Abstract

Abstract. The main purpose of this research is to know whether there is connection between self efficacy academic and social support parents with self adaptation of University Students. The research subject was 100 University Nusantara PGRI Kediri students consisting of 42 boys and 58 girls which was taken random and having caractesistis of the first grade of the University students and staying together with their own parents. The data of the self adaptation of the University students was obtained from the scale of self actualization. The data of the scale self efficiacy academic was also obtained from the scale of self efficacy academic. The data of social support parents was received from the scale of social support parents. The resulf of this analysis of multiple regression are from maximum R = 0,684; F = 42,717; p = 0,000 (p < 0,01). The resulf of this data analysis showing that the self efficacy academic and social support are integrated to self adaptation of the University students. The result of the analysis academic self efficacy correlation with self actualization of the University students was obtained r partial = 0,632; t = 8, 039 with p = 0,000 (p < 0,01). This data shows that there is positive correlation between academic self efficacy and self actualization. The hypothesis of the research classifying that there is correlation between them and it is acceptable. The out come of the analysis social support parents correlation with self adaption of the University students was attained r partial = 0,159; t = 1,582 with p = 0,117 (p > 0,05). This data indicates that the variable of the social support is isolated and it is not related to the self adaptation. The hypothesis of the research indicates that there is positive connection between social support and self actualization and there fore it is unacceptable or avoided. This is because of another factor that influences self adaptation of the University students a part from social support of the parents. Key word: Self adaptation, Self efficacy academic, Sosial support parents.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan optimalisasi pembelajaran gitar pemula melalui metode drill dan mendeskriksikan dampak metode drill dalam meningkatkan keterampilan guru TK pada materi teori dasar dan praktik bermain gitar pemula. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru TK anggota IGTKI-PGRI Kabupaten Kediri yang berjumlah 26 orang sebagai perwakilan 26 Kecamatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Desain PTK model Kurt Lewin (Wijaya K. dan Dedi D., 2012: 20). Dikatakan penelitian ini berhasil jika mampu melakukan perpindahan antar kunci dan mampu memainkan pola rhythm yang diperlihatkan melalui kriteria minimal 75%. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam PTK ini adalah observasi dan instrumen yang digunakan dalam penilaian proses pembelajaran ini mencakup 2 (dua) aspek keterampilan, antara lain: perpindahan antar kunci (jari tangan kiri) dan pola rhythm (jari tangan kanan).Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, dapat diketahui bahwa terjadi peningkatan ketuntasan belajar perpindahan kunci sebanyak 3 orang (11,5%) di siklus I, sebanyak 16 orang (61,5%) di siklus II, dan prosentase ketuntasan belajar mencapai 80,8% pada siklus III. Dan pola rhythm sebanyak 5 orang (19,2%) di siklus I dan dengan prosentase ketuntasan belajar mencapai 77% pada pelaksanaan di siklus II. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui penerapan penggunaan metode drill pada pembelajaran gitar pemula pada kelompok ansembel IGTKI-PGRI Kabupaten Kediri tahun 2017, maka hipotesis tindakan dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima. Kata Kunci: optimalisasi, drill, gitar pemula

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengembangan kompetensi pragmatik pada anak usia dini melalui analisis lintas budaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain etnografi dan studi kasus komparatif lintas budaya, menggunakan teknik observasi untuk meneliti keterampilan pragmatik anak-anak berusia 3 hingga 6 tahun dari latar belakang budaya Jawa, Batak, dan Bali. Penelitian melibatkan partisipan dari tiga kelompok budaya yang berbeda, dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi persamaan dan perbedaan dalam perkembangan pragmatik mereka. Temuan menunjukkan variasi signifikan dalam perolehan dan penggunaan keterampilan pragmatik di antara anak-anak, yang dipengaruhi oleh norma budaya, praktik sosial, dan lingkungan linguistik. Sebagai contoh, anak-anak dari budaya kolektivis menunjukkan penggunaan strategi kesopanan yang lebih awal dan lebih halus dibandingkan dengan anak-anak dari budaya individualis. Selain itu, peran input orang tua dan interaksi dengan teman sebaya muncul sebagai faktor penting dalam membentuk kompetensi pragmatik. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya mempertimbangkan konteks budaya dalam memahami perkembangan bahasa. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pendidik dan praktisi bahasa dalam mengembangkan pendekatan yang sensitif secara budaya untuk mendukung keterampilan pragmatik dalam pendidikan anak usia dini. Implikasi dari temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kompetensi pragmatik pada anak-anak membutuhkan strategi yang disesuaikan yang menghormati dan mengintegrasikan perbedaan budaya.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dari pengamalan peneliti, bahwa rendahnya kemampuan kognitif dalam memahami konsep warna pada peserta didik kelompok A TK DW Bangoan Kecamatan Kedungwaru Kabupaten Tulungagung Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020 kebanyakkan anak belum mampu memahami berbagai macam warna dan anak masih kesulitan dalam memilah warna. Guru selama ini menggunakan cara klasikal yaitu metode ceramah dan guru tidak pernah melakukan pengenalan warna melalui kegiatan bermain maupun eksplorasi. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan suasana kelas menjadi monoton, gaduh dan membosankan. Oleh sebab itu diperlu dilakukan pembelajaran yang menarik melalui kegiatan melting rainbow. Rencananya metode yang digunakan adalah PTK, subyeknya peserta didik kelompok A TK DW Bangoan Kecamatan Kedungwaru Kabupaten Tulungagung Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020 berjumlah 13 peserta didik. Penelitian ini masih sampai pada tahap perencanaan yaitu menyusun RPPM, RPPH, dan media kegiatan melting rainbow. Kegiatan melting rainbow ini nantinya bisa mengembangkan kemampuan mengenal konsep warna, sehingga anak lebih mengerti tentang warna.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance students’ enthusiasm and participation in classical guidance services through the implementation of game-based learning media in class X-X of SMAN 7 Kediri. Reserach method of this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which consists of three stages: pre-cycle, Cycle I, and Cycle II. In the pre-cycle stage, the guidance services were still delivered through an expository lecture method without any interactive supporting media, resulting in low student engagement. In Cycle I, the researcher implemented the game “3 Magic Words,” which focused on the use of the words “please,” “sorry,” and “thank you” to foster communication ethics. The results showed an increase in participation from 70.96% to 74.78%. In Cycle II, a new variation of the game was introduced, namely “Mutual Puzzle,” which emphasized teamwork, communication, and empathy. The results of Cycle II showed a significant increase to 82%, indicating the effectiveness of this approach. The findings of this study reveal that the use of game-based media can create a more interactive and enjoyable learning environment, encouraging active student engagement in classical guidance services.

