Aquaculture in Asahan Regency still has high potential. The large number of residents who have vacant locations/land, becomes a good potential to be managed. The problem that is often faced is that residents have difficulty in determining the type of fresh or brackish water fish to be cultivated. The Asahan District Government through the Asahan District Fisheries Service has launched a program to increase the production of fresh and brackish water fish. To support this program, residents are expected to be able to take advantage of the potential of existing ponds. Therefore we need a system that can be used to assist the government in determining the types of fish farming that have potential. The purpose of this freshwater fish farming decision support system can provide information about the types of freshwater fish seeds, as well as assist farmers in making decisions about freshwater fish seeds. The research approach uses quantitative methods with program design using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results of calculations using pairwise comparison matrices for the use of criteria indicate that the most important priority is shown in the water temperature of 0.39, the second priority is water brightness of 0.41, the third priority is the pH of the water at 0.10, the fourth priority is the type of pond at 0.066, and the fifth priority is The pond area is 0.041. Meanwhile, for alternative uses, data is obtained, namely the weight of the highest value of Fishery Cultivation Potential, namely Rawang Panca Arga with a value of 0.6224, the second alternative is Bandar Pulau with a value of 0.6215 and the third alternative is Bandar Pasir Mandoge with a value of 0.575

MTs Nurul Iman Simpang Empat is a private school institution located in Asahan Regency which has 32 madrasa teachers. This madrasa has quite complete facilities and is supported by technology facilities and a fairly complete information system. MTs Nurul Iman Simpang Empat is also included in the pilot MTs for other schools, because MTs Nurul Iman Simpang Empat has many achievements in various fields. Every year, the Principal holds a Teacher Soft Skill Assessment to improve the quality of education in Madrasahs. This study aims to determine the soft skill system for teachers in the school so that the performance of each teacher is obtained. Obstacles from Teacher Performance Assessment at MTs Nurul Iman Simpang Empat are still subjective in assessment based on assessment because there is no system of assessment used in Teacher Soft Skill Assessment. In the decision support system there are several methods that can be used in solving a problem. Establishing a business or industrial place must obtain a permit from the government which aims to protect the surrounding community to be protected from the possibility of disturbance or pollution caused by the industry. Therefore, in order to achieve this, it is necessary to have a system that automatically provides accurate and quick decisions in determining which company or industry is worthy of being granted a business license. The purpose of this study is to build a decision support system in determining business premises or industry hinder ordonantie permits using the Multi-Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method. This research stage consists of analysis, design, testing, and implementation adopted from the waterfall model. Data collection was carried out by interviews and observations. The data analysis technique used is the MFEP method to determine the final decision in granting nuisance permits to companies or industries. Samples or training data totaling 30 industry names in the Asahan Regency area. This system is tested with a black box which aims to find out if all components in the system are running well. Our findings show that the system we have created is appropriate based on the results of the analysis using the MFEP method. In addition, the results of black box testing show that all components in this system are valid and functioning properly.

Abstract : At the SMK Negeri 1 Barumun, there are still shortcomings in monitoring net-work use where monitoring data is not stored in the database so that past network usage monitoring data cannot be displayed as new information to be used as evaluation material for network infrastructure at the school. For that reason, the researcher wants to research to solve the problems that exist in the school by building a new system, namely monitoring network usage. This system is built using the PHP programming language by utilizing the Mikrotik API as a liaison between the programming language and the Mikrotik device in retrieving the RX/TX data contained on the Mikrotik Router and then storing the monitor-ing data for network usage into a database, the database used is a MySql database. By im-plementing and testing the system, it can be concluded that the system has been able to solve problems in the field of information technology at the SMK Negeri 1 Barmun, namely monitoring network usage which can store monitoring data into a database and monitoring data can be used as material for evaluating network infrastructure for the bene-fit of the school. Keywords: Networking, Mikrotik, Mikrotik API, Network Usage Monitoring Abstrak: Pada Sekolah SMK Negeri 1 Barumun masih terdapat