Abstract

This Community Service Activity was held because the competency demands required by teachers in the independent curriculum were getting higher. Therefore Technical Guidance was expected to be one of the solutions for every teacher and school. Because in this Technical Guidance, all information is presented operationally and technically, with competent sources, a short duration, and is not boring. So, Participants can take part in activities to improve their competence quickly. The research that underlies the preparation of this Community Service article is qualitative research with a descriptive method, where the descriptive study is research conducted to describe or describe the implementation of the Webinar and Bimtek, which includes themes, timeliness, atmosphere, the competence of resource persons, completeness of the material, service/attitude of the committee, and tools. Furthermore, the success of this Community Service activity can be measured starting from preparation, participation, implementation, and evaluation. This Community Service activity resulted in several products, including a 32 (thirty-two) hour certificate, from the Chancellor of the Nusantara Islamic University at Bandung, the Chancellor of the "45" Islamic University at Bekasi, and the BAZNAS at Bekasi City. In addition, Participants also received Technical Guidance material and assignment templates in preparing teaching materials for the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project. This Community Service activity also resulted in several institutional collaborations as a form of academic concern

Abstract

This paper shows the performance of HR collaboration on the environment, in other words, GHRM can increase agricultural productivity while protecting the environment. The method is qualitative with a case study on a farm in Cirebon Regency, West Java, which applies the concept of GHRM. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis through SWOT Analysis. The findings of GHRM can be achieved through fostering a workforce that cares about the environment, encouraging innovation and collaboration, influencing organisational culture and decision-making, and generating new businesses such as garden/nature tourism, educational tourism, and spiritual tourism. The novelty of the research from the SWOT analysis is that collaborative GHRM leads to new sustainable businesses. Limitations The study was only conducted in Cirebon Regency, West Java—implications of the research directly on stakeholders and government through policies that favour collaboration for sustainable business.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of Islamic marketing in an effort to increase consumer buying interest. The background of the study is that there is still a lack of knowledge and consumer interest in Islamic retail, even though they live in an area that is still thick with religious values. This study aims to determine and obtain data at Al-Bahjah (AB) Mart Sendang Cirebon Regency regarding the implementation of sharia marketing in an effort to increase consumer buying interest. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data sources used are theoretical and empirical, theoretical data data derived from data from guide books related to this thesis, libraries, print media and electronic media. The research sample was taken from five informants. After the data is collected, the stage of processing the data collected is carried out through observation, interviews, documentation and using research instruments to obtain research conclusions. As for the results of the study, the implementation of sharia marketing has been implemented at Al-Bahjah (AB) Mart, it can be seen from the implementation of sharia marketing characteristics. Consumers' interest in buying at AB Mart after implementing sharia marketing every day is getting more and more consumers who visit AB Mart. This proves that the implementation of sharia marketing can increase consumer buying interest. The conclusion of this study is that sharia marketing can affect consumer buying interest at AB Mart Sendang, by implementing sharia marketing can increase consumer buying interest Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas implementasi marketing syariah dalam upaya meningkatkan minat beli konsumen. Kajiannya dilatar belakangi Masih minimnya pengetahuan dan ketertarikan konsumen mengenai retail-retail Islam, walaupun tinggal dikawasan yang masih kental dengan nilai-nilai agamis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memperoleh data di Al-Bahjah (AB) Mart Sendang Kabupaten Cirebon mengenai implementasi marketing syariah dalam upaya meningkatkan minat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan ada yang bersifat teoritik dan empiric, data teoritik data-data yang berasal dari data buku-buku panduan yang ada kaitannya dengan skripsi ini, perpustakaan, media cetak dan media elektronik. Sample penelitian diambil dari lima informan. Setelah data terkumpul dilakukan tahap pengolahan data yang dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan menggunakan instrument penelitian untuk memperoleh kesimpulan penelitian. Adapun hasil penelitian, implementasi marketing syariah telah diterapkan di Al-Bahjah (AB) Mart, hal tersebut bisa dilihat dari menerapkannya karakteristik marketing syariah. Minat beli konsumen di AB Mart setelah menerapkan marketing syariah setiap hari semakin bertambah konsumen yang berkunjung ke AB Mart. Ini membuktikan bahwa implementasi marketing syariah dapat meningkatkan minat beli konsumen. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa marketing syariah dapat mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen di AB Mart Sendang, dengan menerapkan marketing syariah dapat meningkatkan minat beli konsumen

