Abstract

The purpose of this research was to produce teaching material, to describe the appropriateness of the teaching material, and to test the effectiveness of  the teaching materials in the from of LKPD writing speech text based on guided inquiry for the student on the third grade (on the IX’s class) in Junior High School. This research used research and development with three adapted phases. The data were obtained through observation, interview, and spreading the quiestionaire at the three Junior High School. The results of the research showed that  1) the teaching materials in the form of “LKPD Writing Speech Based on Guided Inquiry for The Student on the IX’s class in Junior High School was successfully developed, 2) overall, the student activities sheet was claimed “very appropriate” by the teaching material development  experts, media experts, and practioners with a percentage rating 93,96,  90,51 and 90,78, and 3) the student activity sheets effectivelly improved the student writing ability to write speech text. The N-gain  value of 0,81, 0,699, and 0,67 included in medium category.Penelitian bertujuan menghasilkan produk bahan ajar, mendeskripsikan kelayakan produk bahan ajar, dan menguji efektivitas bahan ajar berupa “LKPD Menulis Teks Pidato Berbasis Inkuiri Terbimbing untuk Siswa Kelas IX SMP”. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian dan pengembangan yang diadaptasi menjadi tiga tahapan utama. Teknis pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran angket di tiga sekolah. Hasil penelitian 1) berhasil dikembangkan bahan ajar berupa “LKPD Menulis Teks Pidato Berbasis Inkuiri Terbimbing”, 2) kelayakan lembar kegiatan peserta didik secara keseluruhan dinyatakan “sangat layak” oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan praktisi dengan persentase penilaian 93,96, 90,51, dan 90,78, 3) lembar kegiatan peserta didik efektif meningkatkan kemampuan menulis narasi pada masing-masing sekolah dengan nilai N-gain sebesar (0,81), (0,69), dan (0,67) termasuk dalam kategori sedang.Kata kunci: inkuiri terbimbing , lkpd, pidato.

Abstract

This research is conducted to determine modesty which is used by children whose ten years on elementary school. The purpose of this research to describe modesty in a speech act ruled a school age child base and the implication of Indonesian learning. This research used descriptive qualitative design. The data source of this research was a ten years boy who is in elementary school. The data of this research was in modesty of a speech act ruled by the subject. The result show the modesty of a speech act by the child in form of speech, was namely direct speech and indirect speech. Modesty in direct speech immediately was done by five ways, that is a direct command order by linguist, command of request, command of supply, orders conditional, and direct orders with the argument. The modesty indirect command doing by special way which was called mode. There were nine modes which were found in this research, namely declare inability, inform, declare fact, supposition, game, complain, involving the third person, ask, and refusal. The son use context, namely place, time, the third people, events, and the weather. Beside that, the son also used of markers modesty “tolong”, “dek”, and “kita”. This research result can be information for the elementary Indonesian teacher to know development of children language as well as to learn the speech act of the children and modesty of in a speech act that son doing.Key words : modesty, speech act, command, mode, context

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Mitigasi terhadap ancaman krisis ekonomi keluarga yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah akibat pandemi Covid-19. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pemerintah selaku pelaksana proses mitigasi dalam meminimalisir ancaman krisis ekonomi keluarga akibat dari adanya Pandemi Covid 19. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mencari informasi dari berbagai sumber terkait pandemi covid 19, mulai dari pengetian, gejala, upaya pencegahan, mitigasi yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam meminimalisir kerugian maupun korban dari bencana pandemi hingga bantuan sosial yang diberikan oleh pemerintah untuk mengatasi permasalahan krisis ekonomi keluarga. Data yang diperoleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini diolah dan dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil informasi yang diperoleh peneliti bahwa pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan krisis ekonomi keluarga yang mengharuskan pemerintah melakukan mitigasi dalam rangka meminimalisir korban maupun kerugian yang dialami dengan memberikan berbagai macam bantuan sosial yang bertujuan agar sedikit meringkan krisis ekonomi keluarga ditengah wabah pandemi Covid-19. Abstract

The competence of educational personnel in educational institutions plays a crucial role in determining student satisfaction. This is because the competencies of educational personnel in educational institutions are not only related to knowledge and skills in the academic field, but also interpersonal abilities, communication skills, and a willingness to continue learning and developing. This research aims to analyze how much influence the competence of educational personnel has on student satisfaction. The method used is a quantitative method with a type of survey research. The study population consisted of 4,164 students, a sample size of 354 students was obtained. Research data were collected through the dissemination of questionnaires to respondents and then analyzed using SEM-PLS with the help of the SmartPLS application. The results showed that 71.5% of the competency elements of education personnel had a positive and significant influence on student satisfaction. One of the interesting findings of this study is that the personality competence indicator related to the item of consistency in speaking and conveying information obtained the lowest assessment score. This shows that there is a gap in the consistency of communication provided by educational personnel to students. Students may get different information depending on the day and the officer they meet, which can impact their learning experience. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that competency development patterns tailored to individual needs can be an effective strategy in improving certain aspects that influence student satisfaction.

Abstract

Administrative services refer to kind of service that cannot be separated from activities in higher education that are often utilized by students. From the beginning of enrolment to graduation, administrative activities are certainly inevitable for students. The main purpose of this research is to analyze the level of importance and performance of the quality of administrative services in higher education implemented at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Brawijaya. The method used is quantitative method with survey research type. The population sampling was 4,164 students, then based on the Krejcie & Morgan sampling technique, a sample size of 354 students was obtained. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and processed according to the results which were then tabulated in the Importance Performance Analysis quadrant. The results of this study are: (1) Registration effectiveness dimensions and registration and financial aid effectiveness dimensions are in accordance between interests and performance; (2) Student-centered dimensions and excellent service dimensions are considered less important by students and their performance is still lacking; (3) Academic service dimensions are considered less important by students and their performance is excessive; (4) The requirement for continuous monitoring and evaluation of staff in charge of administrative services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kesantunan linguistik dan kesantunan pragmatik yang digunakan oleh anak usia sepuluh tahun pada jenjang sekolah dasar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan kesantunan linguistik dan kesantunan pragmatik dalam tuturan imperatif anak usia sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah seorang anak berusia sepuluh tahun yang sedang menempuh pendidikan di sekolah dasar. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa kesantunan linguistik dan kesantunan pragmatik dalam tuturan imperatif oleh subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesantunan dalam tuturan imperatif yang dituturkan oleh subjek penelitian dilakukan dengan dua bentuk kesantunan, yaitu kesantunan linguistik dan kesantunan pragmatik. Kesantunan linguistik terlihat dari tiga bentuk, yakni dari panjang-pendek tuturan, urutan tutur dan penggunaan ungkapan-ungkapan penanda kesantunan yang digunakan oleh subjek penelitian. Sementara itu, kesantunan pragmatik dalam tuturan imperatif anak usia sekolah dasar diwujudkan dalam dua bentuk tuturan, yakni tuturan deklaratif dan tuturan interogatif. Kesantunan pragmatik imperatif dalam tuturan deklaratif berupa tuturan deklaratif ajakan, sedangkan kesantunan pragmatik imperatif dalam tuturan interogatif diwujudkan dalam bentuk pertanyaan.
