Abstract

This article discused abouts current issues regarding development of Indonesian literature. The developments include many things, one of which concerns the employment of creativity in literature. Instatement of literature in this era is destined to answer the challenges of the times. Literature faced with the realities of the modern world that everything must be completely reasonable (make sense). Therefore, the employment of the literary creative process not only focuses on spices romatisme life figure œwho is so sentimental and dramatic, but the employment of current literature also involves a particular scientific field. Literature connected, combined, and mixed with science in his creative process, resulting in hybridization of science in literature. Instatement of literature involving science gives the impression that the literature in his creative process not only as "katak dalam tempurung" because it deals with the same issues. This article covers the period of scientific literature, development of scientific literature, and representations of science in literature. Literary works are analyzed to see the phenomenons of hybridization of science in literature are Dewi Lestari whit œAkar and œSupernova, and Andrea Hirata whit œLaskar Pelangi.

Abstract

Student learning motivation is one aspect to obtain good learning outcomes. With good learning outcomes, the application of the knowledge gained will be useful for students. the current application of the system of teaching in an evening class Raharja university been computerized for the submission of learned, but it had not been optimal and efficient because of teaching materials that can not be obtained from anywhere and at anytime as well as teaching and learning activities and discussions carried out only in the class so that students tend to be saturated and show the emotional symptoms such as lack of zeal in carrying out lectures, so that suggests a self learning disabilities in students. learning difficulties allegedly closely associated with the motivation to learn owned. Thus the need for a new learning method is applied so that students can termotiviasi and efficiency in learning. In this study the application of the system of learning that will be used is to utilize Rinfo in the adoption of Gmail and iMe in the adoption of Wordpress so that lessons learned are easily digested and fun and will make students more motivated to learn determination of students to be more active. Liveliness characterized by the activity of the post and comment on the iMe so that it can be measured with a dashboard on the front page of an iMe Class which will be a medium for decision support lecturers to give the value of the assignment to students. for the research method used is qualitative, to examine the population or sample data collection using research instruments, analysis of quantitative data which will then be tested for validity and reliability so that we can conclude effect of the use Rinfo and iMe in increasing motivation and efficiency of learning in students. Abstract

Sistem informasi pemantauan penjualan berguna untuk mengontrol jalannya penjualan pada suatu perusahaan dan untuk mengetahui laporan pendapatan perusahaan. Dalam penyusunan laporan pendapatan dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang terkomputerisasi, sehingga setiap proses pembuatan laporan pendapatan dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien serta di imbangi dengan sumber daya manusia yang memadai. Tetapi pada implementasinya, PT. GMF Aero Asia (Garuda Indonesia Group) unit Marketing & Business Development, belum memiliki sistem yang mencakup seluruh kegiatan. Salah satunya pada G.M TPR dalam pembuatan laporan pendapatan masih manual dengan cara menggunakan Ms. Excel dan media yang digunakan masih sangat besar kemungkinan terjadinya human error sehingga dibutuhkan suatu sistem pemantauan penjualan yang dapat menghasilkan laporan pendapatan yang lebih akurat dan efektif dalam proses pembuatan laporan pendapatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisa Rantai Nilai (Value Chain), elisitasi untuk kebutuhan suatu sistem, serta analisa sistem dengan menggunakan pemodelan Unified Modelling Language (UML) untuk menggambarkan secara visualisasi, yang selanjutnya dari analisa tersebut diimplementasikan dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan sebuah basis data MySQL-Server sebagai database yang digunakan. Sistem pemantauan penjualan ini, dapat mempermudah G.M TPR untuk menghasilkan laporan pendapatan yang akurat dengan waktu yang cepat, sehingga dapatmenciptakan kinerja yang efektif dan efisien. Abstract

Kantor Kelurahan Kutabumi yaitu Kantor yang melakukan beberapa kegiatan untuk menyelenggarakan urusan kegiatan pemerintahan, seperti pemberdayaan dan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat. Pada Kantor Kelurahan Kutabumi, pelayanan administrasi kependudukan adalah hal yang penting dalam sebuah instansi pemerintahan kelurahan. Permasalahan yang terjadi salah satunya adalah pembuatan surat permohonan persyaratan administrasi kependudukan yang dalam pengerjaannya masih menggunakan alat bantu Microsoft Excel sehingga berdampak pada pelayanan yang kurang maksimal terhadap pelayanan penduduknya. Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan mutu yang ada pada Kantor Kelurahan Kutabumi dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pelayanan agar pelayanan administrasi kependudukan lebih mudah dan cepat. Peneliti memakai metode analisa PIECES yaitu metode analisa yang menganalisa Performance, Informance, Economy, Control, Efficiency dan Service dan menggunakan metode analisa sistem Unified Modeling Language (UML) untuk menjelaskan dan menggambarkan alur dari sebuah sistem secara visualisasi. Sistem ini di rancang dengan tujuan agar dapat memudahkan proses permohonan persyaratan mengenai administrasi kependudukan dan mempermudah staff pelayanan dalam proses kegiatan laporan administrasi kependudukan. Abstract