kekurangan dalam melakukan monitoring penggunaan jaringan dimana data monitoring tidak tersimpan kedalam database sehingga data monitoring penggunaan jaringan yang telah lalu tidak dapat ditampilkan sebagai informasi baru untuk dijadikan bahan evaluasi pada infrastruktur jaringan pada sekolah tersebut. Dengan alasan itu peneliti ingin melakukan penelitian untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang ada pada sekolah tersebut dengan membangun sistem yang baru yaitu monitoring penggunaan jaringan. Sistem ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan memanfaatkan Mikrotik API sebagai penghubung antara bahasa pemrograman dengan device Mikrotik dalam mengambil data rx/tx yang terdapat pada Router Mikrotik kemudian menyimpan data monitoring penggunaan jaringan tersebut ke dalam database, database yang digunakan merupakan database MySql. Dengan melakukan implementasi dan pengujian sistem, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem telah mampu menyelesaikan masalah pada bidang teknologi informasi di Sekolah SMK Negeri 1 Barumun yaitu monitoring penggunaan jaringan yang dapat menyimpan data monitoring kedalam database dan data monitoring dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan evaluasi infrastruktur jaringan untuk kepentingan Sekolah. Abstract: SMP Negeri 7 Kisaran is one of the schools that organizes the School Mobilization Program, has teachers who were on average born in the 1960s and 1970s, this shows that the teachers in SMP Negeri 7 Kisaran are generation X. School Mobilization Program focuses on developing student learning outcomes holistically which includes competence (literacy and numeracy) and character, starting from superior human resources (principals and teachers). With this program, teachers are required to continue to improve their abilities, both academic abilities and skills in supporting the teaching and learning process. The Covid-19 pandemic has forced the teaching and learning process to be carried out online by utilizing existing technology. Teachers are used to teaching face-to-face in class. So that when the Covid-19 Pandemic hit, it made it difficult for teachers to implement the use of online-based applications in carrying out the teaching and learning process. The solution we provide is to provide training to teachers at SMP Negeri 7 Kisaran in using the Google Classroom application to manage classes online with an implementation method, namely providing materials and collecting data. The target of this activity is that 90% of teachers are able to apply the Google Classrom application in the teaching and learning process.Keyword: google classroom; learning; teacher.Abstrak: SMP Negeri 7 Kisaran merupakan salah satu sekolah yang menyelenggarakan Program Sekolah Penggerak, memiliki guru yang rata-rata lahir pada tahun 1960-an dan 1970-an, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru di SMP Negeri 7 Kisaran adalah generasi X. Program Mobilisasi Sekolah berfokus pada pengembangan hasil belajar siswa secara holistik yang meliputi kompetensi (literasi dan numerasi) dan karakter, dimulai dari sumber daya manusia yang unggul (kepala sekolah dan guru). Dengan program ini, guru dituntut untuk terus meningkatkan kemampuannya, baik kemampuan akademik maupun keterampilan dalam menunjang proses belajar mengajar. Pandemi Covid-19 memaksa proses belajar mengajar dilakukan secara online dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada. Guru terbiasa mengajar tatap muka di kelas. Sehingga saat Pandemi Covid-19 melanda, membuat para guru kesulitan untuk mengimplementasikan penggunaan aplikasi berbasis online dalam menjalankan proses belajar mengajar. Solusi yang kami berikan adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada guru-guru di SMP Negeri 7 Kisaran dalam menggunakan aplikasi Google Classroom untuk mengelola kelas secara online dengan metode implementasi yaitu memberikan materi dan mengumpulkan data. Target dari kegiatan ini adalah 90% guru mampu menerapkan aplikasi Google Classrom dalam proses belajar mengajar.Kata kunci: aplikasi; desktop; futsal; papan skor.

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada peningkatan keterampilan berbicara melalui film, Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menindaklanjuti pemahaman siswa tentang keterampilan berbicara untuk menonton film pada siswa STMIK Royal, khususnya untuk kelas SI 2 J semester genap tahun ajaran 2022/ 2023. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di STMIK Royal Kisaran khususnya pada semester kedua. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi penelitian ini adalah 30 siswa.Kemudian peneliti melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas SI 2 J melalui pre-test dan post-test. Dalam mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan, peneliti melakukan observasi dan tes. Sedangkan penulis menggunakan n-gain untuk menganalisis data. hasil pre test dan post test 'skor rata-rata. Berdasarkan hasil rata-rata skor pada pre test adalah 52,00. Setelah peneliti mengajar berbicara dengan menggunakan implementasi film, nilai rata-rata siswa menjadi 68,80 pada posttest 1. Kemudian pada posttest 2, nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat menjadi 72,96. pre-test dan post-test digunakan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan berbicara siswa.