Abstract

In Indonesia, the application of buying and selling murabaha in Islamic banking is based on the Fatwa Decree of the National Sharia Council (DSN) of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) and Bank Indonesia Regulations (PBI). According to the decision of the DSN fatwa No. 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 on murabahah provisions in Islamic banking, BMTs were established aiming at the economic welfare of members and society. BMT is oriented towards improving the welfare of members and the community. Members must be empowered (empowering) to be independent. The type of research method used by researchers is a qualitative research method using a case study approach, Second, Library research, which is a method of collecting data by reading books, references, regulations, literature and documents related to research, the three study methods used are qualitative study methods with literature review, this study is descriptive analytic in which data collection is carried out by means of literature review. Murabahah is a sale and purchase agreement between BMT Al-Bahjah and members, BMT Al-Bahjah will buy goods needed by members, then BMT Al-Bahjah will resell them to the members concerned at the acquisition price (capital) plus a margin (profit) agreed between BMT Al-Bahjah and members. Keywords: Murabahah Contract, KSPPS, BMT Di Indonesia, Aplikasi jual beli murabahah pada perbankan syariah di dasarkan oleh Keputusan Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional (DSN) Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) dan Peraturan Bank Indonesia (PBI). Menurut keputusan fatwa DSN Nomor 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 ketentuan akad murabahah di perbankan syari’ah, BMT didirikan bertujuan untuk kesejahteraan ekonomi anggota dan masyarakat. BMT berorientasi dalam upaya meningkatan kesejahteraan anggota, dan masyarakat. Anggota harus diberdayakan (empowering) agar mandiri. Jenis Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti yakni Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus, Kedua, Library research, yaitu suatu metode pengumpulan data dengan cara membaca buku-buku, referensi, peraturan-peraturan, literatur-literatur dan dokumen-dokumen yang terkait dengan penelitian, Ketiga metode kajian yang digunakan adalah metode kajian kualitatif dengan kajian pustaka, kajian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara telaah pustaka. Murabahah adalah suatu perjanjian jual-beli antara BMT Al-Bahjah dengan anggota, BMT Al-Bahjah akan membelikan barang yang diperlukan oleh anggota, kemudian BMT Al-Bahjah akan menjualnya kembali kepada anggota yang bersangkutan sebesar harga perolehan (modal) ditambah dengan margin (keuntungan) yang disepakati antara BMT Al-Bahjah dan anggota. Abstract

