Abstract

AbstrakTulisan singkat ini dibuat berdasarkan pada fenomena­fenomena masih sering dijum­ painya sejumlah indikasi yang merefleksikan banyaknya peneliti yang belum menggunakan varian­varian yang ada dalam penelitian. Tulisan ini disampaikan secara konseptual dengan berdasar pada beberapa aspek dalam varian penelitian, di antaranya adalah: (1) Paradigma penelitian ; (2) Pendekatan penelitian; (3)Metode penelitian; (4) dan Jenis penelitian dalam ilmu komunikas. Tujuan tulisan ini secara  umum untuk membedakan paradigma, pendeka­ tan, metode dan jenis­jenis Penelitani guna  mengembangkan atau menyusun proposal/ran­ cangan usulan penelitian. Kata kunci: Metode Penelitain Ilmu Komunikasi, Varian Penelitian

Abstract

The phenomenon related to the low participation of young people to work in the agricultural sector, it is necessary to be studied more new perspectives. Moreover, the perspective of how agriculture itself is constructed by their social system, in this case, how parents and peers construct the notion of agriculture. The objectives of this study are 1) to identify the differences between the attitudes of male and female rural youth towards work in the agricultural sector, 2) to analyze differences in the patterns of socialization of parents and peers to male and female rural-youth about work in the agricultural sector, and 3) analyze the differences between the relationship patterns of socialization of parents and peers with the attitude of male and female rural youth towards agricultural work. This research was conducted in Ciasmara Village, Pamijahan Sub-district, Bogor District from July 2019 to February 2020 using quantitative research methods with a descriptive-comparative approach. A total of 69 young women and 60 young people were selected as research samples. This study found that there were differences in attitudes between male and female rural youth related to work in the rice agriculture sector. Parents were the actors who most highly socialize the value of agriculture to young men and women in the form of involving the activities of growing rice, cultivating land, and harvesting. Meanwhile, both parents and peers have positively correlated with the attitudes of young men and women about work in the agricultural sector.

Abstract

Low natural resources that support the economy and the inability of people in access is one factor that makes many villagers unable to accumulate capital. Mobilization out of the village is the most logical step taken by villagers to keep them alive. The existence of job opportunities elsewhere and the condition of the village that is no longer conducive will affect the mobility patterns of household members in the village. This research aimed:1) Identify portraits of young villagers on the potential of Ciasmara Village Resources; 2) Identify the driving factors that make young people in rural areas migrate to the city. Quantitative method was used to processed the data using descriptive analysis to know the characteristics of respondents the data processed using the average score is the perception of youth against the village resources and the factors driving and pulling migration. This research found thatPortrait of young people towards Ciasmara Village Resources is generally considered good. In general the attraction of the City is greater than the appeal of the Village. There are four indicators of towing power of the City that is high salaries, the number of job options, the opening of vacancies and work more than one.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the communication pattern in the cooperation relationship between ANTV television station and KOmando production house at Pesbukers program and to know the production process done by cooperation between ANTV television station with KOmando production house (pra-production, production, until post-production) on the Pesbukers program, as well as to find out what problems will occur in the cooperation relationship between ANTV television station and KOmando production house on Pesbukers program. This research uses a qualitative research approach, because this research requires field observation and also researchers conducted interviews with the sources related to this research to obtain valid data. This research uses relationship theory, known by the name Palo Alto Group according to Stephen W. Littejohn [4]. ANTV joined with KOmando production so that cooperate and form a relationship as "Group" or group in Pesbukers program, that is a number of people exist between relations each other and the interconnection is a structure. Sources of data used in this study consist of primary and secondary. Primary data include conducting in-depth interviews on Key Informants, such as Producer in ANTV at Pesbukers and Informant program, such as Producer at KOmando Production, and Screenwriter at KOmando Production on Pesbukers program. While secondary data include documents related to the program event as well as various libraries or expert opinions sourced from books or from links. In the triangulation stage of the data held interviews with observers, he has the experience of being a Dubber, Screenwriter, and Director in a Production House.

Abstract

Communication can be the media of proximity of parents and children. Parents will feel comfortable because they feel the child needs and love him. Conversely, the child will feel happy to get the attention of his parents. The development of communication technology led to a new style of communication style. Parent and child communication is no longer done face-to-face at the dinner table or in the living room. The role of interpersonal communication of parents and children began to shift since the presence of a smart tool that was created able to perform many activities.Communication patterns between adolescent boys and girls tend to be different Young men and women have different tendencies in smartphone use. Female teenagers are more dominant using social media to upload good photographs with friends or photos themselves. Young men use smartphones to play games, download songs, movies or video clips. Teenagers in Indonesia (40-50 percent) is a community of hp (smartphone) users. Teenagers use social media that includes instant messengers like LINE, Instagram, Twitter and other apps like Facebook, Youtube, Vlog and more. There are three patterns of communication that parents do in limiting the use of smartphones in adolescents. The patterns are Authoritarian communication patterns, Democratic communication patterns and Permissive Communication Patterns.Keywords: Communication Patterns, smartphones, restrictions

