Abstract

The existence of “Ojeks” along Kesatrian Jatingaleh, Ngesrep Timur V Sumurboto and Karangrejo Raya Srondol Wetan are driven by the lack of public transport services in meeting the needs of people movement around those corridors. Due to public’s high interest on using “Ojeks”, then the existence of “Ojeks” become increasing and wide spreading characterized by the presence of “Ojeks” associations which locations are often considered unsuited and even interfere the traffic. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to assess the presence of “Ojeks” as public transport which are currently growing so as not to cause traffic chaos and to achieve better transportation development in the future. This study employed a mix of quantitative and qualitative methodology. “Ojeks” operators respondents are determined by census method, while for purposive and incidental sampling technique are used to determine the sample of “Ojeks” association chairman and key persons which are government/academia and “Ojeks” users. Descriptive analysis was used as the analysis technique, which then verified for its validity by triangulation approach. The analysis showed that the presence of “Ojeks” will always be needed as the gap filler against the public transport services. “Ojeks” become main livelihood so as to meet the economic needs on the one hand. On the other or social needs, establishment of “Ojeks” associations serve to accommodate the aspirations and information among “Ojeks”members.

Abstract

Left truncated regression model is a regression model which the parameters prevailed for the dependent variable values y > a, with a is a left truncation point that is choosen according to the experiment goals, and a is also the observation object itself at once. Thus, truncated regression model is more correct if it is used for the experiment that oriented on a specific characteristic of the observation object, that is dependent variable. The distribution that is used for this regression model is normal left truncated distribution. Estimation of regression parameters used Maksimum Likelihood method with Newton’s iteratif method.

Abstract

Abstrak Kurikulum yang ada di Indonesia masih menggunakan dua macam kurikulum. Hal ini terjadi di SDN Kendalkemlagi Kecamatan Karanggeneng Kabupaten Lamongan yang masih menggunakan kurikulum 2006. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan aktivitas guru dan siswa selama menggunakan media permainan monopoli, bagaimana peningkatan hasil belajar IPS siswa secara klasikal, dan kendala-kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam penggunaan media permainan monopoli. penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam tiga siklus. Hasil yang diperoleh aktivitas guru pada siklus I mencapai 76,25% dan siklus II mencapai 84.6% serta siklus III mencapai 93%. Untuk ketuntasan klasikal hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I mencapai 64,9% dan siklus II mencapai 86% serta siklus III mencapai 100%.. Kata Kunci: Media Permainan Monopoli, Hasil Belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-Wom, food quality and service quality on Purchase Satisfaction at Najwa geprek chicken stall. This research method was quantitative through an online questionnaire with a total of 145 respondents. The data used for the analysis of this queuing system is primary data, which is in the form of customer arrival time data and service time data (server), for time measurement carried out using the help of a stopwatch. The results of data analysis showed that the enthusiasm of Rantauprapat residents towards Najwa geprek chicken stall was very high, this made Najwa geprek chicken stall does not empty of visitors, resulting in queues

Abstract

Alat musik berbasis android yang digunakan di SMP Negeri 20 Semarang khususnya di kelas VII E adalah aplikasi Real Piano. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses dan apa saja metode yang digunakan dari pembelajaran berbasis android pada siswa kelas VII E SMP Negeri 20 Semarang yang terdiri dari 32 siswa. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi data. Hasil penilitian ini adalah peserta didik mampu mengenal nada, mampu memahami notasi mutlak dan notasi angka, mampu menyanyikan lagu dengan satu suara dan mampu memainkan musik melodis menggunakan aplikasi real piano melalui pembelajaran musik berbasis android. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran musik di SMP Negeri 20 Semarang tidak hanya menggunakan alat musik saja, melainkan bisa memanfaatkan teknologi berbasis android dengan menggunakan metode tutor sebaya.Kata kunci: pembelajaran, pembelajaran seni musik, berbasis Android, Real Piano Learning simple musical instruments based on Android using Real Piano application AbstractThe android-based musical instrument used in SMP Negeri 20 Semarang, especially in class VII E, is the Real Piano application. This study aims to find out how the process and what methods are used from android-based learning in class VII E SMP Negeri 20 Semarang which consists of 32 students. The research method in this study is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing or data verification. The results of this research are students are able to recognize tones, are able to understand absolute notation and number notation, are able to sing songs with one voice and are able to play melodic music using real piano applications through android-based music learning. The conclusion of this study is that learning music at SMP Negeri 20 Semarang does not only use musical instruments, but can utilize android-based technology using the peer tutor method.Keywords: learning, music learning, Android based, Real Piano

