Abstract

Character education is an educational process that focuses on changing attitudes and behavior on an ongoing basis and always harmonizes them in life in accordance with the norms and values that they believe in. One of the vehicles for character building and development is Pondok Pesantrens. This research is motivated by changes in the behavior of santris who are not in accordance with what is expected by the Pesantren institution. The focus of this research is on how to strengthen the values of character education for santris. In particular, the purpose of this research is to find out about: 1) The objectives and programs for strengthening the character education values of Santri; 2) Implementation of Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation of the Strengthening of Santri character education values; 3) Problems faced in strengthening the character education values of Santri; and 5) Solutions to problems in strengthening Santri character education values. This research uses the approach qualitative method with descriptive method which was carried out at the Pondok pesantren Al-Masthuriyah and the Pondok pesantren Salafiyah in Sukabumi. Data collection techniques were carried out through field observations, interviews, and documentation studies. The grand theory of this research uses the theory of character education according to Thomas Lickona. Inductive data analysis resulted in several conclusions: 1) Objectives and Programs for Strengthening the Character Education Values of Santri at Pondok pesantren Al-Masthuriyah and Pondok pesantren Salafiyah, exist and are implemented, 2). Implementation of the Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation of the Program for Strengthening the character education values of Santri at the Pondok pesantren Al-Masthuriyah, has been planned, implemented and there is an evaluation. While at the Pondok pesantren Salafiyah there is a limited planning, implementation and evaluation classically, 3). Problems faced in strengthening the character education values of Santri at Pondok pesantren Al-Masthuriyah in the effectiveness of implementing the rules and educational background of heterogeneous coaches and teachers, while problems at Pondok pesantren Salafiyah in the independence of santris, religious santris, social society and santris' national insight . 4). Solutions to problems in strengthening the values of character education for santris at the Pondok pesantren Al-Masthuriyah through deliberation, santri development and personal approaches as well as equalizing perceptions. Meanwhile, the solution to the problems at the Pondok pesantren Salafiyah is through fostering succession, habituation in worship, habituation in santri activities, as well as national strengthening activities. The recommendations of this research for Pondok Pesantrens should be strengthened in the management of Pondok Pesantrens and for the Pondok Pesantren section of the Ministry of Religion of Sukabumi Regency to carry out managerial facilitation in accordance with regulations and their main functions. The research products produced in strengthening the character values of santris are strengthening: Tradition, Literacy, Independence, and National Attitudes.

Abstract

Basic Principles of Digital Literacy Development that digital literacy is a skill that not only involves the ability to use technological devices, information and communication, but also the ability to socialize, the ability to learn, and have the attitude, critical thinking, creative, and inspirational as digital competence. The scope of digital literacy is very broad. Digital literacy can be applied in schools, families and communities. To apply digital literacy in these various areas, different strategies are needed. After getting to know digital literacy, it is hoped that millennials can use technology wisely.

