Abstract

Rumah berfungsi sebagai tempat tinggal yang aman dan nyaman. Terkadang aktivitas di dalam rumah tidak terasa tenang saat tetangga mengalami pencurian dan kebakaran. Dengan cepatnya perkemangbangan teknologi pada jaman sekarang telah membawa begitu banyak keuntungan pada kehidupan manusia misalnya penggunaan gerbang otomatis menggunakan mikrokontroller arduino. Permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah pintu gerbang tersebut masih dioperasikan secara manual, kurang efisien dan kurang aman karena dapat dibuka oleh siapa saja dan kapan saja. Proses perancangan ini terdiri dari beberapa langkah, seperti membuat prototype desain, memilih komponen perangkat keras, membuat program, dan akhirnya mengintegrasikan sistem secara keseluruhan. Mikrokontroller Arduino merupakan pilihan yang terbaik karena mudah digunakan, dan juga dapat berkomunikasi dengan berbagai sensor dan actuator. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan gerbang otomatis yang dapat dikendalikan menggunakan smartphone sebagai solusi inovatif untuk meningkatkan keamanan rumah. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan penggunaan cara yang efektif, kemanan yang tinggi, dan kemudahan dalam pengoperasian gerbang.

Abstract

Penelitian Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kesadaran merek, resiko yang dirasakan, dan citra merek terhadap niat beli iPhone oleh kalangan Generasi Z di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. iPhone sebagai produk premium dengan citra eksklusif menjadi daya tarik tersendiri bagi Generasi Z, terutama di era digital yang sangat dinamis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatori. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang merupakan Generasi Z berusia 18–28 tahun dan berdomisili di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kesadaran merek dan resiko yang dirasakan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli iPhone. Artinya, semakin tinggi tingkat kesadaran dan semakin rendah persepsi risiko yang dirasakan konsumen, maka semakin tinggi pula niat beli terhadap iPhone. Sebaliknya, citra merek tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat beli. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun iPhone memiliki citra positif, faktor tersebut belum cukup kuat mendorong keputusan pembelian dari Generasi Z. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi strategi pemasaran, di mana peningkatan kesadaran merek dan pengelolaan risiko yang dirasakan menjadi kunci utama dalam menarik minat beli konsumen muda. Penelitian ini juga memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam memperkaya literatur mengenai perilaku konsumen di era digital, khususnya di segmen Generasi Z.

Abstract

The development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province has experienced rapid growth in recent years, where in 2022 there were 342,924 business units and in 2023 it increased to 344,757 business units.CV Prasodjo is one of the MSMEs engaged in the processing of basic food ingredients or snacks with a trademark called Jempol Food. These MSMEs have experienced quite rapid development but are still experiencing a number of problems in their business operations, especially in the field of marketing. The programs implemented are the development of online promotional content, personal selling optimization, the preparation of customer databases, the development of customer loyalty programs and helping production process activities. The purpose of this program is to improve Jempol Food's business performance through training activities and marketing program development.

Abstract

The progress of an MSME involves several factors, such as financial management and product marketing. One of the important aspects of financial reports for MSMEs is acquiring capital from external parties or banks. In line with the business activities conducted, MSME tape producers in Tegalwaru Village face challenges, specifically the absence of proper financial records due to a lack of financial literacy. In this service initiative, education was provided to Sentra Tape MSME business owners regarding the significance of preparing financial reports and the utilization of the financial information recording application (SI APIK). The objective of this activity is to enable Sentra Tape MSME business actors to independently record and prepare financial reports using the SI APIK application, accessible via mobile phones. Digital-based financial management can assist MSMEs in recording transactions, generating outputs in the form of useful financial reports not only for MSMEs but also for banks analyzing the suitability of prospective MSME debtors. The methods employed in this service include observation, introduction, and mentoring stages, financial report preparation, training, implementation, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The results attained through community service activities are documented in a report on the implementation stage, encompassing initial visits, preparations for Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and the actual FGD sessions. For future development plans, continuous Human Resources training is essential to support MSMEs in implementing SI APIK.

Abstract

Lumbang Honey is one of the featured products owned by Lumbang, Probolinggo, East Java. As a featured product, the legality has been issued by the Probolinggo District Government through Probolinggo Regent Decree number 030/1134/426.12/2013. Lumbang honey is supported by 10 Forest Farmer Groups with honey production of 6,206 kg per month in 2014. Although the amount of honey production is very abundant, Lumbang honey has not been able to compete with commercial honey products on the market. This is because the quality and price of Lumbang honey is very diverse. Therefore, The Center of Honey "Kampung Madu" was established in Lumbang Village, Probolinggo. The purpose of Kampung Madu are as a place to produce premium quality of honey as well as a place for marketing and honey-related education to the community. The method is by approaching the technology application and product standardization as well as assistance in strengthening the farmer institutional management. The results of the assistance, Kampung Madu has been able to produce an average of 900 kg of premium quality of honey per month with the brand "Madu Madakaripura" which has fulfilled the water content in accordance with SNI 8664 : 2018 which is less than 22% and has obtained a PIRT certificate. In terms of prices, there is an increase in the price of honey to 500 % of the raw honey obtained from farmers. From the aspect of strengthening institutional management, there have been 30 farmers in the District of Lumbang who are members of the Cooperation of HIMATERA in the honey division. The cooperation has a role in helping the farmers in providing capital and facilities.
