Abstract

ABSTRACT Empowerment occurred if individuals or communities were assigned to discuss their daily need, especially in education and health matter. And also the topics were focused in political and economic issues. Empowerment program in alleviating poverty and improving the quality of human resources, promoted by Center for Human Resources Development (P2SDM), LPPM IPB, cooperated with Damandiri Post  Family Empowerment (Posdaya) program. This particular cooperation leading to develop Posdaya poverty community at different level, such were village, hamlet and RW. The objectives of study were: to analyze the role of companion, community leader in Posdaya activities, the participatory communication and its impact to community as well. The research was a constructivist paradigm, located in RW 05 Situgede village, West Bogor, Bogor. The research was conducted in April May, 2011. The study result was the P2SDM-IPB companion as well as consultant task always coodinated by Posdaya Kenanga. The Situgede village, especially RW 05 had several ultimate tasks, included: cadres supervising, training and motivating. Internal involvement Posdaya Kenanga leaders were: providing insight, advice, criticism and building ideas for sustainability activities. The participatory communication occurred in Posdaya Kenanga were: access, heteroglasia, poliponi, dialogue and carnival. Benefit of cadres were: information and knowledge sharing, problem solving and familiarity relationship. Refers to participatory communication among cadres, they could work optimally as well as equaly right to submit opinions, suggestions, and criticism. As a result, their responsibility increased. Abstract

The magnitude of the influence of the dissemination of information in the mass media to the audience, makes the audience should be accustomed to doing media literacy. In the concept of media literacy, a good culture of media is to look at aspects of the level of public trust in information in the mass media. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of public confidence in the news in the mass media. This study uses descriptive quantitative correlational methods. The population in this study were students who enrolled in the city of Bogor, determining the sample using incidental sampling techniques. Khalayak agreed (76.9 percent) that they knew new information from the mass media. By receiving information from the mass media, respondents can add insight related to information displayed in the mass media. On the other hand, the more they receive a lot of information from the mass media, the respondents understand if the news displayed in the mass media is not always objective, some of which benefit certain parties. Therefore, respondents felt the need to know the same news in different mass media. A total of 54.4 percent agreed that respondents believed more in the information conveyed by mass media than social media.

Abstract

Bogor City has 11 tertiary institutions consisting of 2 polytechnics, 3 academies, 3 colleges, and 3 universities. Studentsin Bogor as internet users have certain motives and gratifications to fulfil their needs for informational exchange. Students will decide or not decide to use the internet. In this case, it is certainly influenced by some motives. This qualitative research employs a descriptive survey method. It took place in Bogor Higher Education Institutions which include universities and institutes which provide academic and higher professional education, and academies and polytechnics which only provide the latter. Sampling techniques employed in this research is probability sampling and cluster sampling. Based on the Slovin formula, the determination of a minimum sample by setting precision of 10% (0.1), is 100 people. Then it divides the portions between students from universities and institutes with students from polytechnics and academies about 50% of each. Data collection techniques used in this research include questionnaires, interviews, observation, and literature review. The research results show that there are differences in motives and gratifications between academy students and university students using the internet. The differences are seen in the motives and gratification of information, motives, and gratification of social integration and interaction, motives and gratification of entertainment, as well as motives and gratification of personal identities in using five internet services which include messaging applications, social media, electronic mail, search engines, and video streaming

Abstract

ABSTRACT               Writing this reports aims to find out how marketing communications activities carried out by Rumah Sutera Alam in an attempt to increase the number of visits as well as to find out what factors become advocates and brominated in carrying out the activities of marketing communications at Rumah Sutera Alam. This research uses qualitative research approaches that produce descriptive data in the form of the written word and methods, the data used are the primary data and secondary data. Engineering data collection in the study include interviews, observations, and documentation.              The results of this study showed more to marketing communication activities that have been undertaken to increase the number of visitors from Rumah Sutera Alam in order to reach the target of visits that have been set. From the results of the research activities of the marketing communications it is important to be made by the company to introduce the offers products. Rumah Sutera Alam did marketing promotions through some promotional mix, such as personal selling, sales promotion, publicity, communication at the place of purchase, and internet marketing. There is a supporting factor in the implementation of marketing communications activities carried out by Rumah Sutera Alam, through internet marketing, publicity, communication of purchase, and the existence of reviews experiences of visitors through in Blog. While the factors restricting the existence of limitations the costs and human resources. Until now, Rumah Sutera Alam has not been able to maximize the entire elements of marketing communications activities.

