influence of the Amount of Tea Production and Exchange Rate toward Volume of Indonesian Tea Exports in period 2015-2019. The data used in this research is quantitative data. This study uses secondary data which obtained by collectiong data from some sources which relevant to this study such as Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), Bank Indonesia, Direktorat Jenderal Perkebunan, Food and Agriculture Organization, and others. Regarding the data period, the data in this study use monthly data of Tea Production, Exchange Rate and Volume of Indonesian Tea Exports in period 2015-2019 with total 60 data in months. The study explored with multiple linier regression statistical analysis along with descriptive analysis and classical assumption test namely normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and linierity test. The F-test stated that total production and exchange rate have significant influence simultaneously. Based on the t-Test result, it is found that total production has insignificant influence toward volume export of Indonesian tea partially. While exchange rate has partial significant negative influence toward volume export of Indonesian tea.

Abstract

The success of a business is influenced by internal and external factors of the company. This study aims to determine the influence of Technical Factors, HR Factors, Operational Factors, and Financial Factors on SME Performance either partially or simultaneously. The data collection method in this study used observation, questionnaires and interviews conducted in Magelang City. The population used in this study is export-based SMEs in Magelang, while the sample used is 30 export-based SMEs. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the influence of Technical Factors, HR Factors, Operational Factors, and Financial Factors had a positive relationship to UKM Performance, but only HR Factor variables had a significant influence on UKM Performance. The coefficient of determination in this study is 36.6 % which means that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable studied in this study is only 36.6% and the remaining 63.4% is explained by other variables outside this study

Abstract

This research was based on the issues of property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), namely the decline in profitability for the period 2017-2021. This research aims to examine the effect of the independent variables is Sales, Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), and Firm Size on Profitability. The sample in this research were 14 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2017-2021 period which were selected using the purposive sampling method. The data analyzed used is 70 data (14 companies in 5 years of observation). Analysis model used in this research was multiple linear regression panel data analysis using Eviews 9.0. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis of panel data show that (1) the effect of sales on profitability is significant (2) the effect of the current ratio (CR) on profitability is not significant (3) the effect of debt to assets ratio (DAR) on profitability is not significant (4) The effect of firm size on profitability is significant

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between market orientation, competitive service agility, social selling activities, and marketing performance. This study makes several contributions to the literature on competitive service agility and social selling activities as the key to marketing performance. The number of respondents analyzed were 168 online driver service actors in Semarang, Central Java. The model approach uses Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS 26.0. This study makes a major contribution that market orientation has a positive influence on competitive service agility. It was also found that competitive service agility has an influence on social selling activities and marketing performance. Finally, regarding mediation analysis, this study confirms that competitive service agility and social selling activities each mediate the effect on marketing performance. Online driver service actors and service providers must also carry out an effective and efficient joint value creation process so that service products can move more agilely and dynamically, so that marketing performance can increase sustainably

Abstract

This study aims to determine the motivation and work stress on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Semarang. Data collection methods used are through interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The number of samples in this study were 77 employees with the census method. The analytical method used is the validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination test. The results showed that partially motivation and work stress have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, motivation and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has the greatest influence in improving employee performance