Abstract

This research is motivated by findings at the Mojoroto State Kindergarten, where the basic numeracy skills of early childhood children are still low. Many children are unable to distinguish numbers and count correctly, and there is a lack of use of educational learning media. To address this issue, the researcher created a learning media called "Lettrum box" using a quasi-experimental method and a quantitative approach. The study involved 24 children, divided into a control class (A2) and an experimental class (A1). Each class participated in five learning sessions. The research instrument was a numeracy post-test with five questions per session. The post-test results showed a significant difference between the two groups. The average score of the control group was 8.00, while the experimental group reached 16.31. This research aims to improve the basic numeracy skills of early childhood children. Thus, the learning media "Lettrum box" has been proven effective in enhancing the numeracy skills of early childhood children in early childhood education institutions.

Abstract

Lack of understanding related to career planning will affect the process of making career decisions for the future and career planning as a way to prepare and equip students to be ready and mature to face various challenges regarding careers in the future. The results of observations conducted in class X 12 SMA Negeri 7 Kediri showed a lack of understanding of career planning. This research was conducted as an effort to improve students' understanding of career planning through classical action services. By using concept map. The research was conducted with three meetings, pre-action, cycle I and cycle II. Each cycle was carried out with the same stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The research subjects were students of class X 12 totaling 36 students. The results of the questionnaire analysis showed an increase in the understanding of career planning of students indicated by the average value at pre-action 63%, then in cycle I increased to 68% and in cycle II 73% which means effective in improving career planning with concept maps in students

Abstract

Assertive behavior is the ability to be assertive, refuse without offending the feelings of others and build friendships with others, the environment and the surrounding community. Observations conducted in class X at SMA Ngeri 7 Kediri showed that there were several students who had low / sufficient assertive behavior. This study aims to improve the assertive behavior of students with role playing techniques through group guidance services. The research was conducted in two cycles with a total of three meetings, starting from pre-cycle, followed by cycle I and cycle II. Each cycle consists of 4 stages; planning, implementation, observation, reflection. The research subjects were 7 students of class X-8. The method of this research is descriptive and comparative analysis to compare data before and after action during the implementation of each cycle. The results showed an increase in students' assertive behavior with 32% in the pre-cycle, increasing to 46% in cycle I then continued in cycle II increasing to 62%, these results show that role playing is able to increase the assertive behavior of students.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' self-regulation skills through classical guidance services using simulation game techniques. The method employed is Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in three cycles with students from class XI-1. The results showed a gradual improvement in self-regulation skills, as indicated by an increase in observation scores from 41.6% in the pre-cycle, which decreased to 38.7% in cycle I, then significantly increased to 56.8% in cycle II, and reached 68.2% in cycle III. The decline in cycle I was caused by students' low ability to manage emotions, lack of self-confidence, and difficulty accepting others' successes. Through modifications in service strategies and reinforcement in cycles II and III, students showed positive development in self-control, personal initiative, and satisfaction with individual and group work outcomes. Factors supporting this improvement include a conducive learning environment, enjoyable game strategies, and a reflective approach that encourages self-awareness. Therefore, simulation game techniques prove to be an effective approach in classical guidance services to develop students' self-regulation skills in a gradual and sustainable manner.