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine how is relationship between the Covid-19 educational banners and the awareness of the Kedung Waringin residents of Bogor City about Covid-19, to determine the effectiveness of the Covid-19 educational banners according to the Kedung Waringin residents of Bogor City, and to determine the awareness of the Kedung Waringin residents of Bogor City about Covid-19, because there are still residents who do not comply with health protocols, even though there are many Covid-19 educational banners installed there. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method using one independent variable (banner effectiveness aspect) and one dependent variable (awareness). The indicator to measure the independent variable (X) is the reach of the banner media and the design and visuals of the banner media, while the indicators that measure the dependent variable (Y) are knowledge, attitudes, and actions. This research was carried out from October 2020 by taking data from the Kedung Waringin Village, Bogor City. The sampling technique in this study uses non-probability sampling, namely accidental sampling, which means that the respondents are those who are met or selected by chance and meet the data sources of 100 people. This study uses the Taro Yamane formula. The data collection technique used in this research was a questionnaire and distributed to 100 residents of Kedung Waringin, Bogor City. The data analysis technique of this research used SPSS version 25 for Windows with a Likert scale. The results of this study state that there is a significant and quite strong relationship between the X variable and the Y variable, the direction of the relationship is negative and it can be concluded that the efforts of the Kedung Waringin Urban Village in Bogor City have been good at making Covid-19 educational banners, but they still do not have a full positive effect on the awareness of its citizens about Covid-19. Keywords : Awareness, Citizens of Kedung Waringin Bogor City, Correlation, Covid-19,Education Banner.   Abstrak Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  hubungan  spanduk  edukasi  Covid-19 dengan kesadaran warga Kedung Waringin Kota Bogor tentang Covid-19, mengetahui aspek efektivitas spanduk edukasi Covid-19 menurut Warga Kedung Waringin Kota Bogor,  dan  mengetahui  kesadaran  warga  Kedung  Waringin  Kota  Bogor  tentang Covid-19, mengingat masih terdapat warga yang tidak patuh protokol kesehatan, padahal banyak dipasang spanduk edukasi Covid-19 disana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan satu variabel bebas (aspek efektivitas spanduk) dan satu variabel terikat   (kesadaran). Indikator untukmengukur variabel bebas (X) yaitu jangkauan media spanduk dan desain dan visual media spanduk, sedangkan untuk indikator yang mengukur variabel terikat (Y) yaitu pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan.   Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan Oktober2020 dengan mengambil data dari Kelurahan Kedung Waringin Kota Bogor. Teknik pengambilan  sampel  pada  penelitian  ini  menggunakan  non-probability  sampling, yaitu accidental sampling yang berarti respondennya adalah yang dipilih secara kebetulan   dan   memenuhi   sumber   data   sejumlah   100   orang.   Penelitian   ini menggunakan rumus Taro Yamane. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner dan disebarkan kepada 100 warga Kedung Waringin Kota Bogor. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS versi 25 for Windows dengan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan cukup kuat antara variabel X dan variabel Y , arah hubungannya pun negatif, dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa usaha Kelurahan Kedung Waringin Kota Bogor sudah bagus dalam membuat spanduk edukasi Covid-19, namun masih tidak berefekpositif sepenuhnya pada kesadaran warganya mengenai Covid-19. Kata Kunci : Covid-19;  hubungan; kesadaran; spanduk edukasi; warga Kedung WaringinKota Bogor.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the perception of the Baranangsiang village community on Youtube Grab.  The study uses three variables which consist of two independent variables, community characteristics and Grab ads, and one dependent variable, perception of society is cognitive, affective and conative.This research was conducted in the Baranangsiang village with a population of about 22,825 people, conducted in October 2018 to May 2019. This study used a random sampling technique, the meaning of taking a random sample to the community of Baranangsiang village with a background of various kinds of education, occupation and age with a total of 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistical analysis techniques and non-parametric statistical analysis. To measure the variables that have a nominal scale researchers use the Chi-square formula. So the researcher wants to see the perception of the Baranang-Siang village community on Grab ads on Youtube "there is a Grab in your city"The results obtained from this study are the Perception of the Baranangsiang Urban Village of Bogor on the Grab advertisement "There is a Grab in your city" can be said to be Positive with a high number of people strongly agreeing about the question of placing an advertisement at the beginning of a video on YouTube and the media that Grab uses to advertise .Keywords: Community, perception, Youtube and  Grab

Abstract

Universitas atau perguruan tinggi merupakan jenjang pendidikan setelah menengah atas yang mencakup pendidikan diploma, sarjarana, pasca sarjana hingga doktor. Sekolah merupakan lembaga sosial yang bergerak dalam bidang pendidikan dan mencetak generasi yang unggul. Guru bimbingan konseling pasti dimiliki oleh setiap sekolah, hal ini agar bisa membantu siswa apabila sedang menghadapi masalah baik dalam kegiatan belajar maupun masalah lainnya. Dalam  hal menentukan jurusan universitas, siswa juga membutuhkan guru bimbingan konseling sebagai tempat untuk mengeluarkan keluh kesah terkait dengan penentuan jurusan untuk masuk di universitas. Agar komunikasi interpersonal berjalan baik antara guru bimbingan konseling dan siswa-siswi, diperlukan sikap-sikap positif yang bisa membantu dalam terjadinya komunikasi interpersonal. Selain itu, agar guru bimbingan konseling juga bisa mengetahui apa yang sedang dihadapi oleh siswa-siswi.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagimana pola komunikasi yang terjadi, serta faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi siswa dalam menentukan jurusan universitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sedangkan untuk triangulasi yaitu menggunakan triangulasi sumber data dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam kepada guru bimbingan konseling SMA Negeri 7 Bogor