Abstract

This research was conducted to test the influence of financial performance in terms of profitability, leverage, and liquidity. This research was applied to coal industry companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in the range of 2018 to 2021. The sample collection used a purposive sampling method with certain criteria and obtained a sample of 19 companies with a total of 50 observational data points. In this study, multiple linear regression analysis was used as a data analysis method. The results of this study show that profitability, leverage, and liquidity all contribute to tax avoidance simultaneously, while partially obtaining the results of profitability affects tax avoidance, leverage and liquidity don’t affect tax avoidance. So that companies in carrying out tax avoidance can maximize the limitations on profitability results obtained in the company's business activities by also paying attention to the value of leverage and liquidity in the company.

Abstract

Cyberbullying is a form type of bullying that occurs via digital platforms which includes sending hurtful, insulting or intimidating messages or content intentionally and repeatedly which can have a negative impact on students' emotional well-being and academic achievement. School counselors play an important role in integrating SEL into educational programs to prevent and address cyberbullying. Create positive schools, the aim of this article is to apply Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) in preventive and curative interventions against the negative impacts of cyberbullying.  The method used is descriptive with a systematic literature review (SLR), which analyzes literature related to the application of SEL in reducing the negative impact of cyberbullying. The results showed that cyberbullying had a significant impact on students' emotional and academic well-being, including anxiety, depression, decreased academic achievement and that SEL integration by school counselors helped students develop emotional resilience, improve social relationships, and maintain their academic performance. This research recommends implementing SEL-based anti-cyberbullying policies in schools

Abstract

AbstractFiqh learning at the elementary school (SD/MI) level is often perceived as monotonous and lacking active student engagement. This study aims to develop and evaluate the feasibility of an interactive learning medium called Islamic Educational Snakes and Ladders, focusing on the topic of prayer (salat). The research employed a Research and Development (RD) approach using the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Validation was conducted by four experts using a feasibility assessment instrument, and the data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative methods. The results showed that the medium achieved a feasibility score of 92.56%, categorized as highly feasible. The medium consists of a game board, educational cards (knowledge, practice, and wisdom), player tokens, dice, and a play guide designed to promote active learning. These findings indicate that the Islamic Educational Snakes and Ladders medium has the potential to enhance students’ understanding and interest in fiqh, particularly in the area of prayer. However, the study is limited by the absence of direct effectiveness testing on students. Therefore, further research is recommended to empirically examine the impact of this medium on learning outcomes through experimental or longitudinal study designs.Keywords: Learning media, Islamic educational snakes and ladders, Fiqh, elementary school (SD/MI), Research and DevelopmentAbstrakPembelajaran fikih di tingkat SD/MI kerap dianggap monoton dan kurang melibatkan siswa secara aktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan media pembelajaran interaktif berupa Ular Tangga Edukasi Islami pada materi ibadah salat. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (RD) dengan model ADDIE, meliputi tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Validasi dilakukan oleh empat ahli menggunakan lembar penilaian kelayakan, dan data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa media memperoleh skor kelayakan sebesar 92,56%, termasuk kategori sangat layak. Media terdiri dari papan permainan, kartu edukatif (ilmu, amal, dan hikmah), pion, dadu, serta panduan bermain yang dirancang untuk mendukung pembelajaran aktif. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa media Ular Tangga Edukasi Islami berpotensi meningkatkan pemahaman dan minat belajar peserta didik terhadap materi fikih, khususnya ibadah salat. Keterbatasan penelitian ini terletak pada belum dilakukannya uji efektivitas secara langsung terhadap peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk menguji dampak penggunaan media ini terhadap hasil belajar secara empiris melalui desain eksperimen atau studi longitudinal.