Cirebon has several tourist destinations, one of which is Plangon. The purpose of this study is the role of religious tourism at the Plangon Sacred site as a driver of the creative economy and a number of analyzes from the author in the form of the development and role of the government on tourism at the Plangon Sacred site in Babakan Village, Sumber District, Cirebon Regency. The method used in this study uses a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. The type of data used in writing this research is qualitative data type, while the data source used is primary data source from data obtained through observation of the place to be studied and other data which is the result of direct interviews from the source, namely religious tourism in Plangon Village. Babakan Sumber Subdistrict, Cirebon Regency and in the form of collecting documentation from books, articles, internet, and various other sources which are then processed and analyzed to obtain conclusions. can be resolved as well as local residents or traders feel benefited because with these tourism activities can make visitors with the development of this tourism potential because they can feel more comfortable and calm. The impact of developing tourism potential in helping the community's economy is positive, all parties are affected by the potential development of religious tourism and feel that they often stop by at the shop, and visitors feel that they are benefited by the existence of these tourism activities. Abstrak Kabupaten Cirebon berpotensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai kota wisata. Kabupaten Cirebon memiliki beberapa destinasi wisata salah satunya adalah Plangon. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu Peranan wisata religi situs Keramat Plangon sebagai penggerak ekonomi kreatif dan sejumlah analisis dari penulis berupa pengembangan dan peran pemerintah terhadap wisata situs keramat Plangon di Desa Babakan Kecamaan Sumber Kabupaten Cirebon. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penulisan penelitian ini adalah jenis data kualitatif, adapun sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dari data yang diperoleh melalui observasi terhadap tempat yang akan diteliti dan data lainnya yang merupakan hasil wawancara langsung dari sumbernya yaitu wisata religi situ keramat Plangon Desa Babakan Kecamatan Sumber Kabupaten Cirebon dan berupa pengumpulan dokumentasi dari buku, artikel, internet, dan berbagai sumber lainnya yang kemudian diolah dan dianalisis untuk memperoleh kesimpulan.Dari hasil penelitian maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Dari proses pengelola dan juru kunci merasa diuntungkang karena proses pengembangan bisa dilakukan dan bisa terselesaikan begitupun dari warga atau pedagang setempat merasa diuntungkan karena dengan keaktifan wisata tersebut bisa membuat pengunjung dengan pengembangan potensi pariwisata ini karena bisa merasa lebih nyaman dan tenang. Dampak pengembangan potensi pariwisata dalam membantu perekonomian masyarakat terbilang positive, semua pihak terkena dampak dari pengembangan potensi pariwista religi serta merasa sering mampir di warung, dan dari pengunjung merasa diuntungkan diuntungkan dengan adanya keaktifan wisata tersebut.

Abstract

AbstrakSantri pondok pesantren Tarbiyatul Banin Kelurahan Kaliwadas Kecamatan Sumber Kabupaten Cirebon tingkat MA (Madrasah Aliyah) memiliki minat menabung di bank syariah.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pesepsi dan religuisitas santri pondok pesantren tarbiyatul banin kelurahan kaliwadas kecamatan sumber kabupaten cirebon ini berpengaruh terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner atu angket untuk mendapatkan data pengaruh persepsi santri (X1) dan religuisitas santri (X2) terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah (Y). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi, dengan mengambil data santri tingkat MA dengan jumlah 250 santri, kemudian untuk sampel penelitian adalah 30% dari jumlah popolasi dengan jumlah 75 responden dengan menggunakan Accidental sampling, Observasi dan penelitian dilakukan dilakukan penulis pada bulan januari 2021. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan Persepsi dan Religiusitas Santri Pondok pesantren Tarbiyatul Banin Kelurahan Kaliwadas Kecamatan Sumber Kabupaten Cirebon terhadap Minat menabung di bank syariah. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan melihat hasil uji F yang menunjukan F hitung > F tabel yaitu 29.990 > 3.12, dan nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara persepsi dan riliguisitas santri pondok pesantren tarbiyatul banin kelurahan kaliwadas kecamatan sumber kabupaten cirebon terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah.Kata Kunci: Persepsi, Religiusitas, Tarbiyatul Banin

Abstract

School-Based Management (SBM) is a decentralized approach to school management that provides greater autonomy to schools to improve the quality of education. This study aims to analyze the implementation of SBM in improving the quality of elementary schools. Using qualitative methods, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies in several elementary schools. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of SBM has a positive impact on improving the quality of education. Schools that implement SBM are able to develop curricula according to local needs, increase community participation, and optimize the use of resources. Principals, teachers, and school committees have strategic roles in decision-making and school management, thus creating a more conducive and effective learning environment. However, the success of SBM is also influenced by factors such as the competence of the principal, cooperation between school residents, and support from the government and community. This study recommends increasing training for principals and teachers and increasing community involvement in the education process as important steps to optimize the implementation of SBM. Thus, SBM can be an effective strategy to improve the quality of elementary schools in a sustainable manner