Abstract

AbstrakLocal television stations have a mission to provide a variety of shows to local communities in the broadcast local area. This diversity is intended to against the potential influence of national television station shows that tend to be centralized. In practice, local television stations face a number of very difficult obstacles. Through qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach, this study explains the position of local television stations in responding to the development of regulations and the technology they experience. This study resulted that as a broadcast media, local TV stations have very heavy barriers, such as the obscurity of broadcasting regulations, the development of broadcast technology, competition with other mediums that are developing, and internal conditions of the company. To be able to survive, a television station needs to adapt to the development of the times, the television concept was then developed in a collaborative form that is not always based on the audio visual broadcast context. For example by forming radio broadcasts and optimizing the agenda off the air or outside the broadcast.

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana terpaan film “Sexy Killers” bagi mahasiswa Institut Pertanian Bogor, untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kepercayaan mahasiswa Institut Pertanian Bogor, untuk menganalisis pengaruh terpaan film “Sexy Killers” terhadap kepercayaan mahasiswa Institut Pertanian Bogor pada pemerintah.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan cara penelitian survei. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa Institut Pertanian Bogor dengan responden sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik probability sampling dengan metode simple random sampling. Data kuantitatif disajikan dalam bentuk tabel frekuensi. Uji statistik dilakukan dengan  bantuan program SPSS versi 22.0. Berdasarkan  hasil penelitian menunjukan  bahwa 1) Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis terpaan film “Sexy Killers” bagi mahasiswa Institut Pertanian Bogor menunjukkan mayoritas responden menjawab memberikan tanggapan yang berbeda-beda. Ditinjau dari indikator frekuensi, responden menonton film Sexy Killers pada inti cerita film tersebut sehingga responden mempercepat dalam menontonnya. Hal ini agar pesan yang disampaikan film tersebut dapat dipahami secara mendalam. Pada indikator durasi mayoritas responden mengerti pesan dalam film Sexy Killers pada durasi pada 9 menit – 10 menit. Dengan diputarnya film Sexy Killers ini dapat memberikan pengetahuan bagi mahasiswa dalam dunia pertambangan di Indonesia. Hal itu menunjukkan bahwa semakin banyak waktu yang diluangkan untuk menonton film Sexy Killers, semakin besar terpaan tayangan film, 2) Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis tingkat kepercayaan mahasiswa Institut Pertanian Bogor menunjukkan mayoritas responden ragu-ragu dari setiap pernyataan yang diajukan dengan kebenaran isi pesan film tersebut sehingga mahasiswa perlu mengkonfirmasi kembali dengan mencari berbagai sumber informasi yang disampaikan terhadap pernyataan yang diajukan, 3) terdapat pengaruh terpaan film “Sexy Killers” terhadap kepercayaan mahasiswa Institut Pertanian Bogor pada pemerintah. Hal ini dapat terlihat pada hasil uji-t diperoleh t-hitung sebesar 4,594 dengan tingkat probabilitas (sig) kurang dari 0,05 adalah 0,000. Kata Kunci: film sexy killers,kepercayaan mahasiswa, pengaruh terpaan media Abstract : This study aims to identify how the exposure of the film "Sexy Killers" for students of the Bogor Institute of Agriculture, to identify the level of trust of students of the Bogor Institute of Agriculture, to analyze the effect of the exposure of the film "Sexy Killers" on the confidence of students of the Bogor Institute of Agriculture in the presidential election.    The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive survey research. This research was conducted at Bogor Agricultural University Students with a total of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is a probability sampling technique with a simple random sampling method. Quantitative data is presented in the form of frequency tables. Statistical tests were performed with the help of the SPSS program version 22.0.Based on the results of the study showed that 1) Exposure to the film "Sexy Killers" for students of the Bogor Institute of Agriculture showed that the majority of respondents responded differently. In terms of frequency indicators, respondents watch the movie Sexy Killers at the core of the film's story so that respondents accelerate in watching it. On the duration indicator the majority of respondents understood the message in the film Sexy Killers at a duration of 9 minutes - 10 minutes. 2) The level of confidence of Bogor Agricultural University students showed that the majority of respondents were hesitant of each statement submitted with the truth of the message content of the film so that students needed to reconfirm by searching various sources of information submitted for the statement submitted, 3) there was an influence of exposure to the film "Sexy Killers "against the confidence of Bogor Agricultural University students in the presidential election. This can be seen in the t-test results obtained t-test of 4.594 with a probability level (sig) of less than 0.05 is 0.000.Keyword: exposure, sexy killers films, student trust, the influence of exposurePendahuluan