Abstract

Kemampuan matematika permulaan merupakan salah satu kemampuan yang harus dikembangkan pada anak usia dini. Pembelajaran matematika untuk anak usia dini sangat penting untuk dikembangkan sejak dini agar anak dapat belajar dan berfikir secara logis dan matematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari metode bermain tabung berputar terhadap kemampuan matematika permulaan AUD pada siswa kelompok A TK Insan Kamil Kecamatan Cilengkrang Kabupaten Bandung tahun ajaran 2018-2019. Metode bermain merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran anak usia dini, dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan yaitu metode bermain tabung berputar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-eksperimental dengan design One group pretest-posttest design. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua variabel yaitu variabel terikat yaitu kemampuan matematika permulaan AUD dan variabel bebas yaitu penggunaan metode bermain tabung berputar. Populasi penelitian yaitu siswa kelompok A TK Insan Kamil. Jumlah seluruhnya 25 siswa 10 siswa laki-laki 15 siswa perempuan. Pengumpulan data yaitu dengan observasi dan tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan metode bermain tabung berputar berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan matematika permulaan AUD. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis diketahui bahwa N = 25 dengan mengunakan taraf signifikasi 5% = 1,8892296 setelah dicari perbedaan skor rata-rata pre-test dan post-test menggunakan analisis statistik yaitu uji-t diperoleh hasil pre-test dan post-test kemampuan matematika permulaan AUD (1,8892296 1,71088 ). Selain itu, juga dapat dilihat dari rata-rata post-test kemampuan matematika permulaan didapat hasil prosentase sebesar  anak Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) meningkat dari 12% menjadi 22% dan kemampuan anak yang berkembang sangat baik mengalami peningkatan dari 34% menjadi 53%. Maka dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode bermain tabung beputar berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan matematika permulaan AUD pada siswa kelompok A TK Insan Kamil tahun ajaran 2018-2019.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of partnerships between SMK with the Business and Industrial World (DUDI) in the implementation of dual system education, so there is a need for research on the management of partnerships between schools and DUDI in order to improve the quality of graduates so that SMK graduates have guaranteed absorption in the job market. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the partnership management of SMK with DUDI to increase the competence of SMK graduates of West Bandung. The specific purpose is to find out the implementation of the partnership between SMK and DUDI. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The theoretical basis for this research is the management of LF Urwick in Hasibuan, M (2017:3), the partnership of Moss (1984:71) and the Competence of Graduates of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 34 of 2018 concerning SNP SMK/MAK. The results of the research are as follows: Before establishing a partnership, SMK Negeri 1 Cihampelas first prepares the human resources (Human Resources) owned by the school. Then the school conducts a needs analysis of the school's relationship activities with the business/industrial world (DU/DI). Organizing a partnership program is the process of determining, grouping, and regulating the various activities needed to achieve the goals of the partnership program, placing people in each activity, providing the necessary tools, determining the authority that is relatively delegated to each individual who will carry out the activities. these activities. Forms of partnership between Vocational Schools with the Business World and the Industrial World to increase the competency of West Bandung Vocational High School graduates through teaching factories in terms of service and maintenance of household appliances such as refrigerators and washing machines. Improving the quality of schools is carried out by having a business center which is managed by students after getting work experience in the industry, so that students have been tested in the field of engineering. The results of the partnership between SMK with the Business World and the Industrial World are graduates of the study program TPTU 65% annually work in companies that are in accordance with their competencies and 15% work not according to their fields, 20% continue their education. The results of the partnerships that have been implemented to improve the competence of graduates can be seen from the increase in the number of alumni who enter college, work, and become entrepreneurs

Abstract

Social competence has a central role in the development of early childhood. One of the central roles of children's social competence is its influence on children's academic social abilities, such as the ability to (1) receive learning information, (2) follow the school’s rules, and (3) face increasingly complex academic challenges along with increasing school levels. This study aims to test the model of parent-child communication (PCC) in developing children’s social competence. The exclusive communication model was tested to 250 children aged 4-6 years in West Java Province,  which is divided into five research zones, West Java Zone 1 to 5. This study used an experimental design pre-test and post-test to determine the effectiveness of the parent-child communication program that was tested through observation and interview techniques consisting of 68 items of social competence. The results show that the PCC Program can effectively be applied by the collaboration of parents between fathers and mothers to optimize children's social competencies. The PCC program, which was not attended by both parents, would not be effective, for example, as happened in the West Java Zone 1, indicating the ineffectiveness of the PCC program because of the characteristics of parental activities that both work and do not have time to communicate with children. While in the other four West Java Zones PCC can be effective, because working parents want to take the time to interact and communicate actively with their children.

Abstract

Berkembangnya pendidikan inklusif secara nasional di perguruan tinggi menjadi pendorong bagi pemerintah untuk menyediakan kebijaan yang ramah untuk semua, termasuk bagi mahasiswa disabilitas. Progam Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka memberikan kesempatan untuk  belajar di luar kampus melalui program yang beragam. Tujuannya adalah  dapat mengakomodasi keberagaman potensi dan hambatan mahasiswa sehingga dapat dikembangkan untuk mencapai kompetensi yang sesuai dengan potensi dan bakatnya.  Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi kebijakan MBKM di tingkat prodi bagi mahasiswa diabilitas dan persepsi mahasiswa disabilitas terkait implementasi kebijakan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan total sampling yang melibatkan 29 mahasiswa diabilitas yang terdiri dari 20 mahaiswa tunanetra, 8 tunarungu dan 1 tunadaksa. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pemahaman dan persepsi yang beragam dari mahasiswa disabilitas mengenai kebijakan MBKM dan terdapat prosentasi yang tinggi dari mahasiswa disabilitas yang belum memahami kebijakan ini. Kendala utama yang dihadapi dalam mengikuti program MBKM adalah kesulitan  adapatasi terhadap lingkungan baru yang belum memberikan aksesibilitas dalam hal fisik dan sosial serta hambatan komunikasi

