Abstract

The location of the Laundry business is a means of building a business, namely the place where the business is founded. Competition in this Laundry business causes many things to be considered in choosing a Laundry business location because if you don't choose the right location for a Laundry business, it can cause many losses such as bankruptcy for business owners. For this reason, business owners need foresight when setting up their Laundry business. To assist entrepreneurs in making decisions regarding the selection of a Laundry business location, there is a system that can be used, namely SPK. Decision Support Systems (DSS) are the steps or stages in finding a solution to a problem where the process is carried out using a solution according to how the computer works. There are 2 methods used in this study, namely the MOORA and WASPAS methods. The MOORA method is a method that can be used in the completion and completion process of the DSS. This method has a working procedure that uses mathematical calculations. While the WASPAS method is to find the priority of the most suitable location choice by using weighting. Where the results of research using the Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method, that which meets the criteria as the best Laundry business location is alternative A1, namely Jalan Setia Budi with a value of 0.2780 as the first rank. Meanwhile, based on the WASPAS method that meets the criteria as the best Laundry business location, alternative A7 is Jalan Gatot Subroto with a value of 0.8407 as the first rank.

Abstract

Data security is very important in maintaining the confidentiality of information, especially those containing information that is very important and should only be known by certain parties, let alone using delivery via public networks. Cryptography is the science and art of maintaining the confidentiality of data or text by converting it into a form that cannot be recognized anymore, one of the popular algorithms used in solving these problems is the Lucifer algorithm. Cryptography is a way or technique to secure data so that the confidentiality of the data is maintained, so as to avoid attacks by people who are not responsible for the data. This final project realizes a data security software with the Lucifer cryptographic technique algorithm using the Visual Studio 2008 method.

Abstract

Batang Kuis Subdistrict has a list of village heads who serve as village heads, based on the list of village heads in Batang Kuis District, the best village head election will be carried out. The problem faced in this study is that in choosing the best village head, it only looks at the abilities possessed by the village head, even though there are several criteria that can be considered by the sub-district in choosing the best village head. The criteria used in this study are Performance (C1), Community (C2), Knowledge (C3), Discipline (C4) and Attitude (C5). To overcome the problems encountered, a decision support system is needed. The method used in this study is the MOORA method, this method uses 5 criteria, namely: performance, society, knowledge, discipline and attitude. From the results of the study, the results of the decision with the best alternative were obtained, namely (13) in the name of "H. Kasiman" with the acquisition of 0,378.

Abstract

Decision support system is a method that helps in making decisions from a problem with semi-structured or unstructured conditions. One of them is in implementing online learning media in the current Metaverse era. Metaverse is defined as a virtual space designed to include all stakeholders, especially all supported devices, facilitating communication with regional seamless Internet connectivity. Its application in the field of education has a very high opportunity in supporting the process of developing a more advanced education implementation. However, its use will damage physical and psychological health, increase the risk of sexual harassment so that it becomes addicted and forgets time. Therefore, the role of DSS in solving this problem is urgently needed by applying the MAUT method and ROC weighting. In this study, the results of the MAUT method, the best alternative is A2 for Google Classroom with a value of 0,597.

Abstract

The causative factor of rain can occur due to the air temperature in an area or also due to the volume of water carried by the clouds. Tomorrow's weather conditions are needed to draw up various plans. The people of medan city with the work of the majority of employees and traders need information about rainfall. For the past, rainfall forecasts depended heavily on the month, there was a dry season and a rainy season. But nowadays, rainfall is increasingly difficult to predict, so a model or system is needed that can accurately predict rainfall. In this study, it was explained about rainfall prediction using one of the ANN models to predict future rainfall called CNN-LSTM. CNN-LSTM is an artificial neural network system specifically designed to handle long-term time series data such as rainfall. In its architecture, the CNN-LSTM model uses 2 LSTM Hidden Layers consisting of 108 LSTM neurons in each layer. The activation function used is Tanh. The loss function used is Mean Square Error. The result obtained is a model that can better predict rainfall if the input data given to the model is getting longer which is marked by a smaller Root Mean Square Error value.