Perumdam Tirta Kerta Raharja Kabupaten tangerang merupakan sebuah perusahaan air minum daerah yang dimiliki pemerintah kabupaten tangerang, yang bergerak di bidang Air Bersih. Penjadwalan ruang rapat pada Perumdam Tirta Kerta Raharja Kabupaten Tangerang tersendiri masih menggunakan form undangan dan nota dinas pada saat pengajuan, sehingga unit kerja harus bertemu langsung dengan bagian rumah tangga untuk menyerahkan form tersebut. Tujuan penelitian merupakan Sistem yang masih tergolong rumit dan tidak efektif dikarenakan membutuhkan waktu lama untuk berkoordinasi dengan bagian rumah tangga secara langsung sedangkan jika tidak melakukan koordinasi tersebut akan terjadinya jadwal bentrok. Maka untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dibutuhkannya sistem penjadwalan yang terkomputerisasi dengan baik agar kinerja tersebut lebih efektif dan efisien sehingga tidak terjadinya jadwal bentrok. Hasil mengenai penelitian dini merupakan website mengenai Penjadwalan ruang rapat secara terdatabase atau berbasis web dapat memudahkan Rumah tangga dalam mengontrol penjadwalan dan Unit kerja dalam melaksanakan rapat. Sehingga dengan sistem digital diharapkan mampu memudahkan alur penjadwalan ruang rapat. Kata Kunci: Penjadwalan ruang rapat kerja, Koordinasi, dan Komputerisasi.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 era and COVID-19 pandemic have accelerated the adoption of digital technology in education, yet Islamic educational institutions face unique challenges in balancing technological modernization with the preservation of authentic Islamic values and scholarly traditions. This research employs the theoretical framework of Resource-Based View (RBV) and the Islamic concept of tawhid to analyze how religious values can serve as strategic resources in creating sustainable competitive advantage through digital technology integration. The objective of this research is to analyze the integration strategy of digital technology with Islamic values in educational innovation and develop an implementation framework to achieve sustainable competitive advantage for Islamic educational institutions. The research utilizes qualitative methods with a library research approach through content analysis and narrative synthesis of international journals, academic books, and current research publications validated through source triangulation from various academic databases. The research findings identify three integration models (content, pedagogical, and systemic), competitive advantage achievement strategies through value-based differentiation and network effects, and a five-dimensional implementation framework (philosophical, structural, operational, evaluative, and adaptive) that can create unique value propositions in learning ecosystems combining spiritual, intellectual, and technological intelligence. The research limitation lies in the library research approach that does not involve empirical validation through case studies or direct implementation in Islamic educational institutions therefore it is recommended to conduct further research with a mixed-method approach that combines theoretical analysis with implementation case studies in various types of Islamic educational institutions to test the effectiveness of the developed framework in diverse practical contexts

Abstract

This study aims to explore effective marketing strategies to maintain the existence of Islamic Educational Institutions in Indonesia, The method used in this study is a literature review (Systematic literature review) whose data is obtained by reviewing articles on the Google Scholar database site. The results of the study concluded that there are 5 steps of marketing strategy for Islamic educational institutions. First, Determining Customer Value (School Vision and Mission). Second, Determining Segmenting, Targeting, and positioning. Third, Determining the Marketing Mix (Excellence of Educational Products or Services, Competitive Prices, Selection of Strategic School Locations and Comfortable Rooms for Learning, Efficient and Effective Promotion, Competent Human Resources, Complete Infrastructure, Accountable, Friendly, Fast and Quality Educational Service Process). Fourth, direct marketing is achieved by creating a website, optimizing IG, TikTok, and YouTube, installing banners, distributing brochures, and advertising on radio and newspapers. Fifth, Indirect Marketing Through Soft Community Service, Student Achievement, the number of alumni who enter their favorite schools/PTN/Education Abroad, and job matching with companies so that alumni can get job access.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis persoalan dalam proses pencabutan laporan sepihak oleh korban dan solusi dalam proses pencabutan laporan sepihak oleh korban. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah yuridis sosiologis.  Berdasarkan kajian yang dilakukan dapat dipahami bahwa pencabutan laporan pada delik umum dalam perkembangannya tidak menghentikan proses hukum, pandangan demikian sejalan dengan Pasal 109 ayat (2) KUHAP. Pencabutan laporan oleh pelapor atau korban pada delik umum dalam proses penyidikan diperbolehkan, akan tetapi hal tersebut tidak menghentikan proses penyidikan. Hal ini berakibat pada ketidak pastian terhadap perlindungan terlapor dari jerat hukum pidana, sehingga berakibat pada hilangnya akses keadilan bagi terlapor dalam sistem penyidikan perkara pidana umum di Indonesia.

Abstract

Islamic higher education institutions in Indonesia face significant challenges in marketing management due to increasing competition and the demands of digital transformation in the era of globalization. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the implementation of marketing management in Islamic higher education through a systematic literature review and meta-analysis of empirical studies published between 2021 and 2024. The study used the PRISMA protocol methodology by analyzing five high-quality articles from the ERIC, ScienceDirect, and PubMed databases using a random-effects model for meta-analysis. The results showed that experiential marketing had the highest effectiveness with a pooled effect size of 0.82 (95% CI: 0.75-0.88, p<0.001), followed by Islamic branding with an effect size of 0.78 (95% CI: 0.72-0.84, p<0.001), marketing mix with 0.75 (95% CI: 0.68-0.81, p<0.01), digital marketing with 0.70, and social promotion with 0.68. Forest plot and funnel plot analyses confirmed the absence of publication bias and validated the reliability of the findings. The study concluded that Islamic higher education institutions should adopt a multi-strategy approach that prioritizes experiential marketing and Islamic branding as core strategies, supported by the implementation of a comprehensive marketing mix and context-specific digital marketing. This research contributes to the development of an evidence-based marketing framework that integrates Islamic values with modern marketing theory, providing practical guidance for enhancing the competitiveness of Islamic higher education institutions in Indonesia.
