Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of government officials at the Botto Mallangga Village Office, Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency. The research population consists of 1,955 community members who have visited the village office for administrative purposes. The study employs an associative quantitative method with a sample of 95 respondents selected through non-probability sampling. It examines two key variables: variable X (organizational culture) and variable Y (government officials' performance). Data collection methods include observation, questionnaires, and literature review. Data analysis involves validity and reliability tests with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0. The findings indicate that organizational culture has a significant influence on government officials' performance. Recapitulation results show a percentage of 62.75% for organizational culture and 68% for performance, both categorized as good. Factors affecting organizational culture and their impact on performance also scored 65%, classified as good. ANOVA test results reveal an F value of 23.719 with a significance level of 0.000, confirming that the independent variable has a significant impact. With an R square value of 20%, the study suggests that 80% of government officials' performance is influenced by other variables outside this research.

Abstract

Infrastructure development in rural areas often faces challenges such as limited funding, inadequate technical support, and a lack of stakeholder collaboration. This study aims to analyze the influence of collaborative governance on bridge construction in Marinding Village, Bajo Barat District, Luwu Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach, using data collected through observation, closed-ended Likert-scale questionnaires, and literature review. A sample of 92 respondents was selected using a random sampling technique, and data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression with the aid of SPSS version 25. The findings reveal that the application of collaborative governance principles falls into the "good" category, with an average percentage score of 73.14%, while the bridge construction outcome was rated "very good" at 82%. The regression analysis yielded a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.356, indicating that 35.6% of the variation in bridge development is explained by the collaborative governance variable, while the remaining 64.4% is influenced by other factors. This result is supported by a t-value of 7.057 and a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05), confirming a positive and significant relationship between collaborative governance and bridge development. The study highlights the critical role of participatory, transparent, and sustainable collaborative governance in supporting infrastructure development in rural areas. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang Nomor 08 Tahun 2012 Pasal 34 tentang tertib sosial di Kelurahan Rappang Kecamatan Panca Rijang, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan studi kepustakaan. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus Yamane, sehingga diperoleh 97 responden dari total populasi 3.682 jiwa. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan menggunakan distribusi frekuensi, persentase, dan nilai rata-rata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Peraturan Daerah No. 08 Tahun 2012 Pasal 34 di Kelurahan Rappang secara umum berada dalam kategori baik, dengan rata-rata persentase 68% (cukup baik). Kendala utama terletak pada aspek ketepatan kebijakan, yang belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh dalam implementasi kebijakan adalah komunikasi dengan nilai 70% (baik), yang menunjukkan pentingnya sosialisasi pemerintah kepada masyarakat. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyarankan agar penetapan kebijakan dilakukan dengan memperhatikan kondisi sosial masyarakat serta meningkatkan intensitas sosialisasi guna memperkuat kepatuhan terhadap aturan yang berlaku
