Abstract

This study aims is to: (1) Determine LPK Matsushita Gobel Foundation Jakarta participants ability to speak Japanese before using interview method. (2) Determine Pakuan University participant’s ability to speak in Japanese before using interview method. (3) Knowing the differences of LPK Matsushita Gobel Foundation Jakarta participant’s ability to speak Japanese before and after using the interview method. (4) Determine whether the method can improve the LPK Matsushita Gobel Foundation Jakarta participant’s ability to speak Japanese or not. (5) Gain feedback from LPK Matsushita Gobel Foundation Jakarta participants towards this method. This research is a class action, using a quasi-experiment which focuses on one sample class. The research instrument consists pretest and post-test, questionnaires, and interviews. The result of those interviews are reported in front of the class into a series of stories. By this method of interview, not only the participants are able to have conversations with many people, but the participants were able to reiterated the interview results to the class and done in a way such as giving a speech.

Abstract

Mastering kanji is a challenge for anyone studying the Japanese language. Due to its intricate nature, many students perceive kanji as an intimidating topic. The students' struggle with comprehending kanji directly impacts their ability to understand words written in kanji. Consequently, kids lack comprehension of the reading (dokkai) due to the abundance of kanji words inside it. To tackle this issue, it is necessary to develop a pedagogical paradigm that promotes cooperation among students, enabling them to effectively overcome challenges related to kanji. The TGT (Teams Games Tournament) model is a collaborative learning model that incorporates groups consisting of 3 to 5 individuals. The research aims to investigate the extent of your proficiency in mastering the JLPT N4 kanji vocabulary prior to utilizing the TGT (Teams Game Tournament) model. What is your proficiency in learning the JLPT N4 kanji vocabulary like after utilizing the TGT (Teams Games Tournament) approach? What is the students' response to studying kanji using the TGT (Teams Games Tournament) model? The research methodology employed is a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The research focused on a population of 3rd semester students, consisting of a total of 22 individuals. The data gathering methods employed in this study involved the utilization of questionnaires and interviews conducted using Google Form. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique employs descriptive statistics to assess pretest and posttest scores. The findings of this study demonstrated a notable improvement in students' proficiency of JLPT N4 kanji vocabulary after the implementation of the TGT (Teams Game Tournament) cooperative learning paradigm.

Abstract

Perkembangan digital yang pesat telah mengubah pemasaran tradisional menjadi pemasaran berbasis media sosial yang interaktif. Salah satu platform populer di Indonesia adalah Instagram, yang menyediakan berbagai fitur pemasaran seperti fitur kolaborasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh fitur kolaborasi Instagram terhadap kesadaran merek (brand awareness) dan keputusan pembelian pada merek makanan cepat saji Nyai Mercon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 187 responden yang terpapar konten kolaborasi Instagram @nyaimercon. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa fitur kolaborasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kesadaran merek dan keputusan pembelian, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi kesadaran merek. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya optimalisasi fitur kolaborasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pemasaran digital dan daya saing UMKM di pasar global.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pemenuhan kebutuhan pada tokoh Miyori. Dengan menggunakan teori Kebutuhan Bertingkat Abraham Maslow. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hasil dan upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan tokoh Miyori dalam anime Miyori No Mori. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif berupa gambar dan kutipan dialog pada tokoh. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu menggunakan teknik studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tokoh Miyori mendapatkan kebutuhan fisiologis, kebutuhan akan rasa aman, kebutuhan cinta dan memiliki, juga kebutuhan akan penghargaan dari dirinya sendiri serta lingkungan sekitarnya. Miyori juga menyadari potensinya sebagai seorang penjaga hutan dan menggunakannya untuk membantu menyelamatkan hutan dari orang-orang kota yang ingin membuat proyek bendungan. Miyori dapat menjadi dirinya sendiri secara bebas sesuai dengan apa yang ia inginkan dengan berbagai usaha ia mampu melewati semua itu. Meskipun dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan dasarnya mengalami hambatan dari luar maupun dirinya sendiri, Miyori dapat mencapai aktualisasi melalui usaha dan tekadnya.