Abstract

Merdeka Belajar - Kampus Merdeka, merupakan kebijakan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, bertujuan mendorong mahasiswa untuk menguasai berbagai keilmuan yang berguna untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Implementasi program MBKM di lingkungan program studi Pendidikan Luar Sekolah harus memiliki nilai manfaat bagi dosen, mahasiswa juga tenaga kependidikan. Berdasarkan survey di lapangan, maka penelitian ini mengarah pada pembahasan bagaimana tingkat partisipasi civitas akademik pada implementasi MBKM. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan kesiapan dan kendala pelaksanaan program MBKM. Metode Penelitian ini melalui penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survey. Subjek penelitian ini Dosen, Mahasiswa, dan Tenaga kependidikan Program Studi PLS. Hasil penelitian menyatakan civitas akademik telah memahami kebijakan MBKM di lingkungan program studi, tersusunnya dokumen kurikulum MBKM, program studi telah memiliki mata kuliah yang berkaitan dengan program-program MBKM, kegiatan kewirausahaan telah berjalan mendukung MBKM. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan pendanaan, sistem informasi akademik masih belum maksimal, sumber daya manusia kurang memadai, kurangnya informasi mengenai program MBKM.

Abstract

The main purpose of this study was to analyze the contribution of competence, motivation, infrastructure, and school climate to the leadership of the principal. The research method used in this study is quantitative with questionnaire data collection techniques given to 202 public elementary school principals in South Lampung Regency as research samples. The results of data collection were then analyzed using path analysis and multiple regression techniques. The findings of this study are (1) competence contributes significantly to the principal's leadership by 77.4% which is categorized as strong/high influence (2) motivation contributes significantly to the principal's leadership by 61.1% which is categorized as moderate/sufficient influence (3) means infrastructure contributed significantly to the principal's leadership by 97.8% which was categorized as very strong/very high (4) school climate contributed significantly to the principal's leadership by 85.7% which was categorized as strong/high (5) competence, motivation, facilities infrastructure, and school climate simultaneously contributed significantly to the leadership of the principal by 98.1% which was categorized as very strong/very high influence.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the performance problems of Civil Servants, namely performance targets that are not achieved, dishonest behavior, and other events that are not as expected resulting in the low quality of performance of Civil Servants (PNS). This research approach is a qualitative research with case study method. The results of this study indicate that basic training planning is made with reference to the RPJMD and the Strategic Plan. The organization is regulated by the mechanism of division of tasks, regulated based on the Decree of the Head relating to the Organizational Structure of the training management program which is generally understood and implemented by BKPSDM. The implementation of education and training at BKPSDM was carried out well, in addition to providing quality training for trainees, the committee also paid great attention to the health of participants. Supervision of basic training is carried out daily by class observers during distance learning, while classical supervision is carried out by the tutor. Barriers in general are due to the large number of participants while the time for CPNS is only one year so that there is extraordinary activity on the part of the organizers and facilitators. In overcoming the obstacles to the shortage of learning media, namely socialization before the implementation of careful preparation from the organizers and assessors of work performance. Submission of information through socialization and letters as well as utilizing the head of the class.

Abstract

Salah satu komponen yang berperan penting dalam tercapainya tujuan pendidikan adalah supervisi pendidikan. Supervisi pendidikan adalah suatu pembinaan sumber daya manusia yang ada pada pelaksana pendidikan (guru) untuk ditata sesuai dengan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan sesuai kesepakatan bersama dan dijalankan oleh supervisor pendidikan (pengawas dan kepala sekolah). Dalam rangka untuk mencapai profesionalisme seorang guru dalam menjalankan tugasnya maka perlu mengoptimalkan supervisi/pengawasan. Karena supervisi sangat berpengaruh besar dalam mencapai mutu suatu lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan pelaksanaan dan evaluasi program supervisi akademik di MI Swasta Al-Anwar Pangkalan Banteng. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa pengamatan, wawancara, analisis dokumen, dan catatan lapangan. Informan pada penelitian ini adalah Kepala, wakil kepala Madrasah bidang kurikulum dan guru di MI Swasta Al-Anwar Pangkalan Banteng. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa 1) Kepala melakukan supervisi setiap sebulan sekali dan pelaksanaannya dilakukan secara bertahap. Pertama mengadakan musyawarah, kedua memeriksa kelengkapan perangkat pembelajaran, ketiga kunjungan kelas, dan terakhir tindak lanjut atau evaluasi setelah supervisi dilakukan, 2) pelaksanaan supervisi menggunakan teknik kunjungan kelas, 3) evaluasi yang dilakukan Kepala Madrasah untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru adalah melalui diklah dan penilaian pembelajaran dengan pemantauan hasil ujian para siswa Kata Kunci: supervisi akademik, kinerja guru, madrasah
