Abstract

The purpose of this study is to: 1) Review and analyze the implementation of curbing wastelands based on Government Regulation number 11 Year 2010 About Curbing and utilization of Wastelands in Sragen Regency. 2) review and analyze the barriers and solutions in the implementation of curbing wastelands based on Government Regulation number 11 Year 2010 About Curbing and utilization of Wastelands in Sragen Regency. The method of approach in writing this is the juridical sociological. The specification of this research uses descriptive analytic. Data source use the primary data and the data of second. Engineering data collection using the study interview, the library and study the documents. To analyze the data, the researchers used a qualitative descriptive methods of analysis. The research results obtained the conclusion that the process of land reform they abandoned in Sragen is done through the following stages: (1) the determination of the object of wastelands, (2) identification and research, (3) a hearing Committee C, (4) Warning (I, II, III), and (5). Monitoring and evaluation on final warning (I, II, II).. The constraints on the face in law enforcement they would ground displaced in the Sragen Regency is as follows: (1) at the time of the hearing Committee C was not attended by the owner/holder of the right, (2) the sectoral Committee members Ego C in taking a stance, the Act of settlement, and the final decision. Problem resolution efforts undertaken in addressing constraints arising in the implementation of law enforcement they would ground displaced in Sragen Regency, namely (1) persuasive approach to holders in order to immediately implement the development in accordance with the circumstances or the nature and purpose of the grant of the right, (2) approaches the talks to members of the Committee C in order to recommend to the team to make way for Sragen permissions permissions required, members The Committee closed hearing without C attended by Holders so that the recommendations of the Committee C is based on the real conditions in the field. Abstract

The role of Islamic Education Teachers is crucial in instilling religious moderation values at SMA Teladan Helvetia Medan. The focus of this research is the role of Islamic Education Teachers in instilling religious moderation values to shape students' attitudes of tolerance. The problem in this study is the lack of implementation of tolerance among students, both in words and actions, at SMA Teladan Helvetia Medan. It is the responsibility of the Islamic Education teacher to cultivate tolerance attitudes through religious moderation values. The method used in this research is qualitative, with the researcher collecting information through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results indicate that teachers have a good understanding of the concept of religious moderation and implement it through dialogical learning, extracurricular activities, and role modeling in daily interactions. Students' responses to these efforts are very positive, although challenges such as a lack of social environmental support and limited training for teachers remain. Proposed solutions include strengthening partnerships between schools, families, and communities, as well as enhancing teacher competencies. This study underscores the importance of the role of Islamic education teachers as agents of religious moderation to foster a tolerant and harmonious generation in a diverse society

Abstract

This research aims to make PPKn teachers' efforts to implement the Problem Based Learning learning model in class VIII MTsN 2 Mataram. This research uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive research type. The data collection techniques used were interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis used is: data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model by civic education teachers in class VIII MTsN 2 Mataram is as follows: (1) Learning planning stage. (2) learning implementation stage. (3) learning evaluation stage. Supporting factors in implementing the Problem Based Learning learning model by PPKn teachers in class VIII MTsN 2 Mataram are: Adequate learning support facilities, ready-to-use teaching materials, the teacher's ability to manage learning well. Inhibiting factors are: insufficient class hours, students who are less active, lack of student motivation to learn. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk upaya guru PPKn dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning di kelas VIII MTsN 2 Mataram. Peneitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu: Reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning oleh guru ppkn di kelas VIII MTsN 2 Mataram yaitu sebagai berikut: (1) Tahap perencanaan pembelajaran. (2) tahap pelaksanaan pembelajaran. (3) tahap evaluasi pembelajaran. Faktor pendukung dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning oleh guru PPKn di kelas VIII MTsN 2 Mataram yaitu: Fasilitas penunjang belajar cukup memadai, materi ajar siap pakai, kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran yang baik. faktor penghambat yaitu : siswa masih ada yang kurang aktif, kurangnya motivasi belajar siswa.
