Abstract

The Aquaculture Village Program is a program initiated directly by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries through Ministerial Regulation No. 47 of 2021 aimed at increasing the production and productivity of fish farming and improving the welfare and income of fish farmers, including in Pasaman Regency. Therefore, effective and appropriate management is essential for its successful implementation. The method in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study found that the Management of the Fisheries and Food Service Office in Implementing the Fisheries Village Program is technically good enough, but not optimal. There are findings in planning on program policies/regulations, namely Ministerial Regulation Number 47 of 2021 which is not clearly guided and tends to only guide Decree Number 64 of 2021, Management of Fish Seed Center infrastructure that has not been maximized because it has not been supported by adequate funding and marketing (market) of superior fish commodities, namely Carp, which has not developed and tends to stagnate because it is influenced by reduced demand for fish in the market, as well as indirect supervision that is not administratively corrected by the Fisheries and Food Service as the implementer of the Aquaculture Village Program. Therefore, it is recommended that the Pasaman Regency Fisheries and Food Service evaluate and take corrective action in supporting the implementation of Aquaculture Village Program

Abstract

 ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kinerja perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turnover Ratio (TATO), Current Ratio (CR) dan Earning Per Share (EPS), sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan Singapore (SGX) pada tahun 2020-2022. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan non-keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan Singapore Exchange (SGX) pada tahun 2019-2022 dan menerapkan ESOP pada tahun 2021. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh 8 perusahaan dari Bursa Efek Indonesia dan 3 perusahaan dari Singapore Exchange. Jenis Penelitian Kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh berasal dari Bursa Efek Indonesia dan Singapore Exchange. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari statistik deskriptif, Uji Normalitas (Shapiro-Wilk), Uji Hipotesis (Paired T-Test dan Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test) dengan menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa: Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada ROA, ROE, NPM, DER, TATO, CR, EPS sebelum dan sesudah penerapan ESOP.ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the differences in Company performance proxied by Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turnover Ratio (TATO), Current Ratio (CR) and Earning Pershare (EPS), before and after the implementation of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and Singapore (SGX) in 2020-2022. The population are all non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and Singapore Exchange (SGX) in 2019-2022 and implementing ESOP in 2021. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method and obtained 8 companies from the Indonesia Stock Exchange and 3 companies from the Singapore Exchange. Type of Quantitative Research. The data obtained comes from the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Singapore Exchange. The data analysis technique consists of descriptive statistics, Normality Test (Shapiro-Wilk), Hypothesis testing (Paired T-Test and Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test) using SPSS 26. The results of this study prove that: There is no significant difference in ROA, ROE, NPM, DER, TATO, CR, EPS before and after implementing ESOP.

Abstract

Nagari Sungai Pua is one of the nagari located in Sungai Pua District, Agam Regency. Since the Dutch colonial era, the people of Nagari Sungai Pua generally have preferred entrepreneurship in the overseas or outside of the nagari area. Therefore, the emigrants of Nagari Sungai Pua have spread everywhere and have a structured organization called the Family Association of Emigrants of Sungai Pua or Ikatan Keluarga Perantau Sungai Pua (IKPS). Although migrating, the emigrants remain residents of Nagari Sungai Pua who also have an obligation to build Nagari. Development in Nagari Sungai Pua is already quite high. In general, every development activity involves emigrants, especially in terms of funding. One example is the construction of the Wali Nagari Sungai Pua office, where 1.3 billion (65%) of the budget came from non-governmental organizations, while another 700 billion (35%) came from the Nagari Funds Allocation. In addition, the construction of religious facilities in each jorong is also built using emigrants. This study aims to describe the participation of emigrants in development in Nagari Sungai Pua. The research method used was qualitative with the technique of collecting data on interviews with Secretary of Nagari Sungai Pua and documentation. Type of research is descriptive analysis. The conclusion of this study is the participation of emigrants in development in Nagari Sungai Pua high. Based on the development data from 2008 to 2016, the highest percentage of sources of development funding is through community self-help, which is funds collected from emigrants.

Abstract

Usia lansia merupakan periode kehidupan yang perlu mendapat perhatian, karena periode ini rentan terhadap penyakit degeneratif dan kualitas hidup yang semakin menurun. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melakukan upaya peningkatan kualitas hidup lansia dengan melaksanakan senam bugar lansia. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat adalah dengan melaksanakan senam lansia melalui gerakan ringan dengan bantuan dari tim pengabdian masyarakat juga menggunakan pengeras suara. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat adalah tersampaikan informasi dan terlaksananya senam kebugaran lansia dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidupnya. Saran bagi lansia adalah agar dapat melaksanakan senam bugar lansia dengan agar kualitas hidup meningkat.