Abstract

Apart from being a congregational prayer center, the mosque can also be an information center that becomes everyone who visits it. The word congregation in prayer services has the meaning together and is led by the prayer priest. If in terms of praying, the priest holds a great responsibility for what he leads, for example, the priest should know anyone who is a follower of the imam (makmum) and should know the name, address of the congregation, even if their job. The Prophet Muhammad SAW 1500 years ago gave many examples of this in the hadith books. Rasulullah SAW led his prayers first paying attention to the congregation so that they straighten the rows (saf) and tighten them. The Prophet SAW once stroked the shoulders of the congregation while saying, straighten and tighten the rows (saf) by you because actually Satan will fill the empty rows. Apart from that, the Prophet SAW recognized each congregation, not only their names, but even every complaint that was experienced by each congregation. Therefore praying in congregation provides a solution for Muslims as long as the imam or leader can recognize and understand the current problems of the people. Along with the development of science and technology, an idea emerged on how to collect congregational data if it was collaborated with the IT world. Of course, this is by building a mosque information system that is able to record congregational visitors to the mosque. At the same time, this data can be used to track congregations if they want to be visited whose purpose is to invite congregational prayers to the mosque and provide encouragement to worshipers who are reluctant to come to the mosque

Abstract

-Mechanical selection is the process of selecting the best mechanic according to certain criteria. This process is carried out to raise the level or level of a mechanic to become a service advisor. As is well known, it is not easy to choose the right person to be promoted to a certain position, especially for this, it is necessary to record an analysis of information from the data held by that person since entering the company, to planning education and what opportunities/challenges are needed. given to the mechanic if he wants to be projected on a certain position. SA (Service Advisor) is a person who carries out a consulting function for consumers who come to the workshop to perform services and has a responsibility to achieve unit entry targets every month. His job is to explain to the customer what actions will be taken in connection with the condition of the car that will enter the workshop. Therefore, to determine a Service Advisor, a decision support system with the MOSOORA method is needed, which is expected to assist in the selection. Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan IPTEK terutama di bidang komputer banyak aplikasi-aplikasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mendesain sebuah informasi menggunakan tolls yang ada. Masalah terjadi tingkat adalah pemahaman penggunaan aplikasi desain grafis masih banyak yang belum mampu menggunakannya misalnya pada siswa yang masih Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) dan yang paling utama adalah jurusan multimedia. konsep dan tata letak sebuah objek desain adalah hal yang sangat diperhatikan agar informasi mudah dimengerti yang harus dipahami oleh calon desainer yang handal. Tidak menutup kemungkinan calon-calon desainer yang handal bisa muncul kepermukaan yang bisa memajukan poros sumber daya manusia  dari berbagai kalangan masyarakat sehingga dapat berdikari atau menciptakan lapangan kerja pada bidang advertising secara mandiri. Berdasarkan masalah yang sudah dikemukakan di atas maka solusi yang pertama adalah melaksanakan workshop kepada anak didik SMK yang mempunyai keinginan dalam bidang desain grafis, solusi berikutnya merekomendasikan perangkat lunak dan perangkat keras agar pada saat aktif dalam melakukan desain tidak terjadi hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam pengadaan workshop ini adalah dapat membuat suasana lebih efektif sehingga menjadi produktif dalam bidang desain atau dengan adanya pelaksanaan ini dapat menyampingkan kegiatan-kegiatan yang tidak membawa manfaat kepada anak didik SMK yang sedang melaksanakan praktek lapangan kerja di kawasan kampus univesitas Budi Darma misalnya jika dibandingkan dengan bermain game seharian. Capain yang didapatkan dari hasil workshop yang dilaksanakan diharapkan mencapai 80% dalam arti hampir semua peserta mengerti dan paham dalam mengkonsep desain dan cara aplikasi Affinity Designer.

Abstract

Midwives are professional health workers who have graduated from midwifery education and are registered in accordance with statutory provisions. In practice midwives have attended special training to be able to provide services in the form of midwife care in the form of caring for childbirth and other services. However, the selection of the best midwife, especially at STIKES Indah Medan, is done manually where internal parties make random choices so that complaints are received by patients in their services. In solving this problem, it is better to use a system where selectors can choose the best midwife according to the desired requirements. The system is SPK with Rank Order Centroid weighting through the MOORA (Multi Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis) method which will produce a solution on the part of STIKES Indah Medan to choose one of the desired midwives

Abstract

Permasalahan kebutuhan ruang penyimpanan pada aplikasi perpustakaan digital merupakan salah satu masalah utama yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja dari aplikasi e-book sendiri. Hal ini disebabkan karena banyaknya data teks buku yang tersimpan menjadi record database. Salah satu solusi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah melakukan kompresi teks data buku yang disimpan menjadi record database. Proses kompresi dalam penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan algoritma additive code dengan membangun aplikasi perpustakaan digital berbasis web. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan maka diperoleh nilai persentase Compression ratio tertinggi sebesar 80.60% dengan Ratio of compression berkurang sebanyak 1.24 Space saving berkurang sebanyak 19.40% dan Redudancy berkurang sebanyak 19.40%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan ruang penyimpanan database aplikasi perpustakaan digital lebih optimal daripada sebelum diterapkan proses kompresi.
