Abstract

Refrigerator adalah alat listrik rumah tangga yang menggunakan refrigerasi (proses pendinginan) untuk membantu mengawetkan makanan. Kulkas bekerja menggunakan pompa kalor perubahan fasa yang beroperasi dalam siklus refrigerasi. Mesin refrigerasi merupakan suatu rangkaian yang mampu bekerja untuk menghasilkan temperatur atau temperatur yang dingin. Proses pembuatan Yang pertama kompresor dihubungkan dengan pipa tembaga (ada valve), kondensor, filter, pipa kapiler, evaporator, dan kembali ke kompresor. Keunggulan alat simulator refrigerasi lemari es adalah saklar, termometer, simbol k3, pelabelan komponen, dan portable. Dalam selang waktu 105 menit menghasilkan pengukuran suhu maksimum adalah 13oC dengan pengukuran suhu rata-rata di ruang simulator refrigerasi lemari es.

Abstract

Sistem pengisian adalah salah satu sistem di dalam sebuah mobil yang mempunyai peranan penting pada mobil yang menggunakan bahan bakar bensin, sistem pengisian mempunyai peranan yang lebih besar untuk menjamin kelangsungan hidup mesin, yaitu untuk mensuplai kebutuhan listrik pada pengapian. Rancangan sistem pengisian baterai ini dirancang menggunakan turbin angin sumbu horizontal sebagai bentuk media pengujian dalam pengisian baterai. Pengujian sistem pengisian ini meliputi pengujian tegangan alternator dan pengujian arus alternator. Hasil pengujian varian data tegangan alternator high speed mengasilkan tegangan rata-rata adalah 11,3 V, pada low speed varian data menghasilkan tegangan rata-rata adalah 10,7 V. Hasil pengujian varian data arus alternator low speed menghasilkan arus rata-rata adalah 2,47 A, sedangkan pada high speed varian data menghasilkan arus rata-rata adalah 2,79 A.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The need for board materials continues to increase, therefore the need for new innovations in the form of utilization of plastic waste and rice husks are used as raw material for making particle board where the waste plastic as adhesive and rice husk as filler. The purpose of this research is to know the physical properties such as density, moisture content, and water absorption in order to determine the exact formulation on the particle board that meets the quality standard. SNI 03-2015-2016 quality standard is used as a reference comparison of the results of testing stages of research starting from the processing of raw materials plastick and chaff into sebuk, mixing, and formation of particle board until the testing phase. Elements of particle board formation are rice husks and polyprophylene plastics as adhesives made with Plastic compositions: 40%: 60% 50%: 50% and 40%: 40%: husks. In testing the physical properties of the results showed that the right composition is 60%: 40% because it has results with a particle density of 0.83 g /cm3, a water content of 4.87%, and a water absorption of 10.67%. It is the best result of some predefined compositions and meets the quality standard of SNI 03-2015-2016 Keywords: From The board particles, polyprophylene plastic, chaff rice

Abstract

The problem that occurs today is that many fuel injection vehicles that use Pertamax are switching to Pertalite for economic reasons. This study aims to determine the difference between the use of pure fuel and a mixture of Pertamax and Pertalite fuels on the power, torque and exhaust emissions produced. This study uses the method of collecting data from pure fuel and combining fuel mixtures from 100% Pertamax, 100% Pertalite and 90% Pertamax 10% Pertalite, 80% Pertamax 20% Pertalite, 70% Pertamax 30% Pertalite The result, the highest torque is at Pertamax 100% 12.34 N.m and Max Power 14.15 Hp. The exhaust gas emission content of pure Pertamax is lower, namely CO 15.3%, HC 458 ppm, CO2 8.4%, and O2 5.95%.

Abstract

Used oil waste increases every year, engine maintenance waste will increase. Waste oil is classified as B3 waste which requires special treatment. In the development of cities and regions, the amount of fuel used continues to increase due to the increasing number of vehicles and car engines. Even in rural areas, you can find small companies, one of which uses oil. In other words, the distribution of palm oil waste is very wide, ranging from big cities to rural areas in Indonesia. The research process was to convert used oil into constant-temperature heating oil by using a distillation process. The method used aims to find out the best results at temperatures and variations of the zeolite catalyst. 350oC produces 1005 ml of fuel in 90 minutes. While the lowest results were obtained without using a zeolite catalyst to produce 105 ml of fuel. Thus, the use of zeolite is easy and effective in weakening the bonds of the hydrocarbon chains in the oil.

Abstract

Hydrogen energy is one of the alternative energies that will help overcome the scarcity of fossil energy. One of the steps to produce hydrogen energy is by the electrolysis method. In this study, the electrolysis process was carried out with a combination of peat water and coconut water. Given that in the South Kalimantan area the existence of peat land is very extensive and there are also many coconut trees. So the main raw materials used can be renewed. In addition, the composition contained in peat water can also help in the electrolysis process which consists of metal minerals such as Na, Mg, Al, Fe, Ca, K, and others. These mineral compounds will also help in accelerating the formation of hydrogen gas. The mineral compounds contained in coconut water and peat indirectly produce electrolyte properties and can be used as catalysts to accelerate the reaction to produce hydrogen gas by the electrolysis method. From the results of the research conducted, as much as 155 ml of hydrogen was produced. Hydrogen gas production, 0.6 A of electric current, and 7.3 Watts of electric power in the 30-minute electrolysis process were found in sample F (1.5 L of pure coconut water). In the electrolysis process, peat water and coconut water, the voltage used during the electrolysis process was 12 V which flowed through the cathode and anode.