Abstract: Supply chain management is a method, tool, or approach that starts from supplying raw materials, producing goods tomake deliveries to end users. Supply chain implementationThis management can help business actors in processing raw materials to distributing bricks to end users. The main objective of supply chain management is to reduce risk uncertainty and risk in the supply chain, which can affect inventory level. Based on the objectives, it can be concluded that supply chain management also aims to make cost and time efficiency in carrying out the brick production process. Abstrak: Supply chain management adalah metode, alat, atau pendekatan yang dimulai dari memasok bahan baku, memproduksi barang sampai dengan melakukan pengiriman ke pemakai akhir. Penerapan supply chain management ini dapat membantu pelaku usaha dalam melakukan pengolahan bahan baku sampai dengan mendistribusi kan batu bata pada pengguna akhir. Tujuan utama dari supply chain management ini adalah mengurangi risiko ketidakpastian dan risiko dalam rantai pasok, sehingga dapat mempengaruhi tingkat persediaan. Berdasarkan tujuannya dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa supply chain management juga bertujuan untuk melakukan efisiensi biaya dan waktu dalam melakukan proses produksi batu bata. Abstract: CV. F3I Computer is a business that is engaged in sales, especially printers with a large amount of stock. Based on the recapitulation of sales data for the past 1 (one) year, to be precise in 2020 to 2021, it was noted that high consumer interest in these printer products was recorded, so CV.F3I Computer must be able to provide sufficient product stock to balance consumer demand. So far, CV. F3I Computer has never implemented a conventional or technological forecasting system regarding printer sales that must be provided, so that every time you procure a printer it is sometimes less than it should be (out of stock) or excess (over of stock). Overcoming this, a forecasting system is created. In this study, researchers will create a system that can facilitate data in predicting the number of printer sales in the following month based on the existing categories in the CV. F3I Computer by describing the right method in forecasting, one of the methods that can be used is the Least Square which is a forecasting method using a number of new actual demand data to generate a forecast value for future demand by looking for the average value. the average is a forecast for the coming period. Keywords: Forecasting; Least Square Method; Printer. Abstrak: CV. F3I Computer merupakan usaha yang bergerak dibidang penjualan khususnya printer dengan jumlah stok yang cukup banyak. Berdasarkan rekapitulasi data penjualan 1 (satu) tahun kebelakang tepatnya pada tahun 2020 sampai tahun 2021, tercatat tingginya minat konsumen pada produk printer tersebut, maka CV.F3I Computer harus mampu menyediakan stok produk yang cukup untuk mengimbangi permintaan konsumen. Sejauh ini CV. F3I Computer belum pernah menerapkan sistem peramalan baik secara konvensional maupun teknologi mengenai penjualan printer yang harus disediakan, sehingga setiap kali melakukan pengadaan printer terkadang kurang dari yang seharusnya (out of stock) atau kelebihan (over of stock). Mengatasi hal tersebut maka dibuat sistem peramalan. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti akan membuat sistem yang dapat memudahkan data dalam meramalkan jumlah penjualan printer pada bulan berikutnya berdasarkan kategori yang ada pada CV. F3I Computer dengan memaparkan metode yang tepat dalam peramalan, salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan yaitu Least Square yang merupakan metode peramalan dengan menggunakan sejumlah data aktual permintaan yang baru untuk membangkitkan nilai ramalan untuk permintaan dimasa yang akan datang dengan mencari nilai rata-rata tersebut sebagai ramalan untuk periode yang akan datang. Abstract: The electric car is the vehicle of the future, to driver the engine where the power source no longer uses fuel oil (BBM). In electric cars, the battery is the main energy source in running the motor. Of course, the battery will run out of power when used continuously. So it takes a recharging system on battery energy, using either an adapter/charger or solar energy. With the recharging system through adapters and solar cell panels, it can help humans in saving energy and costs. In its design, the adapter and solar cell panels will be controlled by a control medium in the form of an atmega 328 microcontroller and a character display media in the form of a 16x2 lcd. This can help electric car users monitor the state of the battery so that users don't worry anymore and can measure the amount of power in the battery. Abstrak: Mobil listrik merupakan kendaraan masa depan, di mana sumber tenaga untuk menggerakkan mesin tidak lagi menggunakan bahan bakar minyak (BBM). Pada mobil listrik, baterai adalah sumber energi utama dalam menjalankan motor. Tentunya pada baterai akan terjadi kekurangan daya ketika digunakan secara terus menerus. Sehingga dibutuhkan sistem pengesian ulang pada energi baterai, baik menggunakan adaptor/charger maupun energi matahari. Dengan adanya sistem pengisian ulang melalui adaptor dan panel solar cell dapat membantu manusia dalam menghemat energi dan biaya. Dalam perancangannya, adaptor maupun panel solar cell akan dikendalikan oleh sebuah media pengontrolan berupa mikrokontroller atmega 328 serta media penampil karakter berupa lcd 16x2. Hal tersebut dapat membantu pengguna mobil listrik dalam memantau keadaan dari daya baterai tersebut sehingga pengguna juga tidak khawatir lagi serta dapat mengukur jumlah daya yang ada pada baterai. Abstract: LKP Bintang Mulia Batubara is an institution engaged in the field of education, especially in the field of computers. In general, Bintang Mulia Coal LKP students only study office applications such as Ms Office so that students' knowledge of computer technology is still limited. In accordance with technological developments there is still much that is not known by LKP Bintang Mulia students, one of which is the Decision Support System. The benefit of implementing a decision support system is to increase the ability of decision makers by providing better decision alternatives so that they can help to make decisions such as selecting the best student, so that an objective assessment is obtained. The purpose of this activity is to broaden students' insights so that they know the role of the system decision support. Manfaat dari penerapan sistem pendukung keputusan adalah untukmeningkatkan kemampuan pengambil keputusan dengan memberikan alternatif keputusan yang lebih baik sehingga dapat membantu untuk menetapkan sebuah keputusan seperti pemilihan siswa terbaik, sehingga didapat penilaian yang objektif.Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk menambah wawasan siswa agar mengenal peran sistem pendukung keputusan.