Abstract

This research is aimed to identify the effects of the intensity of watching the programs of iLook NET TV show on youth behavior in clothing. The purpose of this study is to find out how the intensity of watching the programs iLook shows teenagers in their attire in the school of SMK Negeri 3 Kota Bogor. This research uses X variables in watching intensity and Y variables in behavior. This study is using quantitative methods. The population of this research is sophomores XII SMK Negeri 3 Kota Bogor. This study included 92 people. The data collection techniques used in this study were mainly from questionnaires and observations. The technique used non probability sampling. The research agrees with thehypotheses on sthe study, it states that there is a influence between the intensity of the watch on teenagers behavior. Based on a test of relationship strength of 0,381, it can be said that the intensity of the relationship is judged to be very strong and comes out that the intensity of watching the iLook program has an influence on teenagers behavior by 0,145 while the rest (100% - 14,5% ) is 85,5 rated by another factor.

Abstract

Bogor Bicara Sehat is an outreach program to the public about Covid-19. Through this program, it will be conveyed to the public that the dangers and impacts of Covid-19 must be realized and anticipated together. This research aims to determine How far do the people of Bogor City understand about Covid-19, to find out the prevention of Covid-19 in the family cluster in Bogor City, and to analyze implementation of Bogor Bicara Sehat Program. This research was conducted in the City of Bogor. This research uses a qualitative approach. The results of this research indicate that implementation of Bogor Bicara Sehat program in increasing understanding of the Covid-19 for the people is effectively. The components of social analysis that are the pillars of this research are: (1) Program, Bicara Project in the Bogor Bicara Sehat Program provides valid and accurate information including education about Covid-19, the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. (2) Output, aims to provide information to the public about education about the spread of Covid- 19. So that the target of the program is the community, especially the family environment so that the community better understands and understands how to prevent, deal with, and deal with Covid-19 cases. (3) Outcome, Bicara Project in collaboration with the Bogor City Government through the Covid-19 SATGAS to contact every sub-district in Bogor City to be given information and education about Covid-19 and SehatQ prepares and presents doctors to provide material about Covid-19 sourced from the medical.

Abstract

AbstractThe objective of this research is to know signs and meanings (sign, object, interpretant) of homoxeksual that exist in Sausage Party. This research used Semiotica Charles Sanders Peirce’s theory that famous with his triangle meanings and also used Azhari and Kencana’s homoxeksual theory that included in sexual behavior. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research approach. In this research, researchers used data source triangulation thecnique. According Bungin (2007:257), data source triangulation doing by comparing and measuring level of trust an information that obtained by interview result and document that related to each other. Key informant in this research is a psychology and the triangulan is movie watcher. Abstract

The study aims to analyze a visitor's attitude toward information services as a means of reading facilities. The model theory used in this study is the SMCR theory that stands for source, message, channel, and receiver. On this study researchers took the population in central bogor district as a population in bogor city, they were visitors or people who had already been to the expression park. The sample retrieval technique on this study uses purposive sampling. Researchers are using the slovin formula asa basis for sample from the population. The study employs two variables, X - characteristic variables of the visitor's age, gender, educational level, and work level while the Y attitude variables, cognitive, affective, and cumulative.

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of exposure to Dehakims Youtube shows on parents' attitudes about children watching animals at Pamoyanan, South Bogor. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence exposure to Dehkims Youtube shows had on parents' attitudes about their children watching animals. The theory used in this research is cultivation theory. This study uses quantitative methods, the data obtained by the sample survey method. The author makes a questionnaire that is in accordance with the indicators of the variables to be studied and asks respondents to fill out the questionnaire. Furthermore, the authors perform data calculations using the SPSS version 25 application. The conclusion of this research, which is based on the results of the determination test, shows that Dehakims Youtube shows have an influence on parents' attitudes about children watching animals in Pamoyanan, South Bogor, by 53.4%.. This means that Dehakims Youtube shows only have an influence of 53.4% on parents' attitudes about children watching animals at Pamoyanan, South Bogor, while the remaining 46.6% is caused by other factors not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Bogor Tourism and Culture Office, especially the Promotion section, runs its activities and programs to develop promotions on the tourism sector in Bogor City. The research uses qualitative research methods, Case Study. The process of data collection was carried out by conducting interviews with sources of the Bogor Tourism and Culture Office which act as Key Informants and Informants, and sources from the Ministry of Tourism Republic of Indonesia act as triangulation. The result of this study is the emergence of a development of tourism promotion in the Bogor City for audiences through an assessment of the media that has been used as a promotional tool using SWOT analysis techniques. Where the assessment was obtained from a program that had been carried out by the Bogor City Tourism and Culture Office which was categorized by using 3 Marketing Public Relations Strategies namely pull, push and pass. So that in the end these activities and developments had an impact on the increasing number of visitors who came to Bogor City. Keywords: Bogor city; marketing public relations; promotion; SWOT; tourism
